本发明公开一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米330~550份、菜粕50~60份、酒糟混合料100~400份、玉米胚芽粕20~100份、赖氨酸渣20~80份、豆油50~60份、碳酸钙10~15份、磷酸氢钙5~10份、无抗预混料10~30份。本发明还公开了该日粮的制备方法。本发明以菜粕、玉米胚芽粕搭配酒糟混合料,辅以合成氨基酸补足、平衡所需要的氨基酸,能够完全代替豆粕,制备的饲料具有较均衡的营养价值,氨基酸、微量元素及植物蛋白含量能达到与豆粕饲料相当的水平,可满足肉鸭日粮中的全部营养需求,降低畜牧业对进口大豆的过度依赖,大大降低养殖饲料成本。

本发明属于动物饲养技术领域,具体涉及一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸭肉是人们日常生活中不可缺少的一种肉类食品,也是一种美味佳肴,适于滋补,是各种美味名菜的主要原料,古人曰:鸭肉美,就连家鸭都喜食之。鸭肉蛋白质含量比畜肉含量高得多,脂肪含量适中且分布较均匀,十分美味。所含B族维生素和维生素E较其他肉类多,能有效抵抗脚气病,神经炎和多种炎症,还能抗衰老。鸭肉中含有较为丰富的烟酸,它是构成人体内两种重要辅酶的成份之一,对心肌梗死等心脏疾病患者有保护作用。
肉鸭养殖是传统的养殖之一。豆粕作为蛋白饲料,是传统的畜禽主食,不易被替代;其价格波动的影响范围广、冲击面大。我国大豆主产区在黑龙江,由于大豆不是人食主粮,种植面积不断减少,因此,目前肉鸭养殖对进口大豆的依赖性比较大,养殖成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,以菜粕搭配酒糟混合料,辅以合成氨基酸补足、平衡所需要的氨基酸,能够完全代替豆粕,制备的饲料具有较均衡的营养价值,氨基酸、微量元素及植物蛋白含量能达与豆粕饲料相当的水平,可满足肉鸭日粮中的全部营养需求,降低畜牧业对进口大豆的过度依赖,大大降低养殖饲料成本。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米330~550份、菜粕50~60份、酒糟混合料100~400份、玉米胚芽粕20~100份、赖氨酸渣20~80份、豆油50~60份、碳酸钙10~15份、磷酸氢钙5~10份、无抗预混料10~30份。
进一步,所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米350~500份、菜粕53~57份、酒糟混合料200~300份、玉米胚芽粕30~70份、赖氨酸渣30~70份、豆油55~65份、碳酸钙12~14份、磷酸氢钙6~8份、无抗预混料15~25份。
进一步,所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米500份、菜粕55份、酒糟混合料230份、玉米胚芽粕70份、赖氨酸渣50份、豆油55份、碳酸钙12份、磷酸氢钙8份、无抗预混料20份。
进一步,所述的酒糟混合料由玉米DDGS、大米酒糟、啤酒糟按照质量比为10:5:8混合而成。
进一步,所述的无抗预混料由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:复合多矿50~150份、复合多维5~25份、葡萄糖氧化酶15~35份、植酸酶10~30份、复合酶20~70份、复合酸化剂100~200份、博落回散20~70份、酵母细胞壁提取物15~35份、三丁酸甘油酯50~100份、98.5%赖氨酸300~700份、99%蛋氨酸100~200份、苏氨酸80~120份、色氨酸20~50份、氯化钠100~300份、50%氯化胆碱80~120份、载体350~420份。
进一步,所述的复合多矿包括硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、硫酸钴。
进一步,所述的复合多维包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素。

2.本发明的原料中,菜粕粗蛋白含量在34%以上,含有丰富的赖氨酸、常量和微量元素,其中钙、硒、铁、镁、锰、锌的含量比豆粕高,磷含量是豆粕的2倍,同时它还含有丰富的含硫氨基酸,这正是豆粕所缺少的。酒糟不但富含营养和能量,而且也有增进食欲的作用;其中,玉米DDGS是以玉米为原料,发酵制取乙醇的过程中,其中的淀粉被转化成乙醇和二氧化碳,其他营养成分如蛋白质、脂肪和纤维等均留在酒糟中,由于微生物的作用,酒糟中蛋白质、B族维生素及氨基酸含量均比玉米高,并含有发酵中生成的未知促生长因子,其蛋白质含量在26%以上,是必需脂肪酸、亚油酸、蛋氨酸的优秀来源,蛋白质、B族维生素及氨基酸含量均比玉米高;大米酒糟是大米酿酒过程中的下脚料,含有丰富的粗蛋白,磷、多种微量元素、B族维生素、大量的生育酚(维生素E)和酵母菌等,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和色氨酸的含量也很高,粗纤维含量较低,具有很好的适口性,容易消化增进食欲的特点;啤酒糟是以大麦为原料,经发酵提取籽实中可溶性碳水化合物后的残渣,含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸及微量元素,具有较高的营养价值,酒糟中含有的微量元素较少。将玉米DDGS、大米酒糟、啤酒糟按照一定的配比搭配使用,能够起到相辅相成的作用;三者搭配而成的酒糟混合料与菜粕再进行配合使用,能够提供全面的营养,对肉鸭生产性能的影响与豆粕基本相当甚至更优,在生产实践中可完全替代豆粕日粮配方,改善肉鸭的体质,增强免疫力,促进营养吸收,能达到表2所示,提高日增重、降低料肉比、提高成活率等效果。
3.本发明旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮用于肉鸭养殖,能够满足肉鸭日常生长营养需求,成本低、生长速度快、抗病率强,改善肉质,前景广阔,在乡村振兴产业中,非常适合养鸭产业中大力推广使用,养殖经济效益显著。

