Description

Data service switching method and device, electronic equipment and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to communications technologies, and in particular, to a data service switching method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium.
Background
The electronic equipment supports dual-card dual-standby single-pass, which means that: the electronic equipment supports the installation of two Subscriber Identity Modules (SIM), and can realize the network switching of the two SIM cards through bottom layer software and a control chip, so that the two SIM cards are enabled to be standby at the same time, but the electronic equipment only supports the single-card conversation, namely, when one SIM card is used for the conversation, the other SIM card is in an off-line state.
Currently, in two SIM cards of an electronic device supporting dual-card dual-standby single-pass, one of the SIM cards is called a primary card, and the other SIM card is called a secondary card, a data service is configured on the primary card by default. When the auxiliary card is in a call, the electronic equipment cannot use the data service because the main card is in an off-line state.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a data service switching method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, wherein the electronic equipment can use data services when a secondary card is in a call.
In a first aspect, an execution subject of the method may be an electronic device or a chip in the electronic device, and the following description takes the execution subject as the electronic device as an example. The electronic device supports installation of a first subscriber identity SIM card and a second SIM card. The method comprises the following steps: the electronic equipment executes the voice service by using the second SIM card, and can detect whether the electronic equipment starts the function of the intelligent switching network card. The function of intelligently switching the network card can be understood as follows: the electronic device may switch a SIM card providing data services to a SIM card performing voice services. When the electronic device does not start the function of intelligently switching the network card, that is, the electronic device does not support automatically switching the SIM card providing the data service to the SIM card executing the voice service, the electronic device may detect whether the SIM card providing the data service in the electronic device is the second SIM card.
The purpose of the electronic equipment detecting whether the SIM card providing the data service is the second SIM card is to confirm whether the SIM card providing the data service by default of the electronic equipment is the second SIM card. If the SIM card providing the data service is the second SIM card, the electronic device may use the data service provided by the second SIM card, and the electronic device may not respond, and if the SIM card providing the data service is not the second SIM card, such as the first SIM card, the electronic device may perform a response operation. Wherein the responding operation may include: and switching the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, or outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for guiding a user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device does not start the function of intelligently switching the network card and the SIM card providing the data service is not the second SIM card, the electronic device can switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, or guide the user to open the function of intelligently switching the network card of the electronic device, so that the electronic device can switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, thereby meeting the network access requirement of the user during the call using the second SIM card and improving the user experience.
When the electronic device outputs the prompt information and before guiding a user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic device, the electronic device can detect whether the number of times that the electronic device has output the prompt information is greater than or equal to a preset number of times. If the number of times that the electronic device has output the prompt message is greater than or equal to the preset number of times, it indicates that the user has been prompted to turn on the function of the intelligent switching network card, but the user has not turned on all the time, which indicates that the user does not need to turn on the function of the intelligent switching network card, and the electronic device may not output the prompt message. If the number of times that the electronic device has output the prompt message is less than the preset number of times, the electronic device can output the prompt message to prompt and guide a user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic device.

Detailed Description
Two Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, such as a first SIM card and a second SIM card, may be installed in the electronic device supporting dual-card dual-standby single-pass, where the first SIM card and the second SIM card both support data services and voice services. The voice service is a telephone communication service using a Circuit Switched (CS) domain, for example, the voice service may be a Voice Over Long Term Evolution (VOLTE) bearer. The data service is a service other than a voice service using a CS domain of mobile communication, such as browsing a web page, watching a video, and the like. The first SIM card or the second SIM card is a main card of the electronic device, and the following description will take the first SIM card as the main card as an example. The data service is configured on the main card by default, and the data service in the embodiment of the present application may be understood as being used for providing a mobile network for data services. It should be understood that the electronic device described in the following embodiments is a dual-card dual-standby single-pass electronic device.
The electronic device in this embodiment may be referred to as a User Equipment (UE), a terminal (terminal), and other devices that support dual-card dual-standby single-pass. For example, the electronic device may be a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer (PAD), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, or a wearable device, a Virtual Reality (VR) electronic device, an Augmented Reality (AR) electronic device, a wireless terminal in industrial control (industrial control), or a wireless terminal in smart home (smart home), and the form of the electronic device is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
The first SIM card and the second SIM card in the electronic equipment can be in standby state at the same time, and when the first SIM card and the second SIM card are in standby state, the electronic equipment can use the first SIM card or the second SIM card to execute voice service. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the operating principle of a SIM card in a dual-card dual-standby single-pass electronic device. Referring to a in fig. 1, when the electronic device performs a voice service using the first SIM card (e.g., VOLTE), the second SIM card is in an offline state, and the phones of other users cannot make a call to the second SIM card. Because the first SIM card is the main card, when the electronic device uses the first SIM card to execute the voice service, the electronic device can also use the first SIM card to execute the data service, that is, the user can make a call and surf the internet. Referring to b in fig. 1, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to perform a voice service, the first SIM card is in an offline state, and the phones of other users cannot make a call to the first SIM card, and because the first SIM card is a main card, the user cannot use a data service when performing the voice service using the second SIM card, that is, the user cannot get on the internet when making a call. For example, when the user switches on the phone of the second SIM card, the user opens the video application to watch the video, and the electronic device cannot display the interface of the video application.
