The invention provides a dry-wet combined separation method for power coal, which comprises the following specific steps: performing dry classification on raw coal, feeding oversize I into a movable sieve jigger for separation to obtain large pieces of clean coal, gangue and permeable sieve, and feeding the permeable sieve into a bucket elevator for dehydration; performing dry classification on the undersize product I to obtain an oversize product II and an undersize product II, and enabling the oversize product II to enter a concentrated phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator to obtain mixed block clean coal and gangue; dry grading the mixed lump clean coal to obtain a middle lump or mixed lump clean coal and fine clean coal; and mixing the through-sieve material and the undersize material II dehydrated by the bucket elevator into the fine clean coal. At present, a water-based wet separation technology is generally adopted in the field of coal separation, and practice shows that the wet separation has the following defects: (1) the applicability to arid areas, alpine areas and easily-argillized coal is low; (2) a large amount of slime water is generated in the wet separation process, and the investment and operation cost of a coal preparation plant are increased by treating the slime water; (3) after the coal slime water is sequentially concentrated and filter-pressed, the moisture of the final product is higher than 20%, the calorific value is low, the final product is not easy to sell, and the economic benefit of an enterprise is reduced; (4) although the water for wet coal preparation realizes closed cycle, moisture exists in the product, so that the water consumption is still large.
The coal yield of China is large, the raw coal yield of the nation in 2020 is 39 hundred million tons, the raw coal selection rate is 74.1%, the lowest water consumption of the coal selected from the raw coal per ton is 0.065 cubic meter according to GB/T18916.11-2012, and the raw coal selection amount in 2020 is calculated to be 28.9 hundred million tons according to the water consumption, and at least 1.8 hundred million cubic meters of water resources are consumed. The invention has the following defects: (1) according to the regulation of coal washing engineering design specifications (GB50359-2016), the operation condition of the air separator is that the separation size fraction is 80-6mm, and the possible deviation E value is 0.23-0.28 mm. It can be seen that an air classifier can be used to sort the clumps, but the sorting accuracy is only 1/6 for dense media sorting. The size fraction of the fed materials in the patent is 100-0mm, and the size fraction is too wide, so that the sorting precision is further reduced, effective sorting cannot be achieved, and a large amount of dust can be generated. (2) The feeding size fraction of the dry-method dense medium fluidized bed is 100-6mm, and the range is too wide, so that the sorting precision is reduced, and the treatment capacity of the sorting machine is influenced. (3) The dry-method vibration dense medium fluidized bed, dry-type electric separator and dry-type magnetic separator separation technology is in the laboratory research stage, and the technical conditions for industrial production are not available at present. (4) The dry method has more classification and separation links, complex process, larger dust amount, strict technical requirements on a dedusting recovery system and higher capital construction and operation costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dry-wet combined separation method for power coal, which is suitable for arid water-deficient areas, has the advantages of simplified process, high separation precision, good operation stability, small dust amount, environmental friendliness and suitability for industrial production.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a dry-wet combined separation method for power coal comprises the following steps:
a. performing dry classification on raw coal to obtain oversize I and undersize I, sorting the oversize I in a movable sieve jigger to obtain large pieces of clean coal, gangue and a through-sieve material, and dewatering the through-sieve material in a bucket elevator;
b. and d, carrying out dry classification on the undersize product I obtained in the step a to obtain an oversize product II and an undersize product II, and enabling the oversize product II to enter a dense phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator to obtain mixed block clean coal and gangue.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the full-swing sieve jig has the advantages of high sorting precision of large coal blocks, low water consumption and suitability for arid water-deficient areas, fully exerts the advantages of high sorting precision of the dense-phase gas-solid fluidized bed on mixed raw coal blocks and no need of water, does not need a coal slime water treatment system, has simplified process and high sorting precision, realizes the maximization of the yield of clean coal, and has low investment and operation cost, and the specific advantages are as follows:
(1) the full-swing sieve jig has the advantages of high sorting precision of the large coal blocks, low water consumption and suitability for arid water-deficient areas. According to the specification of GB50359-2016, the imperfection of the movable sieve jig is 0.09-0.11, and the sorting density of the waste rock of the power coal in production practice is generally 1.75-1.85g/cm3And calculating the E value of the movable sieve jig to be 0.08-0.09, wherein the sorting precision is 3 times that of the combined dry-method sorter, and in addition, the external water of the large clean coal and the large gangue is 8-10%, and the water carrying capacity of the product is small.
(2) The invention fully exerts the advantages of high separation precision of the dense-phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator on the mixed raw coal and no need of water. The dense phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator is dense medium dry separation equipment, is suitable for efficiently separating medium-mixed blocks or small mixed blocks, the separation size fraction can be 50-6mm or 35-3mm, and the obtained E value is 0.05-0.08.
(3) A coarse slime separation system and a slime water treatment system are not needed. The amount of the through sieve in the movable sieve jig is small, the fine clean coal is directly doped after being dehydrated by the bucket elevator, the dry separation technology is adopted for 50-6mm raw coal, wet or dry separation is not carried out on 6 (or 3) -0mm power coal, the dust amount is small, and the yield of the clean coal is improved to the maximum extent on the premise of ensuring that the environmental protection requirement and the product requirement are met.

Taking the scale of a power coal preparation plant as an example and taking 180 ten thousand tons per year as an example, the separation process is as follows:
a. dry grading 150-0mm raw coal by using 1 banana sieve (the model is ABS30 multiplied by 48, the sieve pore is 50mm), sorting 150-50mm oversize I in 1 movable sieve jigger (the model is YWT1/2.2) to obtain 150-50m large clean coal, 150-50mm waste rock and 1-0mm sieve permeable object, and dehydrating the sieve permeable object by using 1 bucket elevator;
b. b, dry grading the undersize I of 50-0mm in the step a by adopting 2 relaxation sieves (the model is KRL/ED3 multiplied by 6.1m, the sieve pores are 6mm), feeding the oversize II of 50-6mm into 1 concentrated phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator (the model is GZQ-200) to obtain mixed fine coal and gangue, feeding the medium discharged out of the separator into a medium recovery and purification system, and feeding the circulating medium and the supplemented medium into the concentrated phase gas-solid fluidized bed separator;
c. dry grading 50-6mm mixed block clean coal by using 1 horizontal linear vibrating screen (model AHS18 multiplied by 48, screen hole 25mm) to obtain 50-25mm medium block clean coal and 25-6mm mixed small block clean coal;
d. and d, mixing the 1-0mm of through-sieve material obtained after the dehydration of the step a by a bucket elevator and the 6-0mm of undersize material obtained by the relaxation sieve of the step b into 25-6mm of small mixed clean coal obtained in the step c to obtain 25-0mm of powder clean coal.
The coal preparation product balance table is shown in table 1. The raw coal has high internal water content of 4%, resulting in total water content of 10.72, calorific value below 5000Kcal/Kg, and ash content of 23.34%, and cannot be sold directly. After the separation process is used for treatment, the calorific values of the large clean coal and the middle clean coal are about 6000Kcal/Kg, the calorific value of the fine clean coal is close to 5500Kcal/Kg, the ash content is effectively reduced, the production requirement is met, and the yield of the clean coal is maximized.
