The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: in the present embodiment, a specific structure of the end member 33 is provided, the end member 33 of the structure includes a first protrusion 331, a second protrusion 332, a locking screw portion and an inner supporting portion, where the first protrusion 331 is installed at an end portion of the first hoop body 31, the second protrusion 332 is installed at an end portion of the second hoop body 32, a T-shaped hole 333 and an inner supporting groove 334 are provided on the first protrusion 331, a fixing groove 335 and a positioning groove are provided on the second protrusion 332, the locking screw portion includes a fixing block 336, a vertical screw 337, a third spring 338 and a T-shaped nut 339, the fixing block 336 is installed in the fixing groove 335, a lower end of the vertical screw 337 is connected with the fixing block 336, the vertical screw 337 is sleeved with the third spring 338, the T-shaped nut 339 is screwed in the T-shaped hole and is sleeved on the vertical screw 337, so that the third spring 338 is located between the T-shaped nut 339 and the fixing block 336 to play a role of tensioning, the T-shaped screw cap 339 is prevented from loosening; meanwhile, the inner supporting portion comprises a fourth spring 340 and an inverted T-shaped rod 330, the upper end of the inverted T-shaped rod 330 is located in the inner supporting groove 334, the fourth spring 340 is installed in the inner supporting groove 334 and abuts against the upper end of the inverted T-shaped rod 330, so that the lower end of the inverted T-shaped rod 330 is located in the positioning groove, the first protruding block 331 and the second protruding block 332 are spread through the inner supporting portion and are matched with the locking screw rod, and the first hoop body 31 and the second hoop body 32 are fixed.
In one embodiment, the anti-deviation upright 36 includes a lateral bearing plate 361, a locking nut 362, an inclined rod 363, and an upright body 364, wherein the lateral bearing plate 361 is fixed on the ground, the upright body 364 is mounted on the lateral bearing plate 361, the upright body 364 passes through the inclined rod 363, a locking pipe is mounted at the lower end of the inclined rod 363, the locking nut 362 is screwed on the locking pipe, and the inclined rod 363 is fixed by the locking pipe to fix the second hoop body 32.

the driving part (23) comprises a transition frame (231) and a rack oil cylinder (232), the transition frame (231) is arranged on one side of a second transmission groove (222) of the rotary table base (22), the rack oil cylinder (232) is connected with the transition frame (231), a rack push rod (233) of the rack oil cylinder (232) penetrates through the transition frame (231) and extends into the second transmission groove (222) to be rotatably connected with the transmission mechanism (24), and the transmission mechanism (24) is arranged in a first transmission groove (221) of the rotary table base (22);
further comprising: the oil cylinder frame module (3) is arranged at the right end of the rack oil cylinder (232), the oil cylinder frame module (3) comprises a first hoop body (31) and a second hoop body (32), the first hoop body (31) is arranged above the second hoop body (32), the end part of the first hoop body is connected with the end part of the second hoop body (32) through an end part (33), a first clamping mechanism (34) corresponding to the rack oil cylinder (232) is arranged on the inner wall of the first hoop body (31), a plurality of second clamping mechanisms (35) corresponding to the rack oil cylinder (232) are arranged on the inner wall of the second hoop body (32), two deviation-preventing upright columns (36) are arranged at the bottom of the second hoop body (32), the first clamping mechanism (34) comprises an inner hoop strip (341), a plurality of first springs (342) and a plurality of chucks (343), a plurality of first springs (342) are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the first hoop body (31), a clamping disc (343) is arranged at the inner end of the first springs (342), a plurality of clamping holes (345) are formed in the inner hoop strip (341), the clamping disc (343) is arranged in the clamping holes (345), so that the clamping disc (343) abuts against the rack oil cylinder (232), and the end part of the inner hoop strip (341) is connected with the inner inserting hole (311) of the first hoop body (31) through an inner inserting rod (346); the plurality of second clamping mechanisms (35) are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the second hoop body (32), each second clamping mechanism (35) comprises a clamping barrel (351), a second spring (352) and a T-shaped clamping plate (353), the clamping barrel (351) penetrates through the corresponding second hoop body (32), a spring groove (354) is formed in each clamping barrel (351), an inner clamping rod (355) of each T-shaped clamping plate (353) is arranged in each spring groove (354), each second spring (352) is arranged in each spring groove (354) and abuts against each inner clamping rod (355), and therefore the clamping plate body (356) of each T-shaped clamping plate (353) abuts against the corresponding rack oil cylinder (232).

The indexable hold-down device according to claim 1, wherein the hold-down mechanism (1) comprises an elongated hold-down plate (101), a hold-down bracket (102), and a column (103), the column (103) being provided on the indexing mechanism (2) through an intermediate spacer, the hold-down bracket (102) being movably provided on one side of the column (103), the elongated hold-down plate (101) being flatly provided at a lower end of the hold-down bracket (102).

The indexable downward pressing device according to claim 2, wherein a downward pressing oil cylinder (104) and two linear guide rails (105) are arranged on the upright post (103), the downward pressing oil cylinder (104) is positioned between the two linear guide rails (105), a vertical sliding plate (106) is connected to the upper end of the downward pressing oil cylinder (104) through a connecting seat, the vertical sliding plate (106) is slidably connected with the linear guide rails (105), and the downward pressing bracket (102) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the vertical sliding plate (106).

The indexable hold-down device according to claim 4, wherein the transmission mechanism (24) comprises a vertical shaft (241) and a gear (242), the vertical shaft (241) is arranged in the first transmission groove (221), the gear (242) is arranged at the lower part of the vertical shaft (241) and is rotatably connected with the rack push rod (233), a spline flange (243) is arranged at the upper part of the vertical shaft (241), the turntable plate (21) is fixedly connected with the spline flange (243), a baffle (244) is arranged in the middle of the turntable plate (21), and the baffle (244) is connected with the spline flange (243).

The indexable hold-down device according to claim 1, wherein a guide sleeve (223) is arranged in the second transmission groove (222), a guide rod (224) is arranged on the outer wall of the rotary table base (22), and the inner end of the guide rod (224) passes through the rotary table base (22) and the guide sleeve (223) and extends into a guide groove (234) of the rack push rod (233); an outer flange plate (225) and a limiting screw (226) are arranged on the other side of the second transmission groove (222), and the limiting screw (226) penetrates through the outer flange plate (225) and extends into the guide sleeve (223).
