Description

Medical device use management method and medical device use management system
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a medical equipment use management method and a medical equipment use management system.
Background
Medical devices and instruments are classified into one type, two types and three types according to different purposes and structural principles. Most of the first kind and the second kind are passive instruments which do not need to be connected with a power supply, and no manufacturer is required to carry out tracking maintenance, maintenance and upgrading after the instruments enter a hospital. And the second and third medical instruments belong to active medical equipment or medical instruments which need to be connected with a power supply, most of the active medical equipment or medical instruments are long-term used equipment, and need to be tracked, maintained and repaired and upgraded by manufacturers. Because of their special environmental requirements, these active surgical instruments are essentially not networked, so that after the product enters the hospital, it is managed and maintained by the hospital, and the manufacturer is contacted only when the equipment fails. Therefore, the probability of removing equipment faults is reduced, early warning cannot be performed in advance, and the operation risk is increased.
In the prior art, active medical equipment and supporting instruments are managed and maintained by a hospital after entering the hospital, and due to the lack of professional technology, the loss degree of the equipment cannot be judged, and risks cannot be found before the equipment is damaged. Only after the equipment is out of order will the manufacturer be contacted for maintenance and repair. Inevitably, the operation process is affected by faults in the operation process, and the operation risk is increased.

Fig. 1 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 100 to which the medical device usage management methods of the present application may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, system architecture 100 may include a medical device 101, an information forwarding device 102, and a server 103. Information-forwarding device 102 and server 103 may be connected by a network, which may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
The medical device may be various active medical devices, including but not limited to at least one of the following: the ultrasonic cutting hemostatic scalpel system comprises an ultrasonic lithotripsy and stone removal system, an ultrasonic orthopedic power system, a high-frequency electrosurgery, a plasma generator, radio frequency ablation, microwaves, operation power, an endoscope camera system, an operation cold light source, a pneumoperitoneum machine, an operation laser system, and all active equipment and matched instruments embedded with a user interaction interface.
A user may use information forwarding device 102 to interact with server 103 over a network to receive or send messages. Various client applications may be installed on information-forwarding device 102. Such as device management applications, search class applications, browser class applications, and the like. Information forwarding device 102 may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or other various devices that may be connected to the internet. The information forwarding apparatus 102 may acquire the use state information from the medical apparatus 101 and upload the use state information to the server 103.
The server 103 may be a background server managed by a provider of the medical device, and the server 103 may receive the use state information, determine whether the medical device is normal according to the use state information, and remind a user to perform various operations such as maintenance, repair, and adjustment on the medical device.
With continued reference to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a flow 200 of an embodiment of the medical device usage management method of the present application, which is applied to the medical device 101 shown in fig. 1, and which comprises the following steps:
step 201, determining whether the current usage state meets a preset verification condition, and determining whether a network is currently connected.
In the present embodiment, an executing agent (e.g., the medical device 101 shown in fig. 1) for executing the medical device usage management method may determine whether the current usage state satisfies a preset verification condition and determine whether a network is currently connected. The preset verification condition may be a condition for determining when to output the prompt message. For example, the preset verification condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the medical equipment is started for the first time, the using times of the medical equipment reach the preset times, the using time of the medical equipment reaches the preset time, the using place of the medical equipment (positioned according to a positioning device in the medical equipment) is not in the preset geographical range, a certain accessory of the medical equipment (such as an ultrasonic surgical cutter) is not an original accessory, and the like.
Step 202, if it is determined that the preset verification condition is met and the network is not connected currently, outputting prompt information for prompting the user to verify and using state information for representing the current using state, and entering a locking state.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the preset verification condition is satisfied and the network is not currently connected, the execution main body may output prompt information for prompting the user to perform verification and use state information representing a current use state, and enter the locked state.
The prompt message may be displayed on a display included in the medical device or on a display of an electronic device connected to the medical device. The reminder information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: text, numbers, images, etc. For example, the prompt message may be: "your equipment has locked, please scan the two-dimensional code and unlock. "
The usage status information may be output by at least one of: two-dimensional codes, bar codes, numeric strings, character strings, characters, images, and the like. For example, the usage state information may be contained in a two-dimensional code, and the user may scan the two-dimensional code to acquire the usage state information.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3, which shows an exemplary schematic diagram of outputting prompt information and usage status information, in fig. 3, an input box of a two-dimensional code and a verification code may be displayed on the display to prompt a user to scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the verification code.
