As shown in fig. 3, the eave cleaning machine head 200 further includes an adaptor tube 25, the adaptor tube 25 is L-shaped, and includes a vertical tube connected to the handheld rod 100 and a horizontal tube connected to the vertical tube, the horizontal tube is rotatably connected to the motor housing 212, so that the position of the air outlet on the impeller housing 211 is adjusted by the relative rotation of the horizontal tube and the motor housing 212, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the angle of the air outlet machine 21.
Specifically, the adapter tube 25 can be rotatably sleeved with the motor housing 212, so that the adapter tube 25 and the motor housing 212 can rotate relatively, and a wire extending from the handheld rod 100 can enter the motor housing 212 through the adapter tube 25 and be connected with a motor.
To facilitate the installation of the adapter tube 25 and the motor housing 212, as shown in fig. 4-6, the motor housing 212 may be a split structure including a bottom housing 2121 and an upper cover 2122. When the adaptor tube 25 and the motor housing 212 are assembled, the upper cover 2122 can be removed, and the horizontal tube of the adaptor tube 25 is placed in the bottom housing 2121, and then the upper cover 2122 is fixed to the bottom housing 2121.
In order to prevent the horizontal pipe from being separated from the motor housing 212, an arc-shaped positioning groove 21211 extending along the circumferential direction of the horizontal pipe is provided on the inner wall of the motor housing 212, and a positioning rib 251 is provided on the outer surface of the horizontal pipe, and the positioning rib 251 can be inserted into the positioning groove 21211 and slide along the positioning groove 21211. Through the cooperation of constant head tank 21211 and location muscle 251, can guide the rotation of horizontal pipe and motor casing 212 on the one hand, on the other hand can realize the axial positioning behind the horizontal pipe stretches into motor casing 212, avoids the horizontal pipe to break away from motor casing 212 through axial positioning.
It can be understood that the horizontal pipe can also be rotatably sleeved outside the motor casing 212, and correspondingly, the horizontal pipe can be a split structure to facilitate installation; the positions of the positioning slot 21211 and the positioning rib 251 can be interchanged, and the axial positioning of the horizontal tube and the motor casing 212 can also be realized.
As shown in fig. 5, a positioning member 21212 may be disposed in the hand-held lever 100 and/or the fan housing for guiding the wire traces, and the positioning member 21212 is used to fixedly connect the power supply assembly 13 and the wire of the motor. Illustratively, the positioning member 21212 is a positioning plate, and a wire-clamping groove is disposed on the positioning plate, into which a wire can be clamped so as to fix the wire.
Alternatively, the positioning member 21212 may be a wire clamp or other structure as long as it can fix the wire.
In order to lock the motor housing 212 at a desired angle after rotating relative to the horizontal pipe, the eave cleaning machine head 200 further includes a first locking component, and the first locking component can lock the horizontal pipe and the motor housing 212 after adjusting the air outlet at the desired angle.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the first locking assembly includes a ratchet 261, a pawl 262, and a second elastic member. The ratchet 261 is fixedly arranged on the motor shell 212 and is coaxially arranged with the horizontal pipe so as to be capable of rotating with the motor shell 212; pawl 262 sets up on vertical pipe in a rotating way, and pawl 262 can cooperate with ratchet 261, and vertical pipe and pawl 262 are connected to the second elastic component, can drive pawl 262 and rotate relative to vertical pipe to make pawl 262 cooperate with ratchet 261, thereby prevent motor casing 212 from rotating.
When the air outlet angle needs to be adjusted, an operator rotates the pawl 262, so that the pawl 262 overcomes the elastic force of the second elastic member to be disengaged from the ratchet 261, and the motor casing 212 can rotate relative to the horizontal pipe. After the air outlet angle is adjusted to a required angle, the pawl 262 is released, the pawl 262 is reset under the action of the second elastic piece, so that the pawl 262 can be matched with the ratchet 261 to lock the angle.
For the convenience of an operator to rotate the pawl 262, the middle part of the pawl 262 is rotationally connected with the vertical pipe, a wrench is arranged at one end of the pawl 262, and the operator can drive the pawl 262 to rotate by holding the wrench, so that the operation is convenient.
