Abstract
A temperature-variable patch comprises a patch body, a medicine layer, an ice compress layer, and a water bag structure. The patch body comprises a first surface and a second surface which are formed on two opposite sides. The drug layer is arranged on the first surface of the patch body. The ice compress layer is disposed on the drug layer opposite the patch body, the ice compress layer including an endothermic composition for absorbing thermal energy. The water-bag structure is arranged above the ice coating layer opposite to the medicine layer, the water-bag structure comprises a water bag which can be broken by extrusion and contains liquid, and the liquid in the water bag can be conveyed to the endothermic composition of the ice coating layer to enable the endothermic composition to generate endothermic reaction. The patch body of the temperature-changing application can be closely fit with the skin of a human body, the fit degree is good, meanwhile, the medicine layer can be used for expelling wind and cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of the human body, and the ice coating effect is achieved through the endothermic reaction of the ice coating layer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicinal preparation, in particular to a temperature-changing application plaster for being attached to a human body.
Background
The hot compress therapy can promote blood circulation and achieve the effects of relaxing muscles, calming and relieving muscles of the sore parts of muscles and bones. The traditional Chinese medicinal materials are added into the hot compress pad, so that the hot compress pad can better dispel wind and cold, and has the effects of warming channels, dredging collaterals and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Although the hot compress pad has the above-mentioned effect of promoting blood circulation, it has a poor anti-inflammatory or analgesic effect. The ice compress can contract blood vessels, reduce metabolic rate, relieve pain and control inflammatory reaction.
Although the existing ice pack on the market can be used for absorbing heat energy to cool the body, the ice pack is thick and heavy and cannot be attached along the joints of the human body, so that the ice pack cannot be in close contact with the skin, and the ice pack effect is poor.

The water-bag structure is arranged above the ice coating layer opposite to the medicine layer, the water-bag structure comprises a water bag which can be broken by extrusion and contains liquid, and the liquid in the water bag can be conveyed to the endothermic composition of the ice coating layer to enable the endothermic composition to generate endothermic reaction.
The temperature change application also comprises an absorption promoting layer which can generate heat energy after being contacted with the atmosphere, is arranged on the ice coating layer opposite to the medicine layer and surrounds the water drum structure.
In the temperature change application of the present invention, the ice coating further comprises two waterproof films respectively formed on opposite sides of the heat absorbing composition, wherein one of the waterproof films is located between the heat absorbing composition and the drug layer, and the other waterproof film is located between the heat absorbing composition and the absorption promoting layer.
The temperature change application of the invention is characterized in that one side of the water bag adjacent to the ice coating is provided with a plurality of bursting leads which are used for being crushed and broken.
According to the variable-temperature application plaster, the bursting leads are arranged in a shape like a Chinese character mi, and the water bag is positioned above the center of the application body.
In the temperature-changing application, the medicine layer comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
According to the temperature-changing application, the traditional Chinese medicine composition contains the extract of the root of the plant, and the liquid of the water bag contains water and menthol.
In the temperature change application, the heat absorption composition of the ice coating layer contains a heat absorption material which can react with liquid and generate heat absorption reaction, and the heat absorption material contains urea.
The temperature change application of the present invention, the absorption-promoting layer includes a heat-generating composition for generating an exothermic reaction, the heat-generating composition containing iron powder, activated carbon, and salt.
The temperature-changing application patch further comprises an adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the adhesive layer has viscosity and is arranged on the second surface of the patch body, and the release layer is arranged on the adhesive layer in a tearing way.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the patch body can be closely fit with human skin, the fit degree is good, meanwhile, the drug layer can be used for expelling wind and cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the ice coating effect is achieved through the endothermic reaction of the ice coating layer.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the temperature change application 100 of the present invention comprises a patch body 1, an adhesive layer 2, a release layer 3, a drug layer 4, an ice coating layer 5, an absorption promoting layer 6, and a water-in-water structure 7.
The patch body 1 is substantially in the shape of a thin plate, and the plane of the patch body 1 is substantially hexagonal and includes a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 formed on two opposite sides. In this embodiment, the patch body 1 is made of a breathable fabric material, and can be tightly attached to the skin along the fluctuation of the outer surface of the human body, and the attachment degree is better. Preferably, the plane of the patch body 1 is a regular hexagon, and each side length is 6.5 cm, but may be a rectangle, a circle, or an irregular shape, but not limited thereto.
The adhesive layer 2 has adhesiveness and is disposed on the second surface 12 of the patch body 1.
The plane of the release layer 3 is substantially in a regular hexagon shape and is the same as the size of the patch body 1, and the release layer 3 is detachably arranged on the adhesive layer 2. Therefore, after the release layer 3 is torn off, the temperature-changing application plaster 100 can be attached to any part of the body through the adhesive layer 2.
The drug layer 4 is disposed on the first surface 11 of the patch body 1, and in this embodiment, the drug layer 4 includes a Chinese medicinal composition (not shown). The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from a root extract, ligusticum wallichii, gentiana macrophylla and other plants, and can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, activate collaterals and dredge collaterals. In particular, one root is a primary health-care plant, has the effects of dispelling wind, removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, and has obvious improvement effect on rheumatalgia and arthritis. In other variations, the drug layer 4 may also employ anti-inflammatory analgesics.
The ice coating 5 is provided on the drug layer 4 opposite to the patch body 1, and the ice coating 5 includes an endothermic composition 51 for absorbing heat energy, and two waterproof films 52. The endothermic composition 51 includes an endothermic material that reacts with a liquid and generates an endothermic reaction, and in this embodiment, the endothermic material includes urea, and the endothermic composition 51 further includes a sodium polyacrylate polymer. The waterproof films 52 are formed on opposite sides of the heat-absorbing composition 51, respectively, wherein one of the waterproof films 52 is located between the heat-absorbing composition 51 and the drug layer 4, and the other waterproof film 52 is generally annular and located above the heat-absorbing composition 51.
The absorption promoting layer 6 is provided on the ice coating layer 5 opposite to the drug layer 4 and generates heat energy when it is in contact with the atmosphere, and the absorption promoting layer 6 is separated from the heat absorbing composition 51 of the ice coating layer 5 by another waterproof film 52. The absorption-promoting layer 6 includes a heat-generating composition for generating an exothermic reaction, and the absorption-promoting layer 6 covers the heat-generating composition through a nonwoven fabric 8. In this example, the heat-generating composition comprises iron powder, activated carbon and salt, and when it is in contact with the atmosphere, it produces an exothermic reaction by oxidation of iron, thereby providing hot compress effect to this example.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the water-in-bag structure 7 is disposed over the heat absorbing composition 51 of the ice coating 5 opposite the drug layer 4. The water-bag structure 7 comprises a water bag 71 which can be broken by squeezing and contains a liquid 711, preferably the water bag 71 is disposed directly on the heat absorbing composition 51 and is surrounded by the other water-repellent film 52 of the ice coating 5 and the absorption-promoting layer 6. In the present embodiment, the plane of the water bag 71 is substantially square and has a side length of 4 cm, and the thickness of the water bag is 0.2 cm, but not limited thereto. The liquid in the water bag 71 contains water and menthol. Preferably, a side of the water bag 71 adjacent to the ice coating 5 has a plurality of burst leads 712 for being crushed open, and the burst leads 712 are arranged in a shape of a Chinese character mi, whereby the water bag 71 is easily exploded when being crushed. In other variations, the water bag 71 may omit the burst lead 712 or may be broken by squeezing.
The endothermic material of the endothermic composition 51 is contacted with the liquid to generate endothermic reaction, so that the present embodiment has an ice compress effect. Preferably, the water bag 71 is located above the center of the application body 1, so that the liquid in the water bag 71 can uniformly and completely flow into the heat absorbing composition 51 of the ice coating 5, and the ice coating effect is better. Preferably, the water bag 71 is slightly higher than the absorption promoting layer 6, so that the user can easily identify the position of the water bag 71 for squeezing without affecting the embodiment adhered to the body part, but in other variations, the water bag 71 can be higher than or lower than the absorption promoting layer 6 or can be broken by squeezing.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the absorption promoting layer 6 may be omitted, or the patch body 1 may be attached to the human body in a snug manner, and the drug layer 4 may have the effects of expelling wind and removing cold, and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and the ice coating 5 and the water bag structure 7 may have the effect of ice compress.
In particular, in this embodiment, in the unused storage state, the protection bag is sealed in a protection bag (not shown), and the protection bag is torn off to be used.
When the patch is used, the release layer 3 is firstly torn off, and the adhesive layer 2 is aligned with the body part to be adhered and adhered along the skin, so that the patch body 1 can be completely adhered to the skin. Meanwhile, after the heating composition of the absorption promoting layer 6 contacts with the atmosphere, the heating composition absorbs moisture in the atmosphere to generate an exothermic reaction, so that the hot compress bag starts to generate heat, has the hot compress effect of promoting blood circulation of a human body and relaxing skin pores, enables the human body to absorb the drug effect in the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the drug layer 4 more quickly, and further enhances the drug effect absorption and quickly goes deep into the human body.
After hot compress is carried out for a period of time, the exothermic reaction of the exothermic composition of the absorption promoting layer 6 is not generated, at this time, the water bag 71 is squeezed and the water bag 71 is broken along the burst lead 712, so that the liquid 711 in the water bag 71 flows into the endothermic composition 51 of the ice coating 5, the endothermic material of the endothermic composition 51 is mixed and contacted with the liquid 711 to generate endothermic reaction, and the human skin starts to be cooled to have an ice compress effect, and the body heating can be relieved through the ice compress to have the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. an ice coating disposed opposite the patch body to the drug layer, the ice coating including an endothermic composition for absorbing thermal energy; and
a water-in-water structure disposed above the ice coating opposite the drug layer, the water-in-water structure including a water-in-water that is crushable by squeezing and contains a liquid, the liquid in the water-in-water being deliverable to the endothermic composition of the ice coating to cause an endothermic reaction of the endothermic composition.
2. The temperature change applicator of claim 1, wherein: and the water bag structure also comprises an absorption promoting layer which can generate heat energy after being contacted with the atmosphere, is arranged on the ice coating layer opposite to the medicine layer and surrounds the water bag structure.
3. The temperature change applicator of claim 2, wherein: the ice coating further includes two waterproof films formed on opposite sides of the heat absorbing composition, one of the waterproof films being disposed between the heat absorbing composition and the drug layer, and the other waterproof film being disposed between the heat absorbing composition and the absorption promoting layer.

7. The temperature change applicator of claim 6, wherein: the Chinese medicinal composition contains extract of root of a plant, and the liquid of the water bag contains water and menthol.
8. The temperature change applicator of claim 1, wherein: the heat absorbing composition of the ice coating includes a heat absorbing material that reacts with the liquid and generates an endothermic reaction, and the heat absorbing material includes urea.
9. The temperature change applicator of claim 2, wherein: the absorption-promoting layer includes a heat-generating composition for generating an exothermic reaction, the heat-generating composition containing iron powder, activated carbon, and a salt.