The above-mentioned usage status may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the number of uses of the medical device, the length of time of use, the location of use, audio, video, user usage habits (e.g., length of time of use per time, frequency of use), etc.
After the execution main body enters the locked state, usually, prompt information is displayed on a screen, and the user cannot continue to operate.
Step 203, in response to entering the authentication information generated by the server, exits the locked state.
In this embodiment, the execution agent may exit the locked state in response to inputting the authentication information generated by the server. Wherein, the verification information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: characters, numbers, words, graphics, etc. The verification information is typically generated by a server 103 as shown in fig. 1, which may determine whether the status of the medical device 101 is normal based on the received usage status information. The user is prompted (e.g., information is sent to the user to prompt the user why the medical device is not normal) or the medical device provider is processed, and after processing is completed, the medical device provider may generate verification information using the server and send the verification information to the user.
The user may receive the authentication information using the information forwarding device shown in fig. 1 and input the authentication information into the medical device, and the medical device exits the locked state and continues normal use.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after step 201, if it is determined that the preset verification condition is satisfied and the network is currently connected, the execution main body may further send the usage status information to the server. Therefore, under the condition that the medical equipment is connected with the network, the use state information is automatically sent to the server, user intervention is not needed, and the efficiency of processing the use state information is improved.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after sending the usage status information to the server, the executing entity may further execute the following steps:
and entering a locking state in response to receiving the warning information sent by the server. The warning information may be generated when the server determines that the use state of the medical device is abnormal according to the received use state information, and at this time, the server sends the warning information to the execution main body to prompt the user that the current use state of the medical device is abnormal, and the user needs to further contact the medical device provider for processing. For example, the warning information may include: "your device has currently reached the maintenance deadline and please contact the manufacturer for maintenance as soon as possible. "
Optionally, in the locked state, the medical device may output a prompt for prompting the user for verification (substantially consistent with the method described in step 202).
According to the implementation mode, the user can not normally operate the medical equipment by entering the locking state after receiving the warning information, so that the user can be forced to contact a provider of the medical equipment to solve the problem, and the risk of the medical equipment breaking down is reduced.
The above-described embodiments of the present application provide a method for verifying, by a medical device satisfying a preset verification condition, if the network is not connected, the prompt message and the using state message are output and the locking state is entered, the user must obtain the using state message by using the information forwarding device such as the mobile phone, and transmits the use status information to the server, the server determines whether to provide the medical device with verification information of the unlocked state based on the use status information, if the authentication information is provided by the server, the user inputs the authentication information into the medical device, unlocks the medical device, so that the server can monitor the use of the medical device in case the device is unable to upload data via the connection network, the medical equipment maintenance reminding device can remind a user of maintaining the medical equipment in time, reduce the risk of failure of the medical equipment and contribute to improving the safety of treatment by using the medical equipment.
With continued reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a flow 400 of another embodiment of the medical device usage management method of the present application, as applied to the information forwarding device 102 shown in fig. 1, the method comprising the steps of:
step 401, obtaining the use state information which is output by the medical device and represents the current use state of the medical device.
In the present embodiment, an execution subject (for example, the information transfer device 102 shown in fig. 1) for executing the medical device usage management method may acquire usage state information, which is output by the medical device and which characterizes the current usage state of the medical device.
For the description of the usage status information, reference may be made to the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again. The execution body may acquire the use state information in various ways. Optionally, the usage status information may be obtained by at least one of the following methods: code scanning, Near Field Communication (NFC), manual entry, etc. The use state information is acquired through the multiple modes, so that the flexibility of acquiring the use state information can be improved, and the information forwarding equipment is favorable for rapidly sending the use state information to the server.
Step 402, the usage state information is sent to the server.
In this embodiment, the execution agent may transmit the usage state information to the server.
Step 403, in response to receiving the verification information sent by the server, displaying the verification information.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may display the authentication information in response to receiving the authentication information transmitted by the server. The user may input the authentication information into the medical device.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the use state information is acquired and sent to the server, the server can determine whether verification information for unlocking the locking state is provided for the medical equipment or not based on the use state information, if the verification information is provided by the server, the verification information is displayed, so that the use state information of the medical equipment can be timely sent to the server through the information forwarding equipment under the condition that the equipment cannot upload data through a connection network, the server can monitor the use condition of the medical equipment, timely remind a user of maintaining the medical equipment, the risk of failure of the medical equipment is reduced, and the safety of treatment by using the medical equipment is improved.