Therefore, when the user uses the secondary card in the electronic equipment to carry out a call (namely, voice service is executed), the user cannot surf the internet (namely, data service cannot be used), and the user experience is low.
The embodiment of the application provides a data service switching method, when a user uses a secondary card in electronic equipment to execute voice service, the electronic equipment can automatically switch the data service from a main card to the secondary card, or the electronic equipment can guide the user to open the function of intelligently switching a network card, so that the electronic equipment switches the data service from the main card to the secondary card, the purpose that the user can also surf the internet when using the secondary card to carry out conversation is achieved, and user experience is improved.

The layered architecture can divide a software system of the electronic equipment into a plurality of layers, each layer has clear roles and division of labor, and the layers communicate with each other through software interfaces.
In one embodiment, the Android system may be divided into four layers, namely an application layer (applications), an application framework layer (application framework), a kernel layer (kernel), and a hardware layer. In one embodiment, the Android system may further include an Android runtime (Android runtime) and a system library, which are not shown in fig. 2. The embodiment of the application does not limit the layering of the software structure of the electronic equipment. The modules included in the respective hierarchies in the following embodiments are the modules referred to in the embodiments of the present application, and the modules included in the respective hierarchies as follows do not constitute a limitation on the structure of the electronic apparatus. In another embodiment of the application, the electronic device may include more or fewer modules than shown, or combine certain modules, or split certain modules, or a different arrangement of modules. The illustrated modules may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
The application layer may include, among other things, application packages. Illustratively, the application layer may include: camera, gallery, calendar, phone call, map, navigation, bluetooth, music, video, short message, etc. application packages (application is illustrated in fig. 2 by way of example). Fig. 2 illustrates an example in which the application layer includes an application.
The application framework layer provides an Application Programming Interface (API) and a programming framework for the application in the application layer.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, the application framework layer may include: an interface management service (AMS) module and a data service switching module. The AMS may uniformly schedule the interface Activity of the application, and the function of the data service switching module may refer to the related description in the following embodiments.
And the kernel layer at least comprises a hardware driver which is used for driving the hardware to work. Such as the inner core layer comprising: a modem driver, a display driver (display driver), a graphics processing unit driver (GPU driver), and the like, which are not limited in this embodiment of the application, and it should be understood that only the modem driver is shown in fig. 2. Illustratively, the modem drives the modem operations for driving the hardware layer, and the functions of the modem can refer to the related descriptions in the following embodiments.
The hardware layer includes hardware devices, such as a modem, a display screen, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a sensor, and the like. For example, the sensor may include: pressure sensor, gyroscope sensor, acceleration sensor, distance sensor, proximity optical sensor, fingerprint sensor etc. this application embodiment does not do the function of each sensor and redundantly describes. It should be understood that only the modem and display screen are shown in fig. 2.
Based on the structure of the electronic device shown in fig. 2, the following describes a data service switching method provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to specific embodiments, taking the electronic device as an execution subject. The following several embodiments may be combined with each other and may not be described in detail in some embodiments for the same or similar concepts or processes.
Fig. 3A is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a data service switching method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3A, a data service switching method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s301, the electronic equipment responds to the second SIM card to execute voice service according to at least one item of information as follows: the electronic equipment uses the data of the SIM card historically, uses the data service information before the second SIM card executes the voice service, and judges whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to the state of the electronic equipment. If yes, go to step S302, otherwise, do not respond.
In this embodiment of the application, when the electronic device is powered on, the data service switching module in the electronic device may register a listener to monitor a voice state of the first SIM card and a voice state of the second SIM card installed in the electronic device. The speech states may include: ringing, on-call, idle, etc. The voice state indicates that the SIM card does not execute the voice service when the SIM card is idle, and the voice state indicates that the SIM card executes the voice service when the SIM card rings or calls. The SIM card includes: the first SIM card and/or the second SIM card.
The data service switching module may detect whether the electronic device performs a voice service using the first SIM card based on a voice state of the first SIM card, and detect whether the electronic device performs a voice service using the second SIM card based on a voice state of the second SIM card, and thus, the electronic device may determine whether the electronic device performs a voice service using the second SIM card based on the detection of the data service switching module. When the data service switching module detects that the voice state of the second SIM card is ringing or talking (which may be changed according to the setting), it may be determined that the electronic device performs the voice service using the second SIM card.
