Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to furniture and a fastening element, in particular for furniture lying down on it, in particular a piece of furniture.
Background
For example, conventional arrangements of sleep systems may be designed as box spring beds or euro beds. The euro-style bed includes a frame and a support frame on which a mattress is placed.
A box spring bed is a sleeping system where the base is formed not by a slatted frame but by a spring-mounted base frame, e.g. a solid high frame construction with large springs of one thickness, e.g. barrel-shaped individual springs with a height of about 20cm creating the same strong spring action across the entire surface for lying down.
In terms of comfortable sleep, the box spring system provides a significantly better spring base than the slat frame system. Furthermore, this is also the reason why box spring systems have a high sales volume and slat frame systems have a reduced sales volume.
Unfortunately, such box spring systems are often perceived as unstable and loose. Due to the required construction of the spring base (box spring or spring case) and the spring height, which usually exceeds 20cm, the box appears heavy and there is no space for a separate design.
Almost all manufacturers use one spring strength in the base frame. The effect of this is that the comfort zone of the mattress is not continuously formed on the base frame. This results in compression of the material in the mattress and loss of comfort.
Almost all box spring bed manufacturers ignore significant ventilation issues because large base frames have a solid bottom construction.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved furniture device.
This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Embodiments and further developments can be found in the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.
A first aspect of the invention relates to a furniture device for a piece of furniture, wherein the furniture device comprises a frame arrangement, a support arrangement, a frame spring arrangement and a support spring arrangement.
The support device is configured to couple with the frame device.
The frame spring means is configured to provide a first spring action between the frame means and the support means.
The support spring means is configured to provide a second spring action acting on the support means.
In other words, the invention allows, for example, to provide a wooden frame which is glued and screwed to and partially supported by the steel parts, thus ensuring sufficient rigidity.
In one embodiment, three different areas of recesses for lying down (e.g. hip, waist and shoulder) are provided, which are fastened by elastic bands at different strengths constituting the bottom spring means.
For example, ventilation slots may be provided in all regions. On top of which a 5-zone bucket-shaped independent spring core and a comfort foam of 5mm height can be arranged. The construction is for example wrapped by a flexible twill cloth quilt (texture drill).
The interaction of the two different spring systems results in a very high comfort. Depending on the price class of the construction, the barrel-shaped individual spring can be provided with 1 spring zone up to 7 different zones.
The multiple zones in the base of the spring reflect the local comfort of the mattress and result in a higher comfort. In particular in the hip and shoulder area, the spring base can be bent better and more precisely, thereby preventing compression of the material of the mattress.
Based on the constructional height of the springs, the spring device can absorb the mechanical energy applied to the mattress through a spring travel of about 3-4cm, i.e. through mechanical deformation, and provide the same spring level across the entire surface. Due to the additional frame spring arrangement, the overall spring travel is at most 12cm, although the height of the construction of the housing is only 8 cm.
Thus, all energy of the mattress can be directed to the spring base and absorbed at the relevant location. Due to the low construction height, the invention can form a new generation of slat frames and box spring beds and serve as a basis for new, modern and simple bed designs or future seating furniture.
The present invention advantageously allows for energy dissipation without material displacement.
In all currently applied methods, the material is displaced. Under load, the material in the mattress compresses. The slat frame bends under pressure in the middle of the slat and the springs of the box spring bed base frame compress under load.
Higher comfort can only be provided by a larger building height, since the displacement of energy (weight while sleeping and turning) usually results in the material being compressed maximally, which hardens again.
Taller springs and taller mattresses represent greater spring travel and good comfort. Due to the lower degree of compression. The springs lose their positive spring action when compressed by a load of about 40-50%. This also applies to all mattresses made of different materials. The maximum displacement is about 30-35%. Thus, a 25cm high mattress loses its comfort and subsequently hardens at an "indentation depth" of about 7 cm.
For larger people, a depth of 12-15cm is required, especially in the shoulder area, so that a flat sleeping position can be reproduced.
The bottom spring device is the core of the invention. This spring travel occurs without material displacement. At the same time, the inherently firm surface forms a flat support for the spring core and the mattress on top of it.
The bottom spring arrangement ultimately ensures that the energy of the compressible material of the top can be dissipated or absorbed. The mattress can expand downward, thus creating less compression and greater comfort.
In one embodiment of the invention it may also be provided that the base frame comprises only base spring means.
From a biomechanical point of view, the calculation of the optimal spring base comprises values related to the relative weight of the body part. Thus, the optimal spring base is calculated by the load weight of the corresponding body part divided into regions in the sleep industry and the weight of the mattress in relation to the surface on which it is placed and loaded.
