The ATM platform based banking transaction method according to claim 9, wherein the self-service loan unit comprises a loan contract information query subunit, a self-service cycle loan information query subunit through a card number, an overdue normal bill trial calculation subunit, a partial or all advance repayment trial calculation subunit, a self-service cycle loan establishment subunit, a partial or all advance repayment subunit, an overdue or normal repayment subunit; the self-service financing unit comprises a financing product approval/procurement subunit, a financing commission inquiring subunit, a financing product held by a client inquiring subunit, a financing product list inquiring subunit, a financing product detailed information inquiring subunit, a financing commission cancelling subunit, a debit card active-period-transfer pin unit, a active-period subunit and a debit card account information inquiring subunit; the self-service credit card application unit comprises a credit card staged trial calculation subunit, a credit card ordinary cash staged subunit, a credit card bill staged subunit, a credit card transaction staged subunit, a credit card general overdraft account historical bill subunit, a credit card basic overdraft account detail inquiry subunit and a credit card repayment subunit, wherein the credit card staged trial calculation subunit comprises a transaction subunit, a cash subunit and a bill subunit.