The electronic device, in response to executing the voice service using the second SIM card, may determine whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to at least one of data of the SIM card used by the electronic device historically, data service information before the electronic device executes the voice service using the second SIM card, and a state of the electronic device.
The data of the electronic device historical use of the SIM card may include: when the electronic equipment uses the SIM card to execute voice service historically, the electronic equipment executes data of the data service. The data for the electronic device to perform the data service may include: the number of times or frequency that the electronic device performs the data service. For example, if the electronic device performs a voice service while the electronic device has historically used the SIM card, the number of times may be increased by 1. The frequency can be understood as: the following description will take the number of times that the electronic device performs the data service when the electronic device historically uses the SIM card to perform the voice service, and the ratio of the number of times that the electronic device historically uses the SIM card to perform the voice service as an example.
In one embodiment, in response to executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, the electronic device determines to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card if it is determined that the number of times of executing the data service when the electronic device historically uses the SIM card to execute the voice service is greater than a preset number of times based on the data of the electronic device historically using the SIM card.
The data service information before the electronic device performs the voice service using the second SIM card may be understood as: before the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, whether the electronic equipment uses the first SIM card to execute the data service or not is judged. Or may be understood as: and whether the electronic equipment executes the voice service by using the second SIM card when executing the data service by using the first SIM card.
For example, when the electronic device performs a data service using the first SIM card, for example, when a user watches video using a traffic of the first SIM card, the second SIM card is powered on, that is, before the electronic device performs a voice service using the second SIM card, the electronic device performs the data service using the first SIM card. If the electronic device does not perform the data service, for example, the electronic device is in a screen saving state or a screen locking state, the second SIM card calls, and before the electromechanical electronic device uses the second SIM card to perform the voice service, the electronic device does not use the first SIM card to perform the data service.
In one embodiment, in response to the electronic device executing the voice service using the second SIM card, if it is detected that the electronic device executes the data service using the first SIM card before executing the voice service using the second SIM card, which indicates that the second SIM card is powered on when the user has a demand for internet access, the electronic device may determine to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
The state of the electronic device may include, but is not limited to: whether the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is available or not, whether double cards are in place or not, whether double-card bi-pass is supported or not, whether the voice service executed by the second SIM card is a long-term evolution voice bearer service or not, and whether the function of intelligently switching the network card is started or not.
Whether Wi-Fi of the electronic device is available or not may be understood as: whether the electronic equipment is connected with the Wi-Fi or not, if the electronic equipment is connected with the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is available, and if the electronic equipment is not connected with the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is unavailable. Double card in place can be understood as: whether the first SIM card and the second SIM card are both installed in a card slot of the electronic device. The function of intelligently switching the network card refers to: the electronic device may automatically switch data services to a SIM card that performs voice services.
In one embodiment, taking the state of the electronic device as an example including whether Wi-Fi of the electronic device is available and whether dual-SIM-dual-active is supported, when Wi-Fi of the electronic device is not available and the electronic device does not support dual-SIM-dual-active, the electronic device may determine to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
S302, the electronic equipment switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
Switching data services from a first SIM card to a second SIM card by an electronic device may be understood as: and the electronic equipment opens the data service of the second SIM card and closes the data service of the first SIM card. After the electronic device switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, the user can use the mobile network of the second SIM card to surf the internet.
In S302, in one embodiment, when the electronic device switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, the electronic device further needs to detect the status of the second SIM card to determine whether the second SIM card meets the switching requirement. If the second SIM card does not satisfy the switching requirement, the electronic device determines to switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
Wherein, the state of the second SIM card may include but is not limited to: network quality of the second SIM card, remaining traffic of the second SIM card. In an embodiment, the network quality of the second SIM card may be characterized by parameters such as a packet loss rate and a data packet transmission rate. In such an embodiment, if the network quality and/or the remaining traffic of the second SIM card satisfy the preset switching condition, the electronic device may determine that the second SIM card satisfies the switching requirement. For example, taking the remaining traffic of the second SIM card as an example, if the remaining traffic of the second SIM card is less than or equal to the preset traffic, the second SIM card does not meet the switching requirement, and the electronic device determines not to switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card. And if the residual flow of the second SIM card is greater than the preset flow, the second SIM card meets the switching requirement, and the electronic equipment determines to switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
In one embodiment, if the electronic device determines to switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, the electronic device may further direct the user to turn on a function of a smart switching network card of the electronic device, the electronic device may perform switching of the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card in response to the user turning on the function of the smart switching network card, and the function of the electronic device directing the user to turn on the smart switching network card may refer to descriptions in S807-S809.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a handover data service according to an embodiment of the present application. A in fig. 4 is the same as a in fig. 1, and is not described herein. Referring to b in fig. 4, when the electronic device performs a voice service using the second SIM card, after the electronic device switches a data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, the user may use the data service, for example, the user may watch a video in the foreground.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to the electronic device executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, the electronic device may determine whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to at least one of data of the electronic device using the SIM card historically, data service information before the electronic device executes the voice service by using the second SIM card, and a state of the electronic device. When the electronic equipment determines to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card, the data service of the first SIM card can be automatically switched to the second SIM card, so that the requirement of a user on surfing the Internet when the user uses the second SIM card for communication is met, the user does not feel, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may determine whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to "data of the electronic device using the SIM card historically" and a partial or complete state of the electronic device, where the state of the electronic device in fig. 3B includes: whether to start the function of intelligently switching the network card is explained as an example:
referring to fig. 3B, a data service switching method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s401, the electronic equipment responds to the fact that the second SIM card is used for executing voice service, and whether the electronic equipment starts a function of intelligently switching the network card or not is detected. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S402 is executed.
