The scattered yarn heads are easy to wind on other objects, and the wound yarn heads are messy, so that the influence of inconvenient operation on the next procedure is caused, and knotting can be an essential part in the spinning process. In the textile field, the processes of heading, stripping, knotting and the like of spinning cakes are generally performed manually at present. However, there are many inconveniences, for example, some filament vehicles are as high as one meter and seven just by the head beam, and a shorter operator is very inconvenient to perform the operations of stripping filament from cake, knotting and inspecting broken filament at the uppermost layer. The precision of manual operation by an operator varies from person to person and very high precision cannot be guaranteed. In particular, when an elderly operator is not sufficient in physical strength, the accuracy further decreases.
The air splicer is provided in the current textile industry, has wider application range, and is suitable for splicing yarns of different raw materials, yarn numbers and different twisting coefficients, such as cotton, wool, silk, filament polyester, acrylic fiber and the like. The air splicer is applicable not only to a bobbin winder but also to a process related to a knot such as a doubling machine, a twisting machine, a reeling machine, a skein machine, a warping machine, and the like. However, the air splicer has a problem in that the splice slips due to excessively low twisting pressure, excessively long twist section, or insufficient untwisting.

Compared with a nipper type knotter, the yarn clamping design can effectively solve the problem that the yarns easily slide off in the looping process, thereby reducing the influence of external factors on the whole looping process and improving the stability and reliability of looping. Meanwhile, the phenomenon that the tension borne by the silk thread exceeds the maximum breaking strength due to the movement precision error of the mechanism to cause the sudden breakage of the coil is prevented, so that the coil withdrawing auxiliary mechanism is adopted to ensure that the looping work can be finished and the requirement of the coil withdrawing can be met. This device improves on this basis according to the problem that artifical lopping exists, makes the device have the function such as quick that people's function can reach, accuracy, dexterity, has improved the efficiency of lopping, realizes the automated processing to the spinning cake, reduces the human cost, improves production efficiency and automated production, realizes the intelligent processing to the spinning cake.
