本发明公开了一种可生物降解卫生袋的制作工艺,包括以下具体步骤:S1.以含淀粉的农产品为原料,将其中的淀粉经过发酵制得乳酸,再将乳酸经过化学合成聚合成聚乳酸;S2.将聚乳酸熔融纺丝制作聚乳酸纤维材料,分别得到聚乳酸纤维膜、聚乳酸纤维无纺布;S3.以聚乳酸纤维无纺布作为内层材料、以聚乳酸纤维膜作为外层材料,通过热压使内层材料与外层材料溶合;S4.将溶合材料制作成袋坯,再采用热压方式对袋坯进行封口、封边处理,制成成品卫生袋。本发明生产出的产品具有较强的吸水功能,并且不会漏水,方便使用和携带,具有干净卫生、生态环保、使用方便、成本较低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生袋制作技术领域,具体地,涉及一种可生物降解卫生袋制作工艺及卫生袋。
背景技术
袋子,是人们日常生活中必不可少的物品,常被用来装其他物品。现有的袋子大多以塑料(常用聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龙等)为主要原料制成,因其廉价、重量极轻、容量大、便于收纳的优点被广泛使用。但又因塑料袋降解周期极长、处理困难的缺点而被部分国家禁止生产和使用。随着生态环保要求越来越高,一些塑料袋逐渐被禁止生产、销售、使用。虽然一些塑料袋对环保不利,但由于袋子的便利性,人们仍对袋子有很大的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可生物降解卫生袋的制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可生物降解卫生袋制作工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
S1.以含淀粉的农产品为原料,将其中的淀粉经过发酵制得乳酸,再将乳酸经过化学合成聚合成聚乳酸;
S2.将聚乳酸熔融纺丝制作聚乳酸纤维材料,分别得到聚乳酸纤维膜、聚乳酸纤维无纺布;
S3.以聚乳酸纤维无纺布作为内层材料、以聚乳酸纤维膜作为外层材料,通过热压使内层材料与外层材料溶合;
S4.将溶合材料制作成袋坯,再采用热压方式对袋坯进行封口、封边处理,制成成品卫生袋。
为更好地说明本发明,这里还提供了一种由上述工艺制作的卫生袋,包括内层、外层,所述内层采用聚乳酸纤维无纺布,所述外层采用聚乳酸纤维膜,所述内层与外层通过热压方式溶合,所述卫生袋底部、侧边分别采用热压方式进行封口、封边。
为便于旅行容纳的垃圾、呕吐物等,优选的,所述卫生袋上部设有一端短、一端长的V形结构。
为提升袋口抗牵拉的强度,优选的,所述卫生袋的上部下方设有一圈加强带,所述加强带采用聚乳酸纤维无纺布材质。
为提升产品的吸水性,优选的,所述内层采用三层聚乳酸纤维无纺布。
为了提升卫生袋的吸水性,进一步的,所述内层与外层之间还设置有吸水棉层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的可生物降解卫生袋制作工艺及卫生袋,通过从可再生植物玉米、土豆、木薯中提取淀粉制作可降解的聚乳酸材料,并制作得到聚乳酸纤维,并进一步制作成可降解的卫生袋,生产出的产品具有较强的吸水功能,并且不会漏水,方便使用和携带,实现卫生袋能生物堆肥降解,最终在土壤或海水中经微生物作用分解为二氧化碳和水,且燃烧时不会散发毒气,不会造成污染,具有干净卫生、生态环保、使用方便、成本较低等特点。

一种可生物降解卫生袋制作工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
S1.以含淀粉的农产品为原料,将其中的淀粉经过发酵制得乳酸,再将乳酸经过化学合成聚合成聚乳酸;这里,所述农产品包括玉米、土豆、木薯、小麦或甜菜等;
S2.将聚乳酸熔融纺丝制作聚乳酸纤维材料,分别得到聚乳酸纤维膜、聚乳酸纤维无纺布;
S3.以聚乳酸纤维无纺布作为内层材料、以聚乳酸纤维膜作为外层材料,通过热压使内层材料与外层材料溶合;
S4.将溶合材料制作成袋坯,再采用热压方式对袋坯进行封口、封边处理,制成成品卫生袋。
为更好地说明本发明,参照图1、图2所示,这里还提供了一种由上述工艺制作的卫生袋,包括内层1、外层2,所述内层1采用聚乳酸纤维无纺布,所述外层2采用聚乳酸纤维膜,所述内层1与外层2通过热压方式溶合,所述卫生袋底部3、侧边4分别采用热压方式进行封口、封边。所述卫生袋上部设有一端短、一端长的V形结构5。所述卫生袋的上部下方设有一圈加强带6,所述加强带6采用聚乳酸纤维无纺布材质。所述内层2采用三层聚乳酸纤维无纺布。
图中未示出的是,所述内层1与外层2之间还设置有吸水棉层。

1.一种可生物降解卫生袋制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
S1.以含淀粉的农产品为原料,将其中的淀粉经过发酵制得乳酸,再将乳酸经过化学合成聚合成聚乳酸;
S2.将聚乳酸熔融纺丝制作聚乳酸纤维材料,分别得到聚乳酸纤维膜、聚乳酸纤维无纺布;
S3.以聚乳酸纤维无纺布作为内层材料、以聚乳酸纤维膜作为外层材料,通过热压使内层材料与外层材料溶合;
S4.将溶合材料制作成袋坯,再采用热压方式对袋坯进行封口、封边处理,制成成品卫生袋。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述工艺制作的卫生袋,其特征在于,包括内层、外层,所述内层采用聚乳酸纤维无纺布,所述外层采用聚乳酸纤维膜,所述内层与外层通过热压方式溶合,所述卫生袋底部、侧边分别采用热压方式进行封口、封边。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卫生袋,其特征在于,所述卫生袋上部设有一端短、一端长的V形结构。