S402, the electronic equipment detects whether the SIM card providing the data service is a second SIM card. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S403 is executed.
S401 to S402 may refer to the descriptions in S501 to S502.
S403, the electronic equipment executes response operation.
The response operation includes: and switching the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, or outputting prompt information. The prompt message is used for guiding a user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic equipment. It should be understood that the electronic device may refer to the related description in S302 for switching the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, and the electronic device may refer to the descriptions in S807-S809 for outputting the prompt information.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may determine whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to "data of the electronic device using the SIM card historically" and a partial or full state of the electronic device, which are illustrated in fig. 5A by combining "data of the SIM card historically" and "a partial state of the electronic device" as an example:
referring to fig. 5A, a data service switching method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s501, the electronic equipment responds to the fact that the second SIM card is used for executing voice service, and whether the electronic equipment starts the function of intelligently switching the network card or not is detected. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S502 is executed.
Referring to fig. 5B, the user may operate the control 51 of the smart switching network card on the setting interface of the electronic device to turn on or off the function of the smart switching network card. In an embodiment, the electronic device may store a state of the function of the intelligent switching network card, and then the electronic device may detect whether the user starts the function of the intelligent switching network card based on the state of the function of the intelligent switching network card. For example, the electronic device may store the state of turning on the function of the smart switching network card as on in response to detecting that the user turns on the control 51 of the smart switching network card. For example, the electronic device may store the state of turning on the function of the smart-switching network card as off in response to detecting that the user turns off the control 51 of the smart-switching network card.
In an embodiment, when the electronic device detects that the state of the function of the smart switching network card is on, that is, the user has started the function of the smart switching network card, the electronic device may intelligently switch the SIM card providing the data service. When the electronic device detects that the state of the function of the intelligent switching network card is off, that is, the electronic device does not turn on the function of the intelligent switching network card, the electronic device may execute S502.
S502, the electronic equipment detects whether the SIM card providing the data service is a second SIM card. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S503 is executed.
The way for the electronic device to detect the SIM card providing the data service may be: the electronic equipment detects the configuration information of the data service and determines the SIM card providing the data service. For example, if the electronic device configures the first SIM card to provide the data service by default, the SIM card providing the data service is determined to be the first SIM card. Alternatively, the electronic device may determine the SIM card providing the data service based on the user's modified settings for the SIM card providing the data service. For example, if the user modifies the SIM card providing the data service from the default first SIM card to the second SIM card, the electronic device may determine that the SIM card providing the data service is the second SIM card.
That is to say, the electronic device detects whether the SIM card providing the data service is the second SIM card, if the SIM card providing the data service is the second SIM card, the electronic device does not need to respond, and if the SIM card providing the data service is the first SIM card, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the user cannot surf the internet using the second SIM card, and the electronic device needs to switch the data service.
S503, the electronic device detects whether the number of times of executing the data service when the electronic device historically uses the SIM card to execute the voice service is larger than or equal to a preset number of times. If not, no response is made, and if yes, S504 is executed.
In one embodiment, when the electronic device historically uses the SIM card (taking the second SIM card as an example) to talk (i.e. historically uses the second SIM card to perform voice services), the electronic device performs data services (the data services can be performed for the electronic device using the first SIM card or using the second SIM card) the same number of times as the user uses other applications that need data services. The electronic equipment can detect the times that the user uses other application programs needing data service, such as video playing application programs and navigation application programs opened by the user, when the second SIM card is used historically to execute voice service. When the electronic equipment historically uses the second SIM card to execute voice service, the times can be recorded and added by 1 every time the user is detected to use other application programs needing data service.
