The non-metallic environmental protection covering member for automobile bodies as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recycled materials comprise waste tires and automobile interior trimmings, which are heated and stirred in combination with melamine emulsion, and are pressed into production materials for standby by a machine.
3. The non-metallic environment-friendly automobile body covering part and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite flame retardant is one or a mixture of ammonium polyphosphate, montmorillonite, melamine cyanurate and aluminum hydroxide.
4. The non-metallic environmental protection covering member for automobile bodies and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat-resistant agent is one or a mixture of magnesium stearate, methyl tin tri, dibutyl tin dilaurate and tri-phosphite.

The non-metallic environment-friendly automobile body covering part and the manufacturing method thereof as recited in claim 1, wherein the resin is prepared by mixing and banburying 100 parts of ABS resin and 50 parts of PVC resin for standby, and the modified polyphenylene oxide material is prepared by mixing and banburying the polyphenylene oxide, poly-4-methyl-1-pentene, stearic acid, zinc borate, magnesium aluminate, antimony trioxide, triacetin, sarcandra glabra essential oil, dioctyl phosphate, tricresyl phosphate, pentaerythritol stearate and an auxiliary agent for standby.

The non-metallic environment-friendly automobile body covering part and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the manufacturing method comprises the steps of putting the raw materials into a high-speed stirrer according to the weight portion ratio, stirring, melting and extruding the stirred materials in a double-screw extruder, cooling, granulating by a granulator, drying and screening the granules, conveying to a finished product compression molding process area, quantitatively extracting finished product particles according to various required covering parts, and putting the finished product particles into a mold to obtain the product.