Overall, the corresponding total load should be absorbed by two spring strokes. The more energy the spring base absorbs, the less the comfort of the spring is adversely affected by material compression.
Double spring case:
the basis weight of the average person plus the weight of the mattress can be used as the basis for the calculation. Here, it is important to note that only the body surface of the side sleeping sleeper is contained within the calculations.
From this, the load weight of the individual zones can be calculated and the required resistance of the spring band can be derived. A greater load is absorbed by the spring core placed on the bottom spring means.
Other distributions of the spring load may also be advantageous, for example a 50% load on the spring core, after which the spring travel of the bottom spring arrangement takes over.
A second aspect of the invention relates to a control system for a furniture device, wherein the control system is configured to adjust and vary the first spring action and/or the second spring action, wherein the control system is preferably configured to adjust and vary the first spring action and/or the second spring action of the respective support segment or the respective frame segment spring system or the respective support spring segment.
Such dynamic control may be dynamically adjusted based on environmental conditions detected by the sensors or the sleep posture of the furniture device user to achieve optimal sleep. In one embodiment of the invention, it is also provided that the adjustment and change is carried out using a biomimetic spring element, the spring characteristics of which can be dynamically controlled.
A third aspect of the invention relates to a furniture device for a piece of furniture, the furniture device comprising: a frame device, a support device configured to couple with the frame device. The furniture device also includes a frame spring arrangement configured to provide a first spring action between the frame arrangement and the support arrangement.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the support spring device can be divided into a plurality of support spring segments.
For example, the segments are formed by hybrid piezoelectric elements with elastic elements, so that the spring action can be adjusted by means of an electrical pulse.
Such dynamic control may be dynamically adjusted based on environmental conditions or sleep posture detected by the sensors to achieve optimal sleep. Alternatively, a biomimetic spring element can also be used, the spring characteristics of which can be dynamically adjusted and thus controlled.

Detailed Description
In the drawings, like reference numbers indicate functionally similar elements, components, assemblies, or method steps, unless otherwise indicated.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a furniture device for a piece of furniture according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
The support device 130 is configured to be coupled with the frame device 110.
The frame spring arrangement 120 is configured to provide a first spring action between the frame arrangement 110 and the support arrangement 130.
The support spring arrangement 140 is configured to provide a second spring action acting on the support arrangement 130.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a furniture device for a piece of furniture according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 shows the way in which the springs are fastened to the bottom plate of the frame:
for example, a warp knit fabric or fiber tape comprising elastic synthetic fibers, known as Mygroflex, is secured to the top of the base plate of the frame and to the bottom of the floating bottom spring segments.
These spring bands have a high load carrying capacity and may have different spring strengths. The portions of the tie body that are not secured by the fasteners unfold in response to the load and then return to their original shape. Depending on the material, a spring travel of 6-8cm may be exhibited.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a furniture device for a piece of furniture according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 shows the way in which the springs are fastened to the side walls of the frame:
here, the spring means are fastened to the side walls of the frame and also to the bottom of the floating bottom spring segments. This spring arrangement offers the advantage that the spring is not subjected to friction and can therefore have a longer spring travel (maximum 12cm in the spring base).
Furthermore, the total area of the spring base increases the width of the lying area (comfort advantage). In this implementation, a coil spring or a gas spring may be used in addition to the band. Further spring possibilities are conceivable for the engineer.
Mounting the guide rails at the frame and at the floating floor ensures smooth sliding and is extremely suitable for preventing vibrations. Furthermore, the guide rail may be provided with a stop for maximally extending the spring (advantageously about 7cm in most cases).
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a furniture device for a piece of furniture according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 shows the mounting of the bottom spring means. In the case of spring bands, two spring bands should be used on each side for optimum fastening.
Also, fig. 4 shows a guide rail allowing the bottom spring arrangement to slide optimally.
Fig. 4 shows a support device 130 divided into a plurality (3 in the present example) of support segments 130-1, 130-2, … …, 130-n.
Fig. 4 shows a frame spring arrangement 120 comprising a plurality of frame segment spring systems 120-1, 120-2, … …, 120-n.
Fig. 4 shows a support spring arrangement 140 divided into a plurality of support spring segments 140-1, 140-2, … …, 140-n.
Also shown in fig. 4 is a central guide belt, which, like the example of a slat frame, serves to hold the slats in the guides. The central guide strip may provide additional stability and also have a spring action.
When other springs are used (gas pressure of the helical springs), it is also possible to use two guide rails for guiding purposes and only one spring on each side is sufficient.