When the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to talk historically, the interface of the electronic equipment originally displays a voice talking interface, namely a foreground running is a voice application program, but when a user uses other application programs needing data service, the voice application program can be switched to a background running, the other application programs needing data service run in the foreground, and the electronic equipment can display the interfaces of the other application programs needing data service.
Therefore, when the electronic equipment historically uses the second SIM card for calling, the AMS in the electronic equipment detects whether other application programs needing data service are operated in the foreground or not by detecting the interface displayed by the electronic equipment. If the AMS detects that the interface displayed by the electronic equipment is other application programs needing data service, whether the foreground runs the other application programs needing data service can be determined, and then the electronic equipment can determine whether the foreground runs the other application programs needing data service so as to obtain the times of using the other application programs needing data service by the user. For example, if the electronic device determines that other applications requiring data services are foreground-run, the number of times that the user uses the other applications requiring data services may be increased by 1.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may detect whether the number of times that the electronic device has recorded is greater than a preset number of times in response to executing the voice service using the second SIM card. If it is detected that the number of times that the user uses other application programs requiring data services is greater than or equal to the preset number of times, indicating that the user has a request for accessing the internet while historically using the SIM card to execute the voice service (e.g., during a voice call), the electronic device may execute S504 when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service.
S504, the electronic equipment switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
S504 may refer to the description related to S302.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to the electronic device executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, the electronic device may switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card when the electronic device does not start the function of intelligently switching the network access card and the SIM card providing the data service is the first SIM card, and the data indicating that the user has the network access requirement when the user has historically used the SIM card to execute the voice service based on the data of the electronic device that has historically used the SIM card indicates, so as to meet the network access requirement when the user has used the second SIM card for a call.
In an embodiment, the electronic device may determine whether to switch the data service of the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to "data service information before performing the voice service using the second SIM card" and a partial or entire state of the electronic device, which are illustrated in fig. 6 by combining "data service information before performing the voice service using the second SIM card" and "a partial state of the electronic device" as an example:
referring to fig. 6, a data service switching method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s601, the electronic equipment responds to the fact that the second SIM card is used for executing voice service, and whether the electronic equipment starts the function of intelligently switching the network card or not is detected. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S602 is executed.
S602, the electronic device detects whether the SIM card providing the data service is a second SIM card. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S603 is executed.
S601-S602 may refer to the associated descriptions of S501-S502.
S603, the electronic device detects whether the electronic device performs the data service using the first SIM card before performing the voice service using the second SIM card. If not, no response is made, and if yes, S604 is executed.
Whether the electronic device performs the data service using the first SIM card or not before performing the voice service using the second SIM card may refer to the explanation of "data service information before the electronic device performs the voice service using the second SIM card" in S301. Before the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the electronic equipment uses the first SIM card to execute the data service, which indicates that when the user has a demand for surfing the internet, the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service. Illustratively, the electronic device executes the data service using the first SIM card, such as the electronic device runs a video application in the foreground to play a video, or the electronic device runs a navigation application in the foreground to display a navigation interface and play navigation voice.
When the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the first SIM card is in an offline state, and the electronic device cannot use the data service, so as to ensure the internet access requirement of the user, the electronic device may execute S604, that is, switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
For example, referring to a in fig. 7, when a user watches video using traffic of a first SIM card and a second SIM card comes in power, the electronic device may switch data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card. Referring to b in fig. 7, the user may continue to watch the video in the foreground using the traffic of the second SIM card. In one embodiment, to ensure the switching accuracy and validity of the data service, the electronic device may switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card when the user connects an incoming call of the second SIM card. It should be understood that the interface of the electronic device is shown separately in fig. 7 to avoid overlaying the structure of the first and second SIM cards in the electronic device.
S604, the electronic equipment switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
S604 may refer to the description related to S302.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, the electronic device may execute the data service by using the first SIM card before the electronic device does not start the function of the smart switching network card, the SIM card providing the data service is the first SIM card, and before executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card by using the electronic device, so as to meet the network access requirement of the user during a call using the second SIM card.
As described in the foregoing embodiments, the electronic device may automatically switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, and in one embodiment, the electronic device may also guide the user to turn on the function of the smart switching network card, and the electronic device may switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card in response to an operation of the user turning on the function of the smart switching network card. If the user is unfamiliar with the functions of the electronic device, the user does not know that the setting interface shown in fig. 5B has the control for intelligently switching the network card, and even if the user finds the control for intelligently switching the network card in the setting interface on the premise that the electronic device is aware of the fact that the network card can be intelligently switched, a lot of time is wasted.
Based on this, the control capable of intelligently prompting the user to open the intelligent switching network card is provided in the embodiment of the application, so that the electronic device can intelligently switch the network card to meet the network access requirement of the user when the user uses the second SIM card for communication. In addition, in this embodiment, a description will be given taking an example of "the electronic apparatus determines whether to switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card based on the state of the electronic apparatus".
