Description

Quick assembly disassembly formula prevents outer broken alarm device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power transmission line construction, in particular to a quick-mounting and dismounting type external-damage-prevention alarm device.
Background
In recent years, along with the continuous development of national economy and the continuous expansion of infrastructure construction scale, the engineering construction along the transmission line is gradually increased. In the construction process, the number of large-scale mechanical equipment such as cranes, tower cranes, pump trucks and the like is also increasing. Therefore, the problem that construction equipment mistakenly touches the power transmission line and causes the power transmission line to break easily occurs in the area along the power transmission line. The electric power accidents and casualties caused by the method bring huge pressure to the safe operation of the power transmission line. Statistically, one third of the annual blackout accidents in China are caused by external damage to transmission lines, wherein the damage is caused by large mechanical equipment. Therefore, preventing the transmission line from being damaged by external force has become an important issue to be solved urgently by the power supply department.
Because the external force damage of the power transmission line has the characteristics of abruptness, concealment and randomness, the traditional danger warning is difficult to play a role. At present, electric power enterprises generally adopt modes such as manual inspection, personnel stationing and the like to prevent electric transmission lines from being damaged by external force. In order to assist electric power workers to conveniently and effectively complete the work of preventing the external damage of the line, the electric power company can also realize one-to-many remote management along with the addition of the monitoring device for preventing the external damage of the power transmission line. With the application of internet of things accelerating, some novel power transmission line anti-external-damage alarm systems appear, and these devices need to be controlled in a large number and need to be installed at fixed positions for a long time, so that the utilization rate of the devices is low.
In the prior art, split devices capable of being respectively installed at the top end of a boom of an engineering vehicle and inside a vehicle operating room have appeared, so that external damage prevention detection and alarm are realized. For example, CN206088803U in the background art discloses an external damage prevention alarm device for a power transmission line, which includes a front-end detection unit and a rear-end receiving alarm and data uploading unit, and can perform sound and light alarm on a large mechanical crane approaching a high-voltage power transmission line to ensure personnel safety, and on the other hand, feeds back related signals of the crane to a power supply company to perform timely maintenance and repair on a power transmission line with a fault, thereby ensuring stable operation of a power grid.
However, the above-mentioned devices need to continuously implement basic functions such as detection, alarm, data transmission, and the like, and thus have a large amount of power consumption. Only the lithium ion battery is used for supplying power, and if the energy supply requirement of the equipment is required to be fully met, the capacity of the lithium ion battery needs to be improved. Therefore, the prior art device generally adopts a large number of lithium ion batteries, and the device has large volume and weight, high cost and difficult installation and transportation. On the other hand, if the size of the device is reduced and a lithium ion battery with a smaller capacity is used, the charging interval of the device becomes shorter, the device needs to be frequently replaced, and a large amount of labor cost is increased. Therefore, the device in the prior art cannot simultaneously ensure high battery capacity and small device volume, and only can balance the battery capacity and the device volume as much as possible.
In addition, similar devices adopted in the prior art have simple structures and are difficult to realize stable and safe fixed connection with the suspension arm of the engineering vehicle effectively. In addition, the alarm device has limited alarm modes, and operation and maintenance personnel cannot visually and efficiently acquire the actual problem types causing the alarm.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, a quick-detachable external-damage-proof alarm device is needed.

Detailed Description
The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereby.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a communication mode of a detection module, an alarm module and an alarm platform in the fast-detachable external-damage-prevention alarm device. As shown in fig. 1, a fast-assembling and disassembling type external-damage-prevention alarm device comprises a detection module and an alarm module, wherein the detection module is fixedly arranged at the top end of a boom of an engineering vehicle and is used for measuring a power frequency electric field at the top end of the boom of the engineering vehicle and sending measurement data to the alarm module in a wireless communication mode; and the alarm module is arranged in the engineering vehicle operating room and used for receiving the measurement data transmitted by the detection module and realizing the external damage prevention alarm.
