Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical materials, in particular to an adhesive bandage.
Background
At present, the common band-aid basically only has the function of covering the wound and cannot quickly stop bleeding and relieve swelling of the wound. Therefore, in the patent application with the application number of 2014201876494, a cold compress woundplast is provided, which is based on the principle that the built-in ammonium nitrate sheets are dissolved with water to absorb heat, so that the surface of a wound is rapidly cooled, blood vessels near the wound are contracted, and the effects of rapid hemostasis and detumescence are obtained. However, the method of directly contacting and dissolving the ammonium nitrate tablets with the water body results in very rapid dissolution speed of the ammonium nitrate tablets. Therefore, when the band-aid is just attached, a wound feels cold at one time, and the cold stimulation is obvious, so that the band-aid has certain side effect on wound healing; and after the ammonium nitrate tablets are dissolved quickly, the refrigeration effect disappears quickly, and the cooling effect is not lasting and unstable. Moreover, after the wound is completely stopped, a warmer environment, namely hot compress, is needed to be favorable for the growth of skin cells, and the common band-aid and the cold compress band-aid do not have the hot compress function.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a hemostatic and repercussive band-aid, which can form a slow and lasting cold compress effect after being applied to a wound, so that blood vessels near the wound can shrink easily to reduce cold stimulation; and after the wound is completely stopped, a hot compress effect is formed to promote the growth of new skin cells.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the hemostatic and detumescent woundplast comprises an outer sleeve with an adhesive layer on the lower surface; the center inside the outer sleeve is provided with a heating bag filled with heating materials and wrapped by breathable fabric; a refrigerating bag wrapped by a waterproof layer is arranged around the heating bag; a sponge body and a thin film water bag are filled in the refrigeration bag from top to bottom, and ammonium nitrate particles are uniformly doped in the sponge body; the upper surface of the outer sleeve is made of elastic resin sheets, and the area of the elastic resin sheets covering the refrigeration bag is provided with vent holes; when the film water bag is not broken, the film water bag and the sponge body enable the refrigeration bag to be in an expansion state, at the moment, the vent hole of the elastic resin sheet is blocked by the upper surface of the refrigeration bag, and therefore the heating bag cannot contact with the outside air.
Preferably, the adhesive layer is covered with a removable protective film.
Preferably, the hemostasis and detumescence type band-aid is strip-shaped, the heating bag is arranged in the middle of the band-aid, and the two sides of the heating bag are symmetrically provided with the refrigerating bag.
Preferably, the hemostasis and detumescence type band-aid is circular, the heating bag is arranged in the middle of the band-aid, and the refrigeration bag is arranged around the heating bag.
Preferably, the heat-generating materials in the heat-generating bag comprise iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon and inorganic salt.
Preferably, the volume of the sponge is larger than the volume of the water body in the film water sac.
Preferably, the lower surface of the refrigeration bag is bonded to the inner surface of the outer cover, so that the refrigeration bag is always shrunk downwards when being shrunk, and a large interval is kept between the upper part of the refrigeration bag and the elastic resin sheet.
Preferably, the vent holes on the surface of the elastic resin sheet are all conical holes, and the elastic resin sheet has the following characteristics: the large opening of the vent hole at one side of the heating bag faces inwards, and the small opening faces outwards; the small opening of the vent hole at the other side of the heating bag faces outwards, and the large opening faces outwards.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the hemostatic and detumescent wound plaster is used, the outer sleeve is directly covered on a wound, so that the heating bag in the center of the wound is opposite to the center of the wound; then manually pressing the refrigeration bag to break the film water bag inside, and then gradually sucking the water body flowing out of the film water bag into the sponge body due to the water absorption effect of the sponge body inside the refrigeration bag and gradually dissolving the ammonium nitrate particles uniformly distributed in the sponge body, so that the heat absorption and temperature reduction effect for a long period of time can be formed, and the supercooling stimulation to the wound is reduced while the wound is subjected to cold compress; and as the water in the thin film water bag is sucked dry by the sponge body, the volume of the refrigeration bag is obviously reduced (caused by the dissolution of ammonium nitrate particles), so that the upper surface of the refrigeration bag is separated from the elastic resin sheet forming the upper surface of the outer sleeve, external air can enter the heating bag through the air holes on the surface of the elastic resin sheet, the heating bag heats to form a hot compress effect, and the growth of skin cells of wounds is promoted.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:
the first embodiment is as follows:
in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hemostatic and repercussive adhesive bandage is in a strip shape and comprises an outer sleeve 1 with an adhesive layer 12 on the lower surface; the adhesive layer 12 should be covered with a protective film, and the coat 1 can be directly applied to the wound after the protective film is removed. The center inside the outer sleeve 1 is provided with a heating bag 2 filled with heating materials and wrapped by breathable fabric; refrigeration bags 3 wrapped by waterproof layers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the heating bag 2; a sponge body 31 and a thin film water bag 32 are filled in the refrigerating bag 3 from top to bottom, and ammonium nitrate particles are uniformly doped in the sponge body 31; the upper surface of the outer cover 1 is composed of an elastic resin sheet 11, and a vent hole 110 is formed in the area where the elastic resin sheet 11 covers the refrigeration bag 3; when the film water bag 32 is not broken, as shown in fig. 1, the film water bag 32 and the sponge body 31 make the refrigeration bag 3 in an expanded state, and at this time, the vent hole 110 of the elastic resin sheet 11 is blocked by the upper surface of the refrigeration bag 3, so that the heating bag 2 does not contact with the outside air.