Referring to fig. 8, a data service switching method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
s801, the electronic equipment responds to the fact that voice service is executed through the second SIM card, and whether Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is available is detected. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S802 is executed.
When the electronic device is powered on, a data service switching module in the electronic device can register telephony broadcast to acquire basic service information of the electronic device. The basic service information comprises the Wi-Fi connection state of the electronic equipment. In the embodiment of the application, if the electronic equipment is connected with the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is available, and if the electronic equipment is not connected with the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is unavailable.
When the electronic equipment executes the voice service by using the second SIM card, if the Wi-Fi of the electronic equipment is available, the user can surf the internet through the Wi-Fi network, and under the condition, the electronic equipment does not need to respond. When the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, if the Wi-Fi of the electronic device is not available, the user needs to surf the internet through the Wi-Fi network via a mobile network of the electronic device (e.g., a mobile network of the second SIM card), and in this case, the electronic device may execute S802.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, in response to executing the voice service by using the second SIM card, the electronic device may further perform the operation of detecting whether the Wi-Fi of the electronic device is available in S801 if the number of times of executing the data service is greater than or equal to the preset number of times when it is determined that the electronic device has historically executed the voice service by using the SIM card.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, in response to the electronic device performing the voice service using the second SIM card, in the case that the electronic device performs the data service using the first SIM card before detecting that the voice service is performed using the second SIM card, the electronic device performs the operation of detecting whether the Wi-Fi of the electronic device is available in S801 again.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, the electronic device may detect whether the user has a need to surf the internet in response to performing the voice service using the second SIM card. When the user has a demand for surfing the internet, the electronic device can detect whether the Wi-Fi of the electronic device is available. When the user does not have a demand for surfing the internet, the electronic device may not respond.
When the user has the requirement of surfing the internet, the user can switch the voice service to the background operation and open other application programs needing data service in the foreground. Illustratively, if the user switches the VOLTE call interface to the background, the video application program is opened on the foreground to play the video online. Therefore, the electronic equipment can detect the interface displayed by the foreground and detect whether the user has the internet surfing requirement. The interface of the electronic device for detecting the foreground display may refer to the relevant description in S301.
S802, the electronic equipment detects whether the double cards are in place. If not, no response is made, and if yes, S803.
Double card in place can be understood as: the electronic equipment is provided with a SIM card and a second SIM card.
In one embodiment, the data service switching module in the electronic device may call a telephony interface of the application framework layer to query the state of a SIM card installed in the electronic device to detect whether the electronic device has a dual card in place. If the data service switching module inquires that the state of the first SIM card and the state of the second SIM card installed in the electronic equipment both exist Present, it can be determined that the double cards are in place. If the state of at least one SIM card installed in the electronic equipment is absence, the electronic equipment can be determined not to be a double card in place.
If the electronic device is not a dual-card in place, for example, only one SIM card is installed in the electronic device, the electronic device may default to provide data service with the SIM card in the scene, and the electronic device does not need to respond. If the dual card is in place in the electronic device, the electronic device may perform S803.
S803, the electronic equipment detects whether the voice state is in a call. If not, no response is made, if yes, S804.
Whether the voice service is in a voice call or not can be understood as follows: whether the current voice state is in a call. When the electronic device is powered on, the data service switching module in the electronic device may register with the listener to monitor the change of the voice state of the SIM card, so that the electronic device may detect whether the voice state of the second SIM card is in a call.
When the voice service is not answered, the electronic equipment can display a ringing interface or a calling interface, and at this time, the internet access requirement of the user is low. When the voice state is in a call, the second SIM card may perform S804.
In an embodiment, the electronic device may not perform S803, that is, if the dual card is in place in the electronic device, the electronic device may perform S804. In this embodiment, as long as the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, that is, the voice status is not idle, the electronic device needs to respond, that is, execute.
S804, the electronic equipment detects whether the electronic equipment supports double-card double-pass DSDA. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S805.
The electronic device supporting a Dual SIM Dual Active (DSDA) may be understood as: the electronic equipment can be provided with two SIM cards, and the two SIM cards can simultaneously carry out voice service, so that even if the data service is configured in the first SIM card by default, when the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the first SIM card can provide the data service for a user, and the user can also surf the internet.
In the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device supports the DSDA, when the electronic device executes the voice service using the second SIM card, the first SIM card may provide a data service for the user, and the user may also surf the internet, and the electronic device does not need to respond. If the electronic device does not support the DSDA, that is, the electronic device supports dual-card dual-standby single-pass, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the data service is configured in the first SIM card by default, the second SIM card cannot provide the data service for the user, the user cannot surf the internet, and the electronic device may execute S805.
The manner in which the electronic device detects whether the electronic device supports DSDA is as follows:
in one embodiment, the modem in the electronic device can identify the current network standard of the SIM card installed in the electronic device, and the current frequency band of the SIM card. The network format of the SIM card may include, but is not limited to: a 5th generation mobile communication technology (5G) network, a 4G network, a 3G network, and the like. The current network type of the SIM card is related to the cell in which the electronic device currently resides. The current band of the SIM card can be understood as: the frequency band in which the cell in which the electronic device currently resides is located.
Thus, the modem can identify a first current network system and a first current frequency band of a first SIM card installed in the electronic device, and a second current network system and a second current frequency band of a second SIM card, and the data service switching module can periodically or in real time acquire the first current network system and the first current frequency band of the first SIM card, and the second current network system and the second current frequency band of the second SIM card identified by the modem. The data service switching module may detect whether the electronic device supports a DSDA according to a DSDA configuration preset at a Radio Frequency (RF) front end of the electronic device, a first current network type and a first current frequency band of the first SIM card, and a second current network type and a second current frequency band of the second SIM card.
The preset DSDA configuration of the RF front end can comprise: and the electronic equipment supports the combination set of the network system and the frequency band of the two SIM cards when the DSDA is supported. The set of combinations may include combinations 1 through N as shown in table one below:
watch 1
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
For example, when the network standard of the first SIM card is 5G and the frequency band is N1, and the network standard of the second SIM card is 5G and the frequency band is N78, the electronic device supports DSDA.
The electronic device may query whether a combination of the first current network type and the first current frequency band, and the second current network type and the second current frequency band is included in the first table, if the combination is included in the first table, it is determined that the electronic device supports DSDA, and if the combination is not included in the first table, it is determined that the electronic device does not support DSDA.
In one embodiment, for an electronic device that does not support DSDA, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to perform a voice service, the first SIM card is in an offline state, that is, the first SIM card cannot perform a data service, and the state of the data service is in a disconnected state. For the electronic equipment supporting the DSDA, when the electronic equipment uses the second SIM card to execute the voice service, the electronic equipment can use the first SIM card to execute the data service, and the state of the data service is a connection state. In this embodiment, the electronic device may detect whether the electronic device supports the DSDA by detecting a connection state of the data service of the first SIM.
Because the DATA service switching module in the electronic device has registered the telephony broadcast, the DATA service switching module can acquire the CONNECTION STATE of the DATA service of the first SIM by monitoring DATA _ CONNECTION _ STATE _ CHANGED in the telephony broadcast. When the electronic device detects that the connection state of the data service of the first SIM is the disconnection state, it may be determined that the electronic device does not support DSDA. When the electronic device detects that the connection state of the data service of the first SIM is a connection state, it may be determined that the electronic device supports DSDA.
In an embodiment, for an electronic device that does not support DSDA, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to perform a voice service, the first SIM card cannot perform the data service, and the electronic device does not transmit an uplink data packet to a server (e.g., a VOLTE service server). For the electronic device supporting the DSDA, when the electronic device executes the voice service using the second SIM card, the electronic device may execute the data service using the first SIM card, and the electronic device may transmit the uplink data packet to the server. In this embodiment, when the electronic device executes the voice service using the second SIM card, the electronic device may further detect whether the electronic device supports the DSDA by detecting whether there is a transmission uplink data packet in the electronic device.
S805, the electronic device detects whether the voice service executed by using the second SIM card is VOLTE. If not, no response is made, if yes, S806.
If the voice service executed by the electronic equipment by using the second SIM card is VOLTE, the VOLTE is the voice service realized by adopting the 4G network or the 5G network, and the second SIM card has the capability of providing data service. If the voice service executed by the electronic device using the second SIM card is not VOLTE service, such as voice service implemented by using 3G, 2G, etc., it indicates that the second SIM card is not capable of providing data service, because in this case, even if the second SIM card is used to provide data service, the network quality of the second SIM card is poor, and the user experience of surfing the internet is poor.
And the data service switching module in the electronic equipment can determine whether the voice service executed by the electronic equipment by using the second SIM card is VOLTE or not based on the second current network standard of the second SIM card identified by the modem. If the second current network standard of the second SIM card is a 4G network or a 5G network, it may be determined that the voice service executed by the electronic device using the second SIM card is VOLTE, and if the second current network standard of the second SIM card is a 3G network or a 4G network, it may be determined that the voice service executed by the electronic device using the second SIM card is not VOLTE.
If the voice service executed by the electronic device using the second SIM card is not VOLTE, the electronic device may not respond. When the voice service executed by the electronic device using the second SIM card is VOLTE, S806 may be executed.
S806, the electronic device detects whether the user starts the function of intelligently switching the network card. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S807 is performed.