一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米330份、菜粕50份、玉米DDGS 43份、大米酒糟22份、啤酒糟45份、玉米胚芽粕100份、赖氨酸渣80份、豆油50份、碳酸钙10份、磷酸氢钙5份、无抗预混料10份;
所述的无抗预混料包括以下重量份原料:复合多矿50份、复合多维5份、葡萄糖氧化酶15份、植酸酶22份、复合酶60份、复合酸化剂110份、博落回散55份、酵母细胞壁提取物25份、三丁酸甘油酯80份、98.5%赖氨酸600份、99%蛋氨酸170份、苏氨酸110份、色氨酸20份、氯化钠100份、50%氯化胆碱80份、载体350份;

与实施例5基本相同,唯有不同的是,制备原料中不包含菜粕;其他各组分重量份不变。
对比例3
与实施例5相同,唯有不同的是,制备原料中不包含酒糟混合料;其他各组分重量份不变。
对比例4
与实施例5基本相同,唯有不同的是,制备原料中不包含菜粕、酒糟混合料;其他各组分重量份不变。
饲养实验
1、试验方法
试验选用3600羽14日龄龄体重在640g左右(P>0.05)樱桃谷肉鸭(公母各半),进行相应免疫程序。
实验组:本发明实施例1~5制备的日粮;
对照组:对比例1~4制备的日粮。
2、试验鸭随机分为9组,5组实验组,4组对照组,每组2个重复,每个重复200羽。饲养方式为地面围栏旱养,有防阳防雨、有保温和降温措施,每个重复组单独饲喂,试验期间试验鸭自由采食和饮水。预试验7天,正式试验期为21天。试验其间室温控制在22~25℃,按常规的饲养方式进行饲养和相关疫苗免疫接种,每天记录每个重复的总饲料消耗量。各组饲料采用随机抽样法,抽选500g样品送广西壮族自治区分析测试研究中心检测营养指标,其中粗蛋白参照GB/T 6432-2018《饲料中粗蛋白的测定》、粗纤维参照GB/T6434-2006《饲料中粗纤维的含量测定》、粗脂肪参照《GB-T 6433-2006饲料中粗脂肪的测定》、钙参照《GB/T6436-2018饲料中钙的测定》、总磷参照《GB/T 6437-2002饲料中总磷的测定分光光度法》、赖氨酸参照《GBT 15398-1994饲料有效赖氨酸测定方法》、蛋氨酸参照《GB T 18246-2000饲料中氨基酸的测定》进行测定。各组饲料日粮营养水平见表1。

由表2可知,营养指标上,与对比例1相比,消化能、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、钙、总磷、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸方面相差较小。实施例5、对比例2、对比例3与对比例4相比,各项指标均有所提高,消化能值提高、蛋白增加效果显著。
3、通过统计肉鸭14日龄重、42日龄重、死淘数、成活率、总增重、总耗料、料肉比指标,检测各饲料对肉鸭生产性能的影响,为生产利用提供科学依据。各日粮对生产性能指标的影响结果如表2所示。

由表2可知,实施例5为最优实施例,其与对比例1相比,各项指标均有所提高,但差异不显著;可见,无豆粕日粮组的生产性能与豆粕日粮组基本相当,在生产实践中无豆粕日粮配方可完全替代豆粕日粮配方。实施例5、对比例2、对比例3与对比例4相比,各项指标均有所提高,并且,在42日龄重、总增重、总耗料3项指标中,实施例5相对于对比例4的增效作用比对比例2、对比例3相对于对比例4的增效作用之和均高出10%以上。这是由于:菜粕与酒糟混合料的搭配使用,不仅能提高日粮的蛋白质、微量元素等的含量,为肉鸭提供更全面的营养,而且,菜粕中丰富的含硫氨基酸能够参与机体蛋白质的合成,酒糟中的促生长因子能够通过与特异的、高亲和的细胞膜受体结合,调节细胞生长与其他细胞功能等多效应的多肽类物质,促进蛋白质的合成,从而促进生长发育。
综上结果,试验组总体生产性能优于对照组,增重效果显著增加,抗病能力增强,料肉比降低,成活率提高。

Claims (10)
1.一种旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米330~550份、菜粕50~60份、酒糟混合料100~400份、玉米胚芽粕20~100份、赖氨酸渣20~80份、豆油50~60份、碳酸钙10~15份、磷酸氢钙5~10份、无抗预混料10~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:玉米350~500份、菜粕53~57份、酒糟混合料200~300份、玉米胚芽粕30~70份、赖氨酸渣30~70份、豆油55~65份、碳酸钙12~14份、磷酸氢钙6~8份、无抗预混料15~25份。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的酒糟混合料由玉米DDGS、大米酒糟、啤酒糟按照质量比为10:5:8混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于,所述的无抗预混料由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:复合多矿50~150份、复合多维5~25份、葡萄糖氧化酶15~35份、植酸酶10~30份、复合酶20~70份、复合酸化剂100~200份、博落回散20~70份、酵母细胞壁提取物15~35份、三丁酸甘油酯50~100份、98.5%赖氨酸300~700份、99%蛋氨酸100~200份、苏氨酸80~120份、色氨酸20~50份、氯化钠100~300份、50%氯化胆碱80~120份、载体350~420份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的复合多矿包括硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、硫酸钴。
6.根据权利要求4所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的复合多维包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素。
7.根据权利要求4所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的复合酶包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶。
8.根据权利要求4所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的复合酸化剂包括乳酸、柠檬酸、甲酸。
9.根据权利要求4所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于:所述的载体包括玉米芯粉、麦饭石。
10.根据权利要求1所述的旱养肉鸭后期料的无豆粕日粮,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:原料除杂→原料粉碎→配料→混合→制粒→冷却→筛分→成品打包。
