During cooking, edible oil and food undergo a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation, cracking and polymerization at high temperature, a large amount of organic smoke is evaporated, and partial decomposition products are emitted into air in the form of oil mist to form oil smoke. The oil fume includes both edible oil and its heating decomposition or cracking product and also includes the physical and chemical reaction product of protein, polymer compound and various seasoning matters in food, and is one kind of matter containing gas, liquid and solid. Generally, the Particulate Matter Emission (PME) composed of liquid and solid in the oil smoke emission is defined as PME, and the Volatile Organic Compounds emission (VOCs) is defined as VOCs, and the oil smoke is composed of the above two substances. Based on this, the soot concentration can be characterized by the particulate matter concentration and/or the odor concentration.
In one embodiment, the soot sensor 4 includes only a particulate matter sensor to determine the quality of air in the kitchen by detecting the concentration of particulate matter in the air. It can be understood that in the present embodiment, in the process of controlling the start-stop state of the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 according to the soot concentration, the determination control is performed according to the particulate matter concentration, and accordingly, the first to fourth preset concentrations in the foregoing embodiment correspond to the first to fourth preset particulate matter concentrations, respectively. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, in order to make the control response of the controller 3 quicker, as long as any one of the comparison result between the particulate matter concentration and the preset particulate matter concentration and the comparison result between the odor concentration and the preset odor concentration is determined to satisfy the preset condition, the controller 3 controls the cigarette maker main body 1 and/or the air cleaning device 2 corresponding to the preset condition to be turned on. 1. A range hood, comprising:
the range hood main body is provided with a fume suction duct, a fume inlet of the fume suction duct is communicated with the indoor space, and a fume outlet of the fume suction duct is communicated with the outdoor space;
the air purification device is provided with a purification air channel, and an air inlet and an air outlet of the purification air channel are communicated with the indoor space;
the controller is electrically connected with the cigarette machine main body and the air purification device; and
the oil smoke sensor is electrically connected with the controller and used for detecting the concentration of oil smoke;
the controller is used for controlling the starting and stopping states of the cigarette machine main body and the air purification device according to the oil smoke concentration.
2. The range hood according to claim 1 wherein the hood body comprises a decorative hood and a smoke collection hood disposed below the decorative hood;
the oil smoke sensor is arranged on the front surface of the smoke collecting cover; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the oil smoke sensor is arranged on the side surface of the smoke collecting cover; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the oil smoke sensor is arranged at the upper end of the decorative cover.
3. The range hood of claim 1 wherein it is determined that both the range hood body and the air cleaning device are in a shutdown state;
determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than a first preset concentration and less than a second preset concentration, and controlling the air purification device to be started by the controller; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than the second preset concentration and less than a third preset concentration, and controlling the cigarette machine main body to be opened by the controller; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than the third preset concentration, and controlling the range hood main body and the air purification device to be started by the controller.
4. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the range hood body is determined to be in an open state and the air purification device is determined to be in a shut-down state;
and determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than a fourth preset concentration, and controlling the air purification device to be started by the controller.
5. The range hood of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the soot sensor comprises a particulate matter sensor and/or an odor sensor.
6. The range hood of claim 5, wherein the soot sensor comprises a particulate matter sensor and an odor sensor, comprising, for each predetermined concentration, a predetermined particulate matter concentration corresponding to the particulate matter sensor and a predetermined odor concentration corresponding to the odor sensor;
and determining that any one of a comparison result between the particulate matter concentration and a preset particulate matter concentration and a comparison result between the strong smell and the preset smell concentration meets a preset condition, and controlling the cigarette machine main body and/or the air purification device corresponding to the preset condition to be started by the controller.
7. A control method of a range hood is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the oil smoke concentration detected by an oil smoke sensor;
and controlling the starting and stopping states of the cigarette machine main body and the air purification device according to the oil smoke concentration.
8. The control method of the range hood according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the start-stop states of the range hood main body and the air purification device according to the oil smoke concentration comprises the following steps:
determining that the cigarette machine main body and the air purification device are both in a shutdown state;
determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than a first preset concentration and less than a second preset concentration, and controlling the air purification device to be started; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than the second preset concentration and less than a third preset concentration, and controlling the cigarette machine main body to be opened; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than the third preset concentration, and controlling the range hood main body and the air purification device to be started.
9. The control method of the range hood according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the start-stop states of the range hood main body and the air purification device according to the oil smoke concentration comprises the following steps:
determining that the cigarette machine main body is in an open state and the air purification device is in a shutdown state;
and determining that the oil smoke concentration is not less than a fourth preset concentration, and controlling the air purification device to be started.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a control program of a range hood, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the control method of a range hood as recited in any one of claims 7 to 9.
