Abstract
The invention provides a data processing delay judging method and device based on passenger information analysis, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a first user interaction record and a second user interaction record in the running process of a merchant server, secondly obtaining a correlation record of the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record, representing a correlation index between corresponding customer ordering behavior events between the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record, then converting the correlation record into a record list, and finally determining the delay condition when the merchant server runs in the record counting time period between the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record according to ordering description information of the customer ordering behavior events in the record list. Therefore, time delay analysis of the online platform can be realized to realize rapid processing of the passenger information.

Technical Field

Therefore, time delay analysis of the online platform can be realized to realize rapid processing of the passenger information.
Further, the obtaining of the association record of the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record includes: determining a first user interaction path corresponding to the first user interaction record and a second user interaction path corresponding to the second user interaction record; and associating the first user interaction path with the second user interaction path to obtain the association record, wherein the association record is expressed in a form of a record track, and the record track comprises track characteristic information corresponding to association indexes between the client ordering behavior events.

an association record obtaining module 220, configured to obtain an association record of the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record, where the association record represents an association index between corresponding client ordering behavior events between the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record;
an association record conversion module 230, configured to convert the association record into a record list, where the record list includes a plurality of client ordering behavior events;
and an operation delay judging module 240, configured to determine, according to the order placing description information of the customer order placing behavior event in the record list, a delay condition when the merchant server operates in a record statistics time period between the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record.
Referring to fig. 3, a hardware structure diagram of a computer device 110 is provided.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a computer device 110 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer device 110 may be a server with data storage, transmission, and processing functions, as shown in fig. 3, the computer device 110 includes: the memory 111, the processor 112, the network module 113 and the data processing delay judging device 200 based on the passenger information analysis.
The memory 111, the processor 112, and the network module 113 are electrically connected directly or indirectly to enable transmission or interaction of data. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines. It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in FIG. 3 is merely illustrative and that a computer device 110 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 3, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 3. The components shown in fig. 3 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which includes a computer program. The computer program controls a computer device 110 in which the readable storage medium is located to execute the following data processing delay judging method based on the passenger information analysis.

acquiring a correlation record of the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record, wherein the correlation record represents a correlation index between corresponding client ordering behavior events between the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record;
converting the associated records into a record list, wherein the record list comprises a plurality of client ordering behavior events;
and determining the time delay condition of the operation of the merchant server in the record statistic time period from the first user interaction record to the second user interaction record according to the order placing description information of the customer order placing behavior event in the record list.

The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the association record of the first user interaction record and the second user interaction record comprises: determining a first user interaction path corresponding to the first user interaction record and a second user interaction path corresponding to the second user interaction record; and associating the first user interaction path with the second user interaction path to obtain the association record, wherein the association record is expressed in a form of a record track, and the record track comprises track characteristic information corresponding to association indexes between the client ordering behavior events.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein converting the associated record into a record list comprises: acquiring the track characteristic information in the recording track corresponding to the associated record; and converting the track characteristic information into order description information to obtain the recording list, wherein the recording list is expressed in the form of an order description information matrix.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the determining, according to the order placement description information of the customer order placement behavior event in the record list, a delay condition of the operation of the merchant server in the record statistic period from the first user interaction record to the second user interaction record comprises: determining the maximum ordering description information of the client ordering behavior event from the record list; and in response to the fact that the maximum ordering description information is smaller than a preset heat value, determining that a delay exists in the operation of the merchant server in a record counting time period from the first user interaction record to the second user interaction record.
