背景技术
如图6和7所示,传统的电冰箱具有一个冷冻室1和冷藏室2。压缩机10安装在电冰箱的后下方,蒸发器20安装在冷冻室1的后部。通过压缩机10压缩制冷剂,然后已压缩的制冷剂流向蒸发器20,这样,通过制冷剂的蒸发来冷却流通的空气。

然而,即使从开口43中排出的冷空气在冷藏室的外层和内层之间具有同样低的温度,但是当气流向下流和外界温度的空气相接触时,外层的气幕温度会较大地升高。因此,气幕流具有高的温度并且空气进入到了冷藏室中。高温空气进而流到每个空气收集开口中,并且在冷藏室中再循环。这样,存在一个问题,即冷藏室的温度上升,使电冰箱的制冷能力降低了。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是为了克服上述问题而提供一种电冰箱,该电冰箱具有用于气幕流的双重速度产生装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种电冰箱,该电冰箱具有用于气幕流的双重速度产生装置,通过该装置的气幕流具有双重的速度,因此导致电冰箱的整体功效的提高。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供一种具有用于气幕流的双重速度产生装置的电冰箱,所述的电冰箱包括:用于产生冷空气的蒸发器;冷空气供给通道,通过该通道在一个风扇的驱动下,将冷空气输送到食物储藏室的一个进入开口的上部;空气收集通道,通过该通道,从进入开口的上部向进入开口的下部排出的并且在食物储藏室中循环的空气流入到蒸发器中;一个分隔板在冷空气供给通道里纵向地延伸,并且将该冷空气供给通道分隔成上部的空气通道和下部的空气通道;以及安装在上部冷空气通道出口处的上部蜂窝结构,和安装在下部冷空气通道出口处的下部蜂窝结构。
进而,上部空气通道的横截面比下部空气通道的要小。
而且,上部蜂窝结构的每个孔的尺寸比下部蜂窝结构的要大。

具体实施方式
图1,2和3示出了根据本发明具有用于气幕流的双重空气速度产生装置的电冰箱。此处,将和现有技术中的部件一样的部件标记上同样的数字。这样,对这些部件的说明从略。
电冰箱具有一个冷冻室100和一个冷藏室200。压缩机10安装在电冰箱的后下方,蒸发器20安装在冷冻室100的后部。通过压缩机10压缩制冷剂,然后已压缩的制冷剂流向蒸发器20,这样,通过制冷剂的蒸发来冷却流通的空气。

上部蜂窝结构430的每个孔430H的尺寸要比下部蜂窝结构431的每个孔431H的尺寸要大。这样,上部蜂窝结构430的孔430H的总数要比下部蜂窝结构431的孔431H的总数要少。

下面说明上述结构的电冰箱的工作过程。当门(没有画出)打开时,风扇44开始工作,同时风扇24停止工作。在风扇44的驱动下,冷空气通过开口43沿着通道400流动。沿着上面空气通道420U流动的空气进入到上部蜂窝结构430,而沿着下面空气通道420L流动的空气进入到下部蜂窝结构431。经过两个蜂窝结构430,431的空气向下流到冷藏室200的下部,并且形成如图1所示的气幕流。将流经上部蜂窝结构430的空气层或者靠近冷藏室200的外层称为一个外部空气流500,将流经下部蜂窝结构431的空气层或者靠近冷藏室200的内层称为一个内部空气流510。
如图4所示,内部空气流510的速度变得比外部空气流500的速度要相对地快些。这种情况出现是因为下部蜂窝结构孔431H的尺寸比上部蜂窝结构孔430H的尺寸要小。如图5所示,由于外部空气流500向下流动会与外界温度空气相接触,所以外部空气流500的温度逐渐地增加了。
因为外部空气流500的速度具有比内部空气流510更快的速度,所以外部空气流500的压力要比内部空气流510相对大一些,而且也比流经现有的空气供给通道42的气幕流的压力要大(参考图6)。
外部空气流500对环境空气的排斥力要比现有的气幕流的相对大一些。环境空气和外部空气流的接触受到阻碍,这样,防止气幕流的温度显著地增加。从而,内部空气流510保持了比较低的温度并且流入到冷藏室里。冷空气还流到每一个空气收集开口中,并且在冷藏室里再循环,因此在冷藏室里保持住了恒定的低温。
根据本发明,冷空气通过空气供给通道输送到冷藏室的进入开口的上部。当流过空气供给通道时,冷空气被分成两个空气流,一个空气流流过宽通孔的蜂窝结构,另一个流过窄通孔的蜂窝结构。因此,流经各自蜂窝结构的每个空气流的速度是不同的。具有较慢速度和高的压力的外部的气幕层流排斥环境空气,这样内部的气幕层流保持低的温度,从而提高了电冰箱的整体功效。

蒸发器,用于产生冷空气;

空气收集通道,从进入开口的上部朝向进入开口的下部排放并且在食物储藏室中循环的空气,通过该通道流到蒸发器;
分隔板,其在冷空气供给通道内纵向地延伸,并且将该冷空气供给通道分隔成上部空气通道和下部空气通道;以及
上部蜂窝结构和下部蜂窝结构,该上部蜂窝结构安装在上部空气通道的出口处,该下部蜂窝结构安装在下部空气通道的出口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有用于气幕流的双重空气速度产生装置的电冰箱,其特征在于,上部空气通道的横截面要比下部空气通道的横截面小。
