The self-crosslinking phenolic resin is selected as a film forming material, and in a paint film, the self-crosslinking phenolic resin can be matched with a two-component epoxy zinc-rich primer, an inorganic zinc-rich primer and a single-component primer of various resin systems; polyaniline powder is selected as an anti-corrosion functional material, provides negative ions in a paint film to protect a base material, and simultaneously has a synergistic effect with zinc powder in a matched zinc-rich primer, so that the protection of the steel base material is enhanced; the special additive is selected so as to enable the polyaniline powder to be more regularly arranged in a sheet shape, and the polyaniline powder is mutually overlapped as far as possible, so that the functions of the polyaniline powder that electrons flow unimpededly and negative ions are provided for the base material are fully reflected, the polyaniline powder is easy to attach to an iron base material, the long-term adhesive force is stable, and the corrosion resistance is strong in persistence.