It can be understood that in the invention, because the detection module and the alarm module are separately designed, the operation and maintenance in the working chamber of the engineering vehicle or the accurate data detected by the top end of the boom of the engineering vehicle can be obtained by the detection personnel without going out. In the invention, the detection module has a basic detection function, and also comprises a fixing device, an external shell, a wireless communication device and a plurality of different power supply modes for fixing and using independently. The wireless communication device can correspondingly connect the detection module and the alarm module one by one, thereby realizing the measurement data transmission in a wireless communication mode.
Because the alarm module is located the operating room of engineering vehicle, consequently, its weight, volume, power consumption, function realization etc. all can not receive too big restriction. Therefore, more measurement data analysis functions can be realized through the alarm module without uploading all data to the alarm platform. The alarm platform can integrate data of a plurality of alarm modules so as to grasp the overall situation of the project.
Preferably, the detection module comprises a power frequency electric field sensor, a wireless communication unit and a control unit; the power frequency electric field sensor is connected with the control unit and used for acquiring power frequency electric field data of the top end of the engineering vehicle suspension arm and sending the power frequency electric field data to the control unit; the control unit is used for processing the power frequency electric field data and generating wireless alarm data; and the wireless communication unit is used for receiving the wireless alarm data from the control unit and sending the wireless alarm data to the alarm module.
In order to realize basic functions, the detection module acquires detection data through the power frequency electric field sensor, processes the data through the control unit, and realizes transmission through the wireless communication unit. The power frequency electric field sensor in the invention can adopt a power frequency electric field sensor commonly used in the prior art. The control unit can process the data of the power frequency electric field sensor and can control other units, such as a charging unit and the like.
Preferably, the control unit further comprises a charging subunit, which is used for supplying power to the detection module based on a solar panel, a lithium ion battery or a wireless charging module.
In the invention, in order to enable the detection module to realize a detection function better, such as improving the battery capacity, prolonging the service life of the detection module and reducing the replacement and disassembly frequency of the detection module, three charging modes, namely a solar panel, a lithium ion battery and a wireless charging module, can be adopted to provide energy for related circuits in the detection module. Specifically, the solar cell panel, the lithium ion battery and the wireless charging module are connected with a charging submodule in the control unit, and selective power supply or simultaneous power supply of the detection module is realized based on the control of the charging submodule.
Generally, the solar panel may be disposed on an outer surface of the detection module housing, and the wireless charging module may be configured to wirelessly charge by using a method commonly used in the art, for example, by disposing a conductive coil inside the detection module. The wireless charging module is selected, and the detection module is usually positioned at the top end of the suspension arm of the engineering vehicle, so that the detection module can receive higher electromagnetic field radiation when approaching a high-voltage transmission line, and therefore, when the electric quantity in the module is insufficient, the wireless charging module can be used for timely charging and realizing related functions under the condition that an external damage prevention detection signal needs to be transmitted. By the mode, the detection module can be ensured to operate under the condition of low electric quantity for a long time, and the data transmission and the function realization can be ensured safely and effectively.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a detection module in the fast-detachable external-damage-prevention alarm device. As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the detection module includes a solar panel 1, a housing, a lithium ion battery 3, a circuit board 4, and a wireless charger 5; the solar cell panel is positioned outside the shell, and the lithium ion battery 3, the circuit board 4 and the wireless charger 5 are respectively positioned inside the shell; the casing includes casing 2 and casing 7 down, goes up and realizes airtight connection through sealed cushion 6 between casing 2 and the casing 7 down.
It can be understood that the solar panel is arranged on the outer side of the outer shell of the detection module, so that the solar panel can well receive external solar energy and convert the external solar energy into electric energy. In order to protect other components, the lithium ion battery 3, the circuit board 4, and the wireless charger 5 may all be disposed inside the housing. In addition, in the invention, in order to realize the sealing of the internal environment of the shell and prevent the elements from being damaged by external environment, such as rain, dust and the like, the upper shell and the lower shell can be sealed by the sealing rubber gasket.