In other embodiments, the first locking assembly can have other configurations, such as shown in fig. 7, and the first locking assembly includes a gear member 282, a first locking member, and a first resilient member. Gear 282 sets up on motor casing 212, is provided with a plurality of gear holes 2821 on the gear 282, and a plurality of gear holes 2821 are the circumference around the axis of horizontal pipe and distribute. The first locking piece is movably connected with the adapter tube 25, the first elastic piece is connected with the first locking piece and the adapter tube 25, and the first elastic piece can drive the first locking piece to move relative to the adapter tube 25, so that one end of the first locking piece extends into the gear position hole 2821, the adapter tube 25 and the motor shell 212 are locked, and the adapter tube 25 and the motor shell 212 are prevented from rotating relatively.
Optionally, the horizontal pipe is provided with a fixing portion, and the first locking member is slidably disposed in the fixing portion and extends along the axial direction of the horizontal pipe, so that the fixing portion can guide the sliding of the first locking member; the first elastic piece can be a spring, the spring is sleeved outside the first locking piece and positioned in the fixing part, the spring can be prevented from being twisted, and the fixing part can play a role in protecting the spring and the first locking piece; the stops 282 may be arcuate and may be disposed around the circumference of the horizontal tube.
When the air outlet angle needs to be adjusted, an operator pulls the first locking piece, so that the first locking piece overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic piece to move, the first locking piece is pulled out of the gear hole 2821, then the motor shell 212 is rotated, the air outlet angle needs to be adjusted, and meanwhile, the gear plate rotates along with the first locking piece. After the air-out angle adjustment to required angle, loosen first locking piece, first locking piece resets under the effect of first elastic component for the one end of first locking piece can stretch into in the gear hole 2821 of gear board corresponding position after the rotation, in order to lock the angle.
To facilitate the operator's removal of the first locking member, the end of the first locking member remote from the gear 282 may be provided with a pull ring 281 for easy operation.
In order to increase the degree of freedom of the eave cleaning machine head 200 and to enable the adjustment of the air outlet angle to be more flexible, the motor housing 212 is integrally L-shaped, and the motor housing 212 is rotatably connected with the impeller housing 211. The motor casing 212 is arranged to be L-shaped, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet can be changed, the rotating axes of the motor casing 212 and the impeller casing 211 and the rotating axes of the motor casing 212 and the adapter tube 25 are arranged in a crossed manner, and the air outlet can realize steering at two angles.
Specifically, the motor housing 212 includes a first pipe and a second pipe connected to the first pipe in an L shape, the first pipe is rotatably connected to the horizontal pipe, and the second pipe is rotatably connected to the impeller housing 211. The motor is arranged in the second pipe body so as to be convenient for the transmission connection of the motor and the impeller.
In order to fix the air outlet angle of the eave cleaning handpiece 200, the eave cleaning handpiece 200 further includes a second locking assembly, and the second locking assembly can lock the angle between the motor housing 212 and the impeller housing 211.
Specifically, the second locking assembly includes a second locking member 27 and a third elastic member. The second locking member 27 is slidably disposed outside the second tube, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, one of the second locking member 27 and the impeller shell 211 is provided with a locking groove 271 extending along the axial direction of the second tube, and the other is provided with a locking block 2111; a third elastic member connects the second locking member 27 and the motor housing 212, and the third elastic member can drive the second locking member 27 to slide along the axial direction of the second tube body relative to the motor housing 212, so that the locking block 2111 is inserted into the locking groove 271. Through the cooperation of locking piece 2111 and locking groove 271, can restrict impeller shell 211 and rotate to reach the mesh of locking the air-out angle.
When the air outlet angle needs to be adjusted, an operator can pull the second locking piece 27 to make the second locking piece 27 move relative to the motor casing 212 against the elastic force of the third elastic piece, so that the locking block 2111 is disengaged from the locking groove 271, and the impeller casing 211 can rotate relative to the motor casing 212. When the impeller housing 211 is rotated to a desired angle, the operator releases the second locking member 27, and the second locking member 27 is restored by the third elastic member, so that the locking block 2111 is inserted into the locking groove 271.
In order to align the locking groove 271 with the locking block 2111 to prevent the impeller housing 211 from rotating after the impeller housing 211 is rotated, the locking block 2111 and/or the locking groove 271 are provided in plurality and arranged in a circle around the rotation center of the impeller housing 211.