According to the hemostatic and detumescent woundplast, the heating materials in the heating bag 2 comprise iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon and inorganic salt. Namely the material of a common warmer. The volume of the sponge body 31 is larger than the volume of the water body in the film water bag 32, so that the sponge body 31 can suck the water body flowing out of the film water bag 32 to be dry. The lower surface of the refrigeration bag 3 is bonded with the inner surface of the outer sleeve 1, so that when the refrigeration bag 3 shrinks, the refrigeration bag always shrinks downwards, and a large space is reserved between the upper part of the refrigeration bag 3 and the elastic resin sheet 11.
When the hemostatic and detumescent wound plaster is used, the outer sleeve 1 is directly covered on a wound, so that the heating bag 2 in the center of the wound is opposite to the center of the wound; then the refrigeration bag 3 is manually pressed to break the film water bag 32 in the refrigeration bag, and then the water body flowing out of the film water bag 32 is gradually sucked into the sponge body 31 due to the water absorption effect of the sponge body 31 in the refrigeration bag 3 and gradually dissolves the ammonium nitrate particles uniformly distributed in the sponge body 31, so that the heat absorption and temperature reduction effect can be formed for a long period of time, namely the water body can be effectively prevented from being poured onto the ammonium nitrate at once, and the violent dissolution and heat absorption phenomenon can be formed; thereby reducing the stimulation of supercooling to the wound while cold compressing the wound; as the water in the thin film water bag 32 is sucked by the sponge body 31, the volume of the refrigeration bag 3 is reduced significantly, so that the upper surface of the refrigeration bag 3 is separated from the elastic resin sheet 11 forming the upper surface of the outer sleeve, as shown in fig. 2, at this time, the outside air can enter the heating bag 2 through the vent holes 110 on the surface of the elastic resin sheet 11, so that the heating bag 2 generates heat to form a hot compress effect, thereby promoting the growth of skin cells of the wound.
In addition to the above embodiments, the vent holes 110 on the surface of the elastic resin sheet 11 may be further optimally designed. For example, the vent holes 110 are made into tapered holes, and the vent holes on one side of the heating bag 2 have large openings facing inwards and small openings facing outwards; and the small opening of the vent hole at the other side of the heating bag 2 faces outwards, and the large opening faces outwards. According to this design, in the state of hot compress, as shown in fig. 2, when one side of the elastic resin sheet 11 with the small opening facing inward of the vent hole 110 is pressed with a finger, the outward air resistance of the air enclosed by the side of the elastic resin sheet is large, and after the air easily passes through the heat-generating pack 2, the air flows out of the vent hole of the elastic resin sheet on the other side of the heat-generating pack 2, and when the finger is released, the elastic resin sheet 11 rebounds, and the air is automatically supplied to the enclosed area on the rebounding side of the elastic resin sheet 11. Thus, when it is necessary to increase the hot compress temperature, the air supply in the heat generating pack 2 can be accelerated by only continuously pressing one side of the elastic resin sheet 11 with fingers, thereby enhancing the heat generating effect.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, but rather as the subject matter of the invention is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