Specifically, the lithium ion battery 3 can be fixedly arranged in a battery jar, the circuit 4 is fixed on an internal positioning column, and the wireless charging module 5 is attached in a wireless charging module groove at the bottom of the shell in an adhesive manner. Specifically, the lithium ion battery 3 and the wireless charging module 5 are placed inside a card slot fixed on the housing or inside a card slot integrally formed with the housing, and by fixing the two elements in this way, it is possible to prevent the internal elements from being separated from the housing due to vibration after the module is mounted on the crane arm, and further damage to the module is caused.
In addition, the circuit board of the invention also comprises a spherical electrode of the power frequency electric field sensor. The spherical electrode is an important element in the module, is large in size and is easily influenced by other metal objects, and electric field distortion and measurement errors are caused. Therefore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the spherical electrode is disposed as far away from the lithium ion battery and the wireless charging module as possible. For example, a spherical electrode is disposed on one side of the module, and a lithium ion battery and a wireless charging module are disposed on the other side of the module.
Preferably, the power frequency electric field sensor, the wireless communication unit and the control unit are all located on a circuit board inside the detection module shell.
According to the invention, the power frequency electric field sensor, the wireless communication unit and the control unit can be integrated on one circuit board, so that not only can the integration and the safety and stability degree of the circuit be improved, but also the size of the device is further reduced, and the device is more convenient to carry in the installation and disassembly processes.
Preferably, the casing is of a closed rectangular structure, the top surface of the casing is fixedly provided with a solar cell panel, and the bottom surface of the casing is provided with a fixing structure.
It is understood that, in order to fix the detection module of the present invention to the top end of the boom of the working vehicle, the housing of the module may be configured to have a rectangular structure. In addition, according to predetermineeing, can place the front of rectangle structure casing, the face that solar cell panel is located promptly, towards the ascending direction of level. In order to keep the housing in a stable state during the operation of moving the vehicle or the boom, a mounting structure may be fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the housing. In order to mount the structural member, a fixing structure needs to be designed on the bottom surface of the housing.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a mounting structural member connected with a detection module in the quick-detachable external-damage-prevention alarm device. As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the detection module further comprises a mounting structure; the mounting structural member is provided with a rectangular bottom plate and a rectangular hollow structure positioned on one side of the short edge of the rectangular bottom plate; the side walls of the rectangular hollow structure are perpendicular to the rectangular bottom plate, and three side walls which are not connected with the rectangular bottom plate are respectively provided with a through hole and a limit nut which penetrates through the through hole; and through holes are respectively formed in four corners of the rectangular bottom plate and are matched with the fixing structures on the bottom surface of the shell to realize the fixed connection between the detection module shell and the mounting structure fixing piece.
It is understood that the detection module of the present invention may include mounting structures. A portion of this mounting structure is a rectangular base plate for securing and supporting the housing of the detection module of the present invention. In addition, a rectangular hollow structure is also arranged on one side of the rectangular bottom plate, generally the shorter side of the rectangular bottom plate, and the hollow interface just can penetrate through a lug used for installing the detection module on the top end of the engineering vehicle suspension arm. Therefore, the hollow structure can be fastened outside the bump through rotation of the limiting nut arranged on the side wall of the hollow structure, and therefore installation of the detection module is achieved.
It will be appreciated that during installation, it is only necessary to locate the hollow structure outside of the boss and rotate the stop nut. Therefore, the installation is very simple, and the operation and maintenance workload of the operation and maintenance personnel is reduced in the process of high-altitude operation.
Preferably, the rectangular bottom plate is matched with the bottom surface of the shell in shape and size. In order to enable the detection device to be stably arranged, the rectangular bottom plate and the bottom surface of the shell can be set to be the same in size, meanwhile, the rectangular bottom plate and the bottom surface of the shell are fixed before high-altitude operation in a screw screwing mode and the like through butt joint between the through hole and the fixing structure.
In addition, the shell and the mounting structural part can be detached, so that the detection device can be applied to the occasion of the invention, can be reasonably matched with various large-scale mechanical equipment, and only needs to simply replace the mounting structural part.
