the fixing component comprises a driving unit, fixing rods, fixing boxes, a pressing plate, a support, a piston and two magnet plates, one end of each fixing rod is connected with two sides of the support plate, the other end of each fixing rod is connected with the corresponding fixing box, the two fixing boxes are arranged on two sides above the support plate respectively, the fixing boxes are connected with the driving unit, the driving unit is arranged inside the groove, the driving unit is connected with the lower portion of the support plate, the piston is arranged inside the fixing boxes, the piston is connected with the inner walls of the fixing boxes in a sealing and sliding mode, two first through holes are formed in the piston, two second through holes are formed in the lower portion of each fixing box, the support is U-shaped, the first through holes and the second through holes are arranged coaxially, two ends of the support sequentially penetrate through the first through holes and the second through holes to be connected with the pressing plate respectively, the pressing plate is horizontally arranged between the fixing boxes and the support plate, the inner wall of the first through hole and the inner wall of the second through hole are in sealing sliding connection with the periphery of the support, one magnet plate is connected with the support, the other magnet plate is connected above the piston, the two magnet plates are arranged oppositely, the two magnet plates are arranged above the piston, and the magnetic poles of the sides, close to each other, of the two magnet plates are opposite;
the dust removing mechanism comprises a dust removing box, a supporting rod, a power assembly, an air cylinder, a power plate, a branch pipe and two elastic ropes, the dust removing box is connected with the supporting plate through a supporting rod, one side of the dust removing box close to the supporting plate is uniformly provided with air outlet holes, the air cylinder and the power component are both connected with one side of the supporting plate close to the dust removal box, the air cylinder is communicated with the interior of the dust removal box through a branch pipe, an air inlet is arranged above the air cylinder, check valves are arranged in the air inlet and the branch pipes, the check valves are electrically connected with the PLC, the power plate is arranged in the inflator and is in sealed sliding connection with the inner wall of the inflator, one ends of the two elastic ropes are respectively connected with the two sides above the power plate, the other end of the elastic rope is connected with the top in the inflator, the lower part of the power plate is connected with the power assembly, and the power assembly is connected with the auxiliary assembly.

The highly reliable bench drill of claim 3, wherein the power assembly comprises a first bearing, a transmission shaft, a first gear, a second gear and a power unit, the first bearing is connected to a side of the support plate adjacent to the gas cylinder, one end of the transmission shaft is connected to an inner race of the first bearing, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected to the power unit, the first gear is connected to the rotation shaft, the second gear is connected to the transmission shaft, and the first gear is engaged with the second gear.

The high reliability bench drill of claim 4, wherein the power unit comprises a power disc and a power rope, one side of the power disc is connected with one end of the transmission shaft far away from the first bearing, one end of the power rope is connected with the other side of the power disc far away from the center of the circle, and the other end of the power rope is connected with the lower part of the power plate.
