Then, the stepping motor 362 in the driving member 36 is used for driving the connecting shaft 35 to rotate forward and backward, and since one end of the connecting rod 31 is rotatably connected to the first connecting seat 33 and the other end is rotatably connected to the second connecting seat 34, the connecting shaft 35 can rotate forward and backward between the first connecting seat 33 and the second connecting seat 34, so that the curtain cloth can be extended and retracted, and at the moment, the mechanical testing component 3 on the first frame 1 can test the curtain cloth.
And after the mechanical testing component 3 tests the curtain cloth, the cam 323 is pulled through the pull ring 3232, so that the rubber strip 326 is moved away from the clamping groove 325, at this time, the curtain cloth can be taken down from the mechanical testing component 3, and then the curtain cloth can be placed at the position of the second frame body 4, wherein the curtain cloth is clamped by the pressing bracket 531 in the second clamping piece 53, so that the curtain cloth is attached to the light-transmitting plastic plate 51, then the lighting lamp 52 behind the light-transmitting plastic plate 51 is opened, the light-transmitting plastic plate 51 can be illuminated by the lighting lamp 52, and then an operator finds out cracks and damaged areas on the curtain cloth by observing the light-transmitting difference on the surface of the curtain cloth.
A method for detecting a building external sunshade product by using a building external sunshade product detection device comprises the following specific steps:
step one, cutting the width of the curtain cloth according to the length of the long groove 321, and simultaneously cutting the length of the curtain cloth according to the length of the light-transmitting plastic plate 51;
step two, clamping the curtain on the mechanical testing assembly 3 by using the first clamping piece 32, and then starting the stepping motor 362 in the driving piece 36;
step three, recording the up-down lifting times of the curtain cloth, and stopping the stepping motor 362 for three times, wherein the first lifting time is 3000 times, the second lifting time is 7000 times, and the third lifting time is 10000 times;
step four, after stopping the stepping motor 362 each time, the curtain cloth is taken down from the mechanical testing component 3 and placed on the transparent plastic plate 51 of the surface detection component 5;
and step five, observing the cord fabric on the light-transmitting plastic plate 51 after the lighting lamp 52 is started, recording surface cracks or damaged areas, and comparing the three data.
The principle is as follows: when an operator operates, firstly, the width of the curtain cloth can be cut according to the length of the long groove 321, and meanwhile, the length of the curtain cloth is cut according to the length of the light-transmitting plastic plate 51, so that the length and the width of the curtain cloth are matched with the detection device for the building external sunshade product; then, the curtain cloth is clamped on the mechanical testing component 3 by using the first clamping piece 32, the stepping motor 362 in the driving piece 36 is started, and the curtain cloth can be retracted upwards and extended downwards under the driving of the connecting rod 31; then, the up-down lifting times of the curtain cloth can be recorded, the stepping motor 362 is stopped for three times, the first lifting time is 3000 times, the second lifting time is 7000 times, and the third lifting time is 10000 times; meanwhile, after the stepping motor 362 is stopped each time, the curtain cloth is taken down from the mechanical testing component 3 and is placed on the transparent plastic plate 51 of the surface detection component 5; when the curtain cloth is clamped and stabilized on the light-transmitting plastic plate 51, the lighting lamp 52 can be started, an operator can observe the curtain cloth on the light-transmitting plastic plate 51, record surface cracks or damaged areas, and then compare the three data.