In this embodiment, a plurality of locking blocks 2111 are disposed on the inner wall of the impeller shell 211, the locking blocks 2111 extend along the axial direction of the second locking member 27, and the locking blocks 2111 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the impeller shell 211 and enclose an installation space in rotational fit with the second pipe. The second locking member 27 is of an annular structure and is sleeved outside the second pipe body to provide a guiding function for the movement of the second locking member 27. The end of the second locking member 27 near the impeller shell 211 is provided with a locking groove 271, and the second locking member 27 can be inserted between the impeller shell 211 and the second tube, so that the locking block 2111 is inserted into the corresponding locking groove 271 to realize angle locking.
In order to prevent the second locking member 27 from rotating relative to the second tube, one of the second locking member 27 and the second tube is provided with a guide groove 21213 (see fig. 5) extending in the axial direction of the second locking member 27, and the other is provided with a guide block 272 slidably fitted in the guide groove 21213. The second locking member 27 can be guided to slide relative to the second pipe body by the engagement of the guide block 272 and the guide groove 21213, and the relative rotation of the second locking member 27 and the second pipe body can be restricted, so that the relative rotation of the impeller housing 211 and the second pipe body can be prevented after the locking groove 271 of the second locking member 27 is engaged with the locking block 2111 of the impeller housing 211.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a gardening tool which is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment or the second embodiment. In order to increase the function of garden tool, garden tool still includes a plurality of aircraft noses that can change to switch over the use when different operations need be carried out, reduce the instrument quantity that the operator needs to purchase, be favorable to saving the cost. The at least two heads include, but are not limited to, an eave sweeping head 200, a pole pruning saw head, and/or a pole pruning shears head.
Specifically, aircraft nose detachably installs in the top of handheld pole 100, and the operator can select appropriate aircraft nose and handheld pole 100 cooperation according to actual demand, accomplishes the gardens operation. The machine head is arranged at the top end of the handheld rod, so that an operator can carry out high-place garden operation on the ground without auxiliary tools such as an escalator and the like, the movement and the operation are more convenient, and the danger of the high-place operation is also solved; the operator can change different aircraft noses according to the operation demand when using, need not to purchase multiple garden instrument, saves the expense.
In this embodiment, the machine head includes a pole saw machine head and a pole trimmer machine head in addition to the eave cleaning machine head 200 described in the first and second embodiments. The pole pruning saw head and the pole pruning shears head can be detachably connected with the handheld rod 100 through the coupler 300, and the connection mode of the coupler 300 and the pole pruning saw head or the pole pruning shears head can be the same as that of the eave cleaning head 200, and detailed description is omitted in this embodiment.
The high lopper saw head comprises a saw head and a first driving piece, the saw head is detachably mounted at the top end of the handheld rod 100, the first driving piece can drive the saw head to start, and the first driving piece is electrically connected with the power supply assembly 13 on the handheld rod 100 through the coupler 300. Through setting up the saw head on the top of handheld pole 100, can reduce the weight at garden instrument top, avoid garden instrument to lead to the operator hard when using because of "head is heavy foot is light".
The averruncator head comprises a trimming head and a second driving piece, the trimming head is detachably mounted at the top end of the handheld rod 100, the second driving piece can drive the trimming head to be started, and the second driving piece is electrically connected with the power supply assembly 13 on the handheld rod 100 through the coupler 300. Through setting up the top at handheld pole 100 with pruning head, can reduce the weight at garden instrument top, avoid garden instrument to lead to the operator hard when using because of "head is heavy foot is light".
In this embodiment, the pole pruning saw head and the pole pruning shear head may adopt any structure in the prior art, and this embodiment will not be described in detail.

Claims (13)

1. A garden tool, comprising:
the handheld rod (100), wherein a power supply assembly (13) is arranged on the handheld rod (100); and
the eave cleaning machine head (200) comprises a fan (21), the fan (21) is arranged at the top end of the handheld rod (100) and is electrically connected with the power supply assembly (13), and the fan (21) can rotate and be locked along at least two directions relative to the handheld rod (100) so as to adjust the air outlet angle of the fan (21);
the fan (21) includes:
the impeller comprises an impeller shell (211), wherein an air outlet is formed in the impeller shell (211); and
a motor casing (212), the motor casing (212) comprising:
the first pipe body is connected with the handheld rod (100) and can rotate around the axis of the first pipe body relative to the handheld rod (100) so as to realize the axial adjustment of the air outlet angle along the first pipe body;
the second pipe body is connected with the first pipe body and forms an included angle, and the second pipe body is rotationally connected with the impeller shell (211) so as to realize the axial adjustment of the air outlet angle along the second pipe body;
the eave cleaning machine head (200) further comprises:
the adapter tube (25), the adapter tube (25) includes vertical pipe and horizontal pipe, vertical pipe with handheld pole (100) are connected, the horizontal pipe with first body is rotated and is connected.