Preferably, the alarm module comprises a positioning unit, a wireless communication unit and a control unit; the positioning unit is used for collecting the position of the alarm module and sending the positioning data to the control unit; the wireless communication unit is used for receiving the wireless alarm data from the detection module and sending the wireless alarm data to the control unit; and the control unit is used for processing the positioning data and the wireless alarm data so as to realize external-damage-prevention alarm.
In the invention, the alarm module can adopt a positioning unit to realize the acquisition of the position of the alarm module. It is easy to understand that the alarm platform in the invention can obtain the position data of the alarm module in real time and realize more intuitive alarm information acquisition by means of maps and the like. In addition, the wireless communication unit is only responsible for receiving the alarm information from the detection module, and cannot further forward the wireless alarm data to the alarm platform or receive the related data from the detection module, and the part of the content is realized by other elements in the alarm module.
Preferably, the alarm module further comprises an alarm unit, and the alarm unit is provided with a state indicator lamp, an alarm indicator lamp, a buzzer, a display screen and a voice alarm; wherein, status indicator lamp, alarm indicator lamp, bee calling organ, display screen and audible alarm are connected with the control unit respectively to realize alarming function.
It can be understood that the alarm module in the invention can comprise an alarm unit, and the alarm unit can realize a more intuitive multimedia alarm method with interactive attribute by adding a display screen, a voice alarm and other modes. Generally, the status indicator light may include a prompt for the operating status of the alarm module, a low battery in the alarm module, and the like.
Generally speaking, when the alarm module identifies alarm information, the alarm indicator lamp and the buzzer are started at the same time, and timely alarm is realized. Generally speaking, a display screen in the alarm module can remind an operator of safety problems in a text or graphic mode, and the display is convenient for the operator to see the alarm state more intuitively. Meanwhile, the voice alarm can remind the operators of paying attention to the operation safety in a voice mode. The display screen, the voice alarm, the indicating lamp and the buzzer are mutually complementary, and the reliability of alarming and diversified alarming modes can be improved.
Preferably, the alarm module further comprises a charging unit, and the charging unit comprises a power switch, a gear button and a lithium ion battery; the power switch, the gear button and the lithium ion battery are respectively connected with the control unit so as to realize the switch interaction, the voltage level setting and the charging operation of the equipment; the voltage grade of the gear switch is set, and the gear switch is used for determining the voltage value of the high-voltage transmission line in the operation area based on the operation of an operator, distributing an alarm threshold value for the alarm device based on the voltage value and realizing alarm.
It is understood that the alarm module of the present invention may include a charging unit. In the charging module, the power switch is used for turning on or off the device of the alarm module. The gear switch can be used for selecting different voltage grades, so that the alarm device can send out an alarm by matching the electric field condition near the high-voltage transmission line received by the detection module. Particularly, since the alarm module mounted on the crane arm cannot be conveniently and directly adjusted by the personnel participating in construction and located in the working room of the engineering vehicle, the gear button can be mounted on the alarm device, the alarm device receives the electric field strength information detected by the detection device, and a proper alarm is provided based on the voltage gear of the high-voltage transmission line. As the crane can be constructed near high-voltage transmission lines with different voltage grades, the gears are sequentially corresponding to 500kV, 220kV and 110kV, so that different voltage gears are selected to enable the alarm device to be matched with corresponding alarm thresholds, and accurate alarm of different voltage grades is realized.
In addition, the alarm device may also be provided with an infrared sensor 17 which may be used to detect the presence of an operator in the vicinity of the device. When no operator exists near the device, the crane can be in a non-operation state by default, so that the detection device and the alarm device are controlled to enter a dormant state together through an instruction, and the power consumption of the detection device is further reduced.
In addition, the alarm module is usually installed in an engineering vehicle operating room, so power can be supplied through a power line connection mode, and in order to prevent alarm failure caused by temporary power failure, the alarm module can be provided with a lithium ion battery without a solar panel and a wireless charger.
