Abstract
The invention discloses a large-scale cargo hold cover for a ship, which is arranged on a cargo hold wall; the device comprises two cover plates, wherein the upper ends of the two cover plates are abutted; a sealing part is arranged between the upper end parts of the two cover plates; the cover plate is hinged to the top of the cargo compartment wall; the upper part of the cargo compartment wall is provided with an accommodating cavity, and a hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the lower end part of the cover plate is hinged with the top of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the hinged part of the cover plate and the cargo compartment wall is positioned above the lower end part of the cover plate; the containing cavity is also provided with a first stop block and a second stop block. The invention can provide a shielding space for marine transportation of large-scale irregular-shape goods, can obviously reduce the probability that the goods are damaged by the disaster weather, and avoids the goods from being damaged.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be more clearly and completely described in the following description of preferred embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a large-sized cargo lid for a ship is provided on a cargo wall 10; the two cover plates 20 are openable in the port and starboard outward directions, respectively, and upper ends of the two cover plates 20 are in contact with each other. The cover plate 20 is distributed obliquely from the upper end to the lower end.
After the two cover plates are connected, the joint of the two cover plates is highest, and the joint of the two cover plates is gradually reduced towards two sides. This can prevent rainwater or seawater from accumulating on the cover plate.
A sealing member 21 is provided between the upper end portions of the two cover plates 20. The material of the sealing component is rubber.
A locking device (not shown) for pressing the sealing member is further provided between the upper ends of the two cover plates 20. In this embodiment, the locking device is a hydraulic locking device.
The cover panel 20 includes an open panel beam structure 22 and a rain cover 23 overlying the open panel beam structure.
The cover plate 20 is hinged to the top of the cargo bulkhead 10 by a hinge 25.
A rubber sealing strip 13 is provided between the cover plate 20 and the top of the cargo bulkhead 10. The rubber sealing strip is provided with a water flowing groove. The material of the rubber seal strip 13 may be ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPMD).
The upper part of the cargo compartment wall 10 is provided with an accommodating cavity 11, and a hydraulic oil cylinder 12 for driving the cover plate to rotate is arranged in the accommodating cavity 11.
The lower end of the cover plate 20 is hinged to the top of the hydraulic ram 12. The hinge of the cover plate 20 and the bulkhead 10 is located above the lower end of the cover plate 20.
A first stop block 31 for preventing the lower end part of the cover plate from continuously rotating when the cover plate reaches a closed position is further arranged in the accommodating cavity 11; a second stop bump 32 for preventing the lower end of the cover plate from rotating further when the cover plate is at the maximum opening position is further arranged in the accommodating cavity 11.
A control unit (not shown) for independently controlling the hydraulic cylinders is connected to each corresponding hydraulic cylinder of the cover plate 20.
A hydraulic pump station (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the ship; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a hydraulic pump station.
A plurality of cover plates 20 are provided from the bow to the stern according to the size of the cargo. For example, 2 pairs of cover plates, 3 pairs of cover plates, or 4 pairs of cover plates, etc. may be provided. As shown in fig. 3, the ship is provided with 4 pairs of cover plates 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the large-sized cargo hatch for ships further includes a stern cover 24 openable in the stern direction, and the stern cover is hinged to the cargo hatch near the stern.
In the invention, the cover plate 20 takes an open plate girder structural member 22 as a main structural framework, and the frameworks are filled with a rain shielding covering member 23, so as to meet the requirement of water-proof performance and provide a proper shielding space for the cargo hold. The cover plate is designed to be inclined so as to prevent water accumulation. When the cover plate is in a fully closed position, the hydraulic locking device locks to tightly press the rubber seal so as to ensure the sealing of the cabin. The cover plate is driven by the hydraulic oil cylinder to turn over towards the two sides. A hydraulic pump station is arranged on the ship to control the hydraulic oil cylinder.

The large-scale ship cargo hold cover provided by the invention is applied to ships, and can carry equipment such as a captive balloon and the like and convey ultra-large-scale goods.

A large-scale cargo hold cover for ship, it locates on cargo hold wall; the structure is characterized by comprising two cover plates which can be opened towards the port outer direction and the starboard outer direction respectively, wherein the upper end parts of the two cover plates are abutted; a sealing part is arranged between the upper end parts of the two cover plates; the cover plate is hinged to the top of the cargo compartment wall; the upper part of the cargo compartment wall is provided with an accommodating cavity, and a hydraulic oil cylinder for driving the cover plate to rotate is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the lower end part of the cover plate is hinged with the top of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the hinged part of the cover plate and the cargo compartment wall is positioned above the lower end part of the cover plate; the accommodating cavity is also internally provided with a first stop collision block for preventing the lower end part of the cover plate from continuously rotating when the cover plate reaches the closed position; the accommodating cavity is also internally provided with a second stop block which is used for preventing the lower end part of the cover plate from continuously rotating when the cover plate is in the maximum opening position.

6. A large marine hatch cover according to claim 5, characterised in that the rubber sealing strip is provided with running water grooves.
7. A large marine cargo hold cover according to claim 1 wherein the hydraulic rams associated with each cover are connected to control means for independently controlling the hydraulic rams.
8. The large-sized cargo hold cover for ships according to claim 1, wherein the ship is provided with a hydraulic pump station; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a hydraulic pump station.
9. A large-sized cargo hatch according to claim 1, further comprising a stern cover openable in the direction of the stern, the stern cover being hinged to the cargo compartment wall near the stern.
10. A large cargo hatch cover for ships according to claim 1, characterised in that the material of the sealing part is rubber.
