The material changing gun mechanism provided by the invention realizes the gun switching of the rack fixing plate on the rack and the side fixing plate and the top fixing plate of the gun driving mechanism; the structural design is respectively carried out on the rack fixing plate at the fixed position, the side fixing plate and the top fixing plate at the moving position, the fixing and positioning requirements of the fixed position and the moving mechanism are met, and particularly, the problem of swinging of the material gun around the shaft is effectively solved in a mode of positioning the first connecting plate at two points in the vertical direction, so that the material gun is more stable; meanwhile, the shaft surface matching part is combined with the guiding and positioning structure, so that the positioning is more accurate.
The material gun driving mechanism provided by the invention can complete downward detection driving of the whole material gun under the driving of the telescopic driving device in the vertical direction, controls the action of the valve rod through the telescopic and rotary cylinder, and fixes the gun body through the right-angle fixing plate structure, has simple and firm structure and high control precision, and prevents the material gun from shaking in the working process; through the linkage action of a plurality of cylinders, can realize getting the spray gun, drive spray gun work and put the spray gun back the normal position after work is accomplished, switch the work of other spray gun when needs.
The material gun switching and driving system provided by the invention can realize switching work among multiple material guns, realizes matching connection and accurate positioning with the self-positioning lock hole through the two self-locking blocks driven by the telescopic rotary air cylinders, and effectively avoids the problem of unstable structure caused by connection and positioning of a single air cylinder.

1. A reclaiming gun mechanism comprising:
the inner side of the middle of the first connecting plate (21) is fixedly connected with the material gun fixing seat (10), two self-positioning lock holes (211) are respectively arranged at two ends of the first connecting plate, and the two self-positioning lock holes (211) are positioned at two sides of the material gun fixing seat (10) and are non-circular holes;
the side fixing plate (30) is provided with a cylinder shaft hole corresponding to the positions of the two self-positioning lock holes (211), a telescopic and rotary first cylinder (31) is arranged corresponding to each cylinder shaft hole, a self-locking block (32) is arranged at the end part of a cylinder rod, the shape of the self-locking block (32) is matched with the shape of the self-positioning lock holes (211) or slightly smaller than the shape of the self-positioning lock holes (211), so that the self-locking block can penetrate through the self-positioning lock holes (211) and can be interlocked after rotating for a preset angle, and the self-locking block (32) is driven by the first cylinder (31) to retract so as to pull the first connecting plate (21) to move towards the side fixing plate (30).
2. The takeout gun mechanism of claim 1,
the first connecting plate (21) is fixedly connected with the gun fixing seat (10) through a plurality of screws, and screw holes are correspondingly machined in the two components.
3. The takeout gun mechanism of claim 1,
the two self-positioning lock holes (211) are symmetrically arranged relative to the material gun fixing seat (10).
4. The takeout gun mechanism of claim 1,
the self-positioning lock hole (211) comprises an axial surface matching part (2111) and a notch part (2112) with a diameter larger than that of the axial surface matching part, wherein the notch part is arranged on two sides of the axial surface matching part; the diameter of the shaft surface matching part is equal to that of the shaft hole of the cylinder, and the diameter of the cylinder rod of the first cylinder (31) or the diameter of a guide component outside the cylinder rod is equal to that of the shaft surface matching part, so that the shaft surface matching part can be matched, connected and positioned with the shaft surface matching part.
5. The takeout gun mechanism of claim 1,
the self-locking block (32) comprises two long ends, the length of each long end is larger than the diameter of the shaft surface matching part and smaller than or equal to the diameter of the notch part, and the long ends can abut against the outer side of the shaft surface matching part after passing through the notch part of the self-positioning lock hole and rotating for a certain angle.
6. The takeout gun mechanism of claim 1,
the periphery of the first connecting plate (21) is also provided with a guiding and positioning structure (212), and the guiding and positioning structure is an inclined plane which is obliquely arranged along the axial direction of the self-positioning lock hole (211); and a connecting structure matched with the guide positioning structure (212) is arranged at the corresponding position of the side fixing plate.

a notch is formed in the side face of the upper portion of the surrounding frame (213), the upper portion of the side fixing plate (30) extends upwards from the notch and is fixedly connected with the top fixing plate (40), so that the side fixing plate (30) and the top fixing plate (40) are integrated, the gun body (12) is fixed by the side fixing plate (30) through the gun fixing seat (10), and the valve cap (11) is locked by the top fixing plate (40) through the locking piece (42) of the second air cylinder (41); the second cylinder (41) is a cylinder capable of stretching and retracting and rotating, the end of a cylinder rod of the second cylinder is connected with a locking piece (42), the locking piece (42) is used for being connected with the bonnet (11), the bonnet (11) is of a round cake structure fixed at the shaft end, the bottom of the locking piece (42) is provided with a shaft hole connected with the shaft end and an accommodating part for accommodating the bonnet (11), one side part of the accommodating part and the shaft hole is of an open structure, so that the bonnet (11) can be horizontally moved into the locking piece (42) from the side part, and when the locking piece rotates for a certain angle (preferably 180 degrees) under the rotating action of the second cylinder (41), the bonnet (11) can be prevented from being reset or returned.
8. A gun switching and driving system, characterized in that it comprises a gun-fetching mechanism as claimed in the preceding claims, directly or indirectly mounted on a frame.