With continuing reference to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates a flow 500 of another embodiment of the medical device usage management method of the present application, as applied to the server 103 shown in fig. 1, comprising the steps of:
in step 501, usage state information is received that characterizes a current usage state of a medical device.
In the present embodiment, an execution subject (e.g., the server 103 shown in fig. 1) for executing the medical device usage management method may receive usage state information representing a current usage state of the medical device.
The use state information may be transmitted by the medical device (in the case where the medical device is connected to the network) or may be transmitted by the information transfer device (in the case where the medical device is not connected to the network).
Step 502, determining whether the use state of the medical device is normal or not based on the use state information.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may determine whether the use state of the medical device is normal based on the use state information.
Specifically, the execution body may automatically match the usage state information with a preset rule to determine whether the usage state is normal. For example, when the use state information indicates that the medical device is turned on for the first time, it is determined that the use state is normal. The execution main body can also output the use state information in a mode visible to the maintenance personnel (for example, the use state information is displayed on a display, or the use state information is transmitted to terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like of the maintenance personnel for display). And the maintenance personnel manually judges whether the use state of the medical equipment is normal or not according to the displayed use state information, if so, the button indicating the normal state can be clicked, and if not, the button indicating the abnormal state can be clicked.
If the information forwarding device is normal, and the usage status information is determined to be received from the information forwarding device, the verification information is sent to the information forwarding device, in step 503.
In this embodiment, if the use state is normal and it is determined that the use state information is received from the information forwarding apparatus, the execution main body may transmit the authentication information to the information forwarding apparatus. Specifically, when the execution subject automatically determines that the use state is normal, the verification information can be automatically generated and sent; when the use state is judged to be normal by a human, the verification information may be generated and transmitted in response to clicking a button indicating normal.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, after step 502, if it is determined that the usage status of the medical device is abnormal, the performing subject may further determine the source of the usage status information.
If the use state information is received from the medical device (i.e., the medical device is connected to the network), warning information indicating that the use state of the medical device is abnormal is transmitted to the medical device and/or the information forwarding device. Upon receiving the warning message, the medical device may enter a locked state to await the user to address the problem.
If the usage status information is received from the information forwarding apparatus (i.e., the medical apparatus is not connected to the network), warning information is transmitted to the information forwarding apparatus. The user views the warning information displayed on the information forwarding device, and can further process the generated problems according to the prompt of the warning information.
The warning information is used for prompting the problem generated by the current medical equipment, for example, when the number of times of using the medical equipment reaches a preset number, the warning information may include: "your device is used up to the number of times it should be maintained, please contact the manufacturer for maintenance". For another example, when a certain accessory (e.g., an ultrasonic surgical tool) of the medical device is not a genuine accessory, the use status information output by the medical device may indicate the problem, and the server, after receiving the use status information, issues a warning message indicating that the used accessory is not a genuine accessory.
According to the implementation mode, when the server determines that the use state of the medical equipment is abnormal, the warning information is output, so that a user can know the problem of the medical equipment in time, the user is prompted to maintain the medical equipment in time, and the risk of the fault of the medical equipment is reduced.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, after outputting the warning message, the execution main body may further send verification information to the medical device and/or the information forwarding device in response to receiving information indicating that the use state of the medical device is restored from abnormal to normal.
As an example, when the medical device warns of maintenance, the maintenance person may send information indicating that the medical device is maintained to the server by clicking a button indicating that maintenance is performed using the terminal device, and the server sends verification information to the medical device and/or the information forwarding device after receiving the information. Specifically, when the medical device is connected to the network, the authentication information may be transmitted to the medical device and the information forwarding device at the same time, or to one of them; when the medical device is not connected to the network, the authentication information may be simultaneously transmitted to the information forwarding device.