Referring to the description in S301, when the electronic device detects that the state of the function of the intelligent switching network card is on, that is, the user has started the function of the intelligent switching network card, the electronic device does not need to respond. When the electronic device detects that the state of the function of the intelligent switching network card is off, that is, the user does not turn on the function of the intelligent switching network card, the electronic device may not execute step S807, and directly output the prompt information to guide the user to turn on the function of the intelligent switching network card, where the prompt information may refer to the following description of step S807.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, when the electronic device detects that the user does not turn on the function of the smart switching network card, the electronic device may execute S807.
S807, the electronic equipment detects whether the number of times of outputting the prompt information is greater than or equal to a preset number of times. If yes, no response is made, otherwise, S808 is performed.
The prompt message is used for guiding a user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic equipment.
The electronic equipment can detect the times of outputting the prompt information in response to the detection that the user does not start the function of intelligently switching the network card so as to determine whether the times of outputting the prompt information by the electronic equipment is greater than or equal to the preset times. It should be understood that the electronic device may add 1 to the number of times the reminder is output for each time the reminder is output. The preset times of the prompt messages are set in the embodiment of the application, the purpose that the use of the user is not interfered as far as possible is achieved, and the user experience is improved on the basis of effectively prompting the user.
If the number of times that the electronic equipment detects that the prompt information is output is greater than or equal to the preset number of times, the user is prompted to have enough times for opening the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can not respond. If the electronic device detects that the number of times of outputting the prompt message is less than the preset number of times, the electronic device may execute S808.
And S808, displaying the prompt message by the electronic equipment.
When the user uses the second SIM card to perform VOLTE, that is, when the electronic device uses the second SIM card to perform VOLTE, the electronic device performs the steps S801 to S807, and if it is determined that the prompt information needs to be displayed, the electronic device may display the prompt information on the call interface of VOLTE.
For example, referring to a in fig. 9, for example, the electronic device may display a prompt box 91 on the call interface of VOLTE, where the prompt box includes a prompt message such as "click here, turn on the smart switching network card, surf the internet". The user may click "here" to trigger the electronic device to display a management interface for setting the SIM card, where the management interface of the SIM card includes a control 51 for intelligently switching the network card, as shown in b of fig. 9. The user can open the control 51 of the intelligent switching network card to open the function of the intelligent switching network card of the electronic device. It should be understood that fig. 9 is an example of the prompt message, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner in which the prompt message is output by the electronic device, and the format of the prompt message.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device can display the prompt message to guide the user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card, and the user does not need to search the control 51 of the intelligent switching network card in the setting interface, so that the method is efficient and quick.
And S809, the electronic equipment switches the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card in response to receiving the instruction of the user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card.
When the electronic device detects that the user opens the control 51 of the intelligent switching network card, that is, the electronic device receives an instruction of the user to open the function of the intelligent switching network card, the data service may be switched from the first SIM card to the second SIM card, which may refer to the related description in the foregoing embodiment.
In an embodiment, in order to avoid that the electronic device performs steps S801 to S806 in sequence each time the user uses the second SIM card to perform a call, the sequence of the steps detected by the electronic device in this embodiment may be changed.
Illustratively, as in S801, in response to performing a voice service using the second SIM card, the electronic device may perform S802 first, and in the case of the dual card being in place, the electronic device may perform S801 again. Or, in the case that the dual card is in place, the electronic device may perform S806, and in the case that the user does not turn on the function of the smart switching network card, perform S802 again.
For example, in a possible implementation scenario, in order to reduce the operation of the electronic device as much as possible when the user uses the second SIM card to perform a call each time, in S801, the electronic device may first perform S806 in response to performing a voice service using the second SIM card, and if the user has started the function of the smart switching network card, the electronic device does not need to perform other operations, thereby saving resources of the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device can guide the user to start the function of the intelligent switching network card in response to the second SIM card executing the voice service, and then switch the data service from the first SIM card to the second SIM card after the user starts the function of the intelligent switching network card, so as to meet the internet access requirement of the user during the call using the second SIM card. In the embodiment of the application, because the human-computer interaction is added, whether the function of intelligently switching the network card is started or not is confirmed by the user, and the user experience can be improved.
In an embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which may be the electronic device described in the foregoing embodiment. Referring to fig. 10, the electronic device may include: a processor (e.g., CPU) 1001, and a memory 1002. The memory 1002 may include a random-access memory (RAM) and a non-volatile memory (NVM), such as at least one disk memory, and the memory 1002 may store various instructions for performing various processing functions and implementing the method steps of the present application.
Optionally, the electronic device related to the present application may further include: a power supply 1003, a communication bus 1004, and a communication port 1005. The communication port 1005 is used for implementing connection and communication between the electronic device and other peripherals.