2. The garden tool as defined in claim 1, wherein the eave sweeper head (200) further comprises:
one end of the air duct (23) is communicated with an air outlet of the fan (21); and
and the shovel blade (24) is connected with the other end of the air guide cylinder (23).
3. Gardening tool according to claim 2, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of said air guiding barrel (23) is decreasing in the direction of the air flow, and the opening of said air guiding barrel (23) at the end where it connects to said blade (24) is flat.
4. The gardening tool according to claim 1, wherein the blower (21) is provided at the top lateral side of the hand-held pole (100).
5. Gardening tool according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that said eave sweeper head (200) further comprises:
a first locking assembly capable of locking the angle of the adapter tube (25) to the first tubular body.
6. The garden tool of claim 5, wherein the first locking assembly comprises:
a gear piece (282) arranged on the first pipe body, wherein a plurality of gear holes (2821) are formed in the gear piece (282) around the axis of the horizontal pipe;
the first locking piece is movably connected with the adapter tube (25); and
the first elastic piece is connected with the first locking piece and the adapter tube (25), and the first elastic piece can drive the first locking piece to move relative to the adapter tube (25) so that one end of the first locking piece extends into the gear hole (2821).
7. The garden tool of claim 5, wherein the first locking assembly comprises:
a ratchet (261) disposed on the first tube;
one end of the pawl (262) is rotatably arranged on the adapter tube (25), and the other end of the pawl can be matched with the ratchet wheel (261); and
the second elastic piece is connected with the adapter tube (25) and the pawl (262), and the second elastic piece can drive the pawl (262) to be matched with the ratchet wheel (261) so as to prevent the fan (21) from driving the ratchet wheel (261) to rotate.
8. The garden tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein the horizontal tube is sleeved with the first tube, one of the horizontal tube and the first tube is provided with a positioning groove (21211) extending along a circumferential direction of the horizontal tube, and the other one of the horizontal tube and the first tube is provided with a positioning rib (251), and the positioning rib (251) can be inserted into the positioning groove (21211) and slide along the positioning groove (21211).
9. The garden tool as defined in any one of claims 1-4, wherein the eave sweeper head (200) further comprises:
a second locking assembly configured to lock an angle of the motor housing (212) to the impeller housing (211).
10. The garden tool of claim 9, wherein the second locking assembly comprises:
a second locking piece (27) arranged outside the second pipe body in a sliding manner, wherein one of the second locking piece (27) and the impeller shell (211) is provided with a locking groove (271) extending along the axial direction of the second pipe body, and the other one is provided with a locking block (2111); and
and a third elastic member connecting the second locking member (27) and the second tube, wherein the third elastic member can drive the second locking member (27) to slide relative to the second tube, so that the locking block (2111) is inserted into the locking groove (271).
11. The garden tool as claimed in claim 10, wherein one of the second locking member (27) and the second barrel is provided with a guide groove (21213) extending in an axial direction of the second barrel, and the other is provided with a guide block (272) slidably engaged with the guide groove (21213).
12. Garden tool according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a coupler (300), where the coupler (300) detachably connects the eave sweeper head (200) and the hand-held lever (100) and is capable of electrically connecting the power supply assembly (13) and the fan (21).
13. The garden tool as defined in claim 12, wherein the coupler (300) comprises:
the eave cleaning machine head comprises an inner lock sleeve (32) and an outer lock sleeve (31) which are in threaded connection, wherein one of the inner lock sleeve (32) and the outer lock sleeve (31) is connected with the eave cleaning machine head (200), and the other one is connected with the handheld rod (100); and
the eave cleaning machine comprises a male plug and a female plug which are matched with each other, wherein one of the male plug and the female plug is arranged in an inner lock sleeve (32) and connected with an eave cleaning machine head (200), and the other of the male plug and the female plug is arranged in an outer lock sleeve (31) and connected with a handheld rod (100).