When the medical equipment is recovered to be normal, the verification information is sent in time, so that the medical equipment can be pushed out of the locking state in time, a user can use the medical equipment in time, and the use stability of the medical equipment is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the usage status information may include at least one of the following information: video shot by a camera included in the medical device, images shot by the camera, audio collected by a sound collection device included in the medical device. And the execution subject may store the use state information in association with identification information of the medical device. By storing the information such as the video, the audio, the image and the like, the medical equipment provider can accurately and specifically obtain the use condition of the medical equipment by the user, the problem of the medical equipment can be accurately analyzed, and the use stability of the medical equipment is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the using state information representing the current using state of the medical equipment is received, whether the using state of the medical equipment is normal or not is determined based on the using state information, if the using state is normal, the using state information is determined to be received from the information forwarding equipment, and the verification information is sent to the information forwarding equipment, so that under the condition that the equipment cannot upload data through a connection network, the server can monitor the using condition of the medical equipment, timely remind a user of maintaining the medical equipment, the risk of failure of the medical equipment is reduced, and the safety of treatment by using the medical equipment is improved.
With further reference to FIG. 6, a timing diagram 600 of one embodiment of the medical device usage management system of the present application is shown. The medical device usage management system includes: a medical device (e.g., medical device 101 shown in fig. 1), an information transfer device (e.g., information transfer device 102 shown in fig. 1), and a server (e.g., server 103 shown in fig. 1).
The medical equipment determines whether the current use state meets a preset verification condition or not and determines whether the network is connected or not currently; and if the preset verification condition is met and the network is not connected currently, outputting prompt information for prompting the user to verify and using state information for representing the current using state, and entering a locking state. The information forwarding equipment acquires the use state information; the usage state information is sent to the server. The server determines whether the use state of the medical equipment is normal or not based on the use state information; if the information is normal, the use state information is received from the information forwarding equipment, and the verification information is sent to the information forwarding equipment. The information forwarding device displays the authentication information in response to receiving the authentication information sent by the server. The medical device exits the locked state in response to entering the authentication information.
As shown in fig. 6, in step 601, the medical device determines whether the current usage state satisfies a preset verification condition and determines whether a network is currently connected.
In this embodiment, the medical device may determine whether the current usage state satisfies a preset verification condition and determine whether a network is currently connected. The preset verification condition may be a condition for determining when to output the prompt message. For example, the preset verification condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the medical equipment is started for the first time, the using times of the medical equipment reach the preset times, the using time of the medical equipment reaches the preset time, the using place of the medical equipment (positioned according to a positioning device in the medical equipment) is not in the preset geographical range, and the like.
In step 602, if the medical device determines that the preset verification condition is met and the network is not currently connected, outputting prompt information for prompting the user to perform verification and use state information representing the current use state, and entering a locked state.
In this embodiment, if the medical device determines that the preset verification condition is met and the network is not currently connected, the medical device may output prompt information for prompting the user to perform verification and use state information representing a current use state, and enter a locked state.
In step 603, the information forwarding apparatus acquires the use state information.
In this embodiment, the information forwarding apparatus may acquire the use state information indicating the current use state of the medical apparatus, which is output by the medical apparatus.
The above-described information forwarding apparatus may acquire the use state information in various ways.
In step 604, the information forwarding device sends the usage state information to the server.
In this embodiment, the information forwarding apparatus may transmit the use state information to the server.
In step 605, the server determines whether the use state of the medical device is normal based on the use state information.
In this embodiment, the server may determine whether the use state of the medical device is normal based on the use state information.
Specifically, the server may automatically match the usage state information with a preset rule to determine whether the usage state is normal.
In step 606, if normal, and it is determined that the usage status information is received from the information forwarding device, verification information is sent to the information forwarding device
In this embodiment, if the usage status is normal and it is determined that the usage status information is received from the information forwarding apparatus, the server may transmit the authentication information to the information forwarding apparatus. Specifically, when the execution subject automatically determines that the use state is normal, the verification information can be automatically generated and sent; when the use state is judged to be normal by a human, the verification information may be generated and transmitted in response to clicking a button indicating normal.
In step 607, the information forwarding apparatus displays the authentication information in response to receiving the authentication information transmitted by the server.
In this embodiment, the authentication information may be displayed in response to receiving the authentication information transmitted by the server. The user may input the authentication information into the medical device.
In step 608, the medical device exits the locked state in response to entering the authentication information.
In this embodiment, the medical device may exit the locked state in response to inputting the authentication information generated by the server.
