respectively calculating the ratio of the total release evaluation degree corresponding to each group of comparison results to the highest possible total release evaluation degree corresponding to the corresponding group of comparison results;
and taking the function calculation value of the ratio corresponding to each group of comparison results as the release evaluation degree.

identifying information of a target number of scientific and technological service tags in the scientific and technological service tags, and obtaining at least one group of scientific and technological information policy issuing maps according to an identification result;
if each group of comparison results comprises: the information of each scientific and technological service label in a group of scientific and technological information policy issuing maps is compared with the information of the plurality of scientific and technological service labels or not; the calculation module is configured to calculate the publication evaluation degree according to the at least one set of comparison results in the following manner:
