In step 103-2, when the game resource material to be audited is a three-dimensional model (specifically, a 3D character game resource material model), since the corresponding relationship between the UV map and the 3D character game resource material may be stored in the three-dimensional model information during modeling, each game resource material region may be obtained by using a three-dimensional model identification submodule included in a game resource material auditing module in the auditing system and the issuing system in a UV expansion manner, so as to obtain a first UV expansion map of the game resource material category required by the preset model auditing rule as the game resource material region in the embodiment of the present application, for example, a hand UV expansion map is obtained by expanding the three-dimensional model using hand game resource material coordinates. In addition, for the case that the three-dimensional model information does not contain the corresponding relationship between the UV map and the 3D character game resource material, the three-dimensional model can be subjected to UV expansion to obtain a second UV expansion map, then the second UV expansion map is input into a second preset game resource material identification model to obtain a second probability map in a mode similar to the game resource material area identification of the two-dimensional picture, and the corresponding game resource material area is determined according to the pixel value of each pixel point in the second probability map and a second probability threshold. The training mode of the second preset game resource material identification model can be the same as that of the first preset game resource material identification model, and the difference lies in that the two training sample pictures are different, the sample picture corresponding to the first preset game resource material identification model is a two-dimensional picture, and the sample picture corresponding to the second preset game resource material identification model is a UV development picture.
Furthermore, after the preset model audit rule is determined and the relevant game resource material region is obtained, compliance audit can be performed on the game resource material to be audited, and whether the game resource material to be audited conforms to the preset model audit rule or not is judged. In the following, the embodiment of the present application describes an auditing method for a game resource material to be audited, taking a scenario in which an auditing sequence of each rule is not distinguished and each auditing rule is determined as an example. The audit item includes at least one of a clothing covering ratio, clothing transparency, a sensitive part ratio, a sensitive part covering position, a sensitive pixel point ratio, and an abnormal pattern matching degree, and optionally, the step 104 may specifically include:
104-1, when the audit item comprises the clothing covering proportion, acquiring the number of human body pixels corresponding to the human body area and the number of clothing pixels corresponding to the clothing area, and determining a first covering proportion of clothing to a human body in the game resource material to be audited; and determining whether the first coverage proportion meets the clothing coverage proportion requirement corresponding to the preset model auditing rule.
In this embodiment, a clothing covering proportion auditing submodule included in a game resource material auditing module in an auditing system and a publishing system may be used to count the number of pixel points corresponding to a human body area, that is, the number of human body pixel points, and the number of pixel points corresponding to a clothing area, that is, the number of clothing pixel points, and then a ratio of the number of clothing pixel points to the number of human body pixel points may be used as a first covering proportion, a covering ratio of clothing to the whole human body area in the game resource material to be audited is represented by the first covering proportion, and when the first covering proportion meets the auditing requirement of the auditing project, that is, when the first covering proportion meets the requirement of the covering proportion, that is, for example, greater than the minimum value of the covering proportion requirement, the game resource material to be audited may be considered to pass the auditing of the auditing project.
104-2, when the audit item comprises the clothing transparency, acquiring the RGB value of a clothing pixel point corresponding to the clothing area; and determining whether the RGB value of the clothing pixel point belongs to the range of the RGB value interval of the clothing transparency requirement corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule.
In this embodiment, the semitransparent clothing auditing submodule included in the game resource material auditing module of the auditing system and the publishing system may be used to count the RGB values of each pixel point in the clothing area, and determine whether the clothing transparency meets the relevant requirements according to the RGB values of each pixel point, for example, if the average value of the RGB values of each pixel point is within the RGB value interval of the clothing transparency requirement or more than a certain percentage of the RGB values of the pixel points are within the interval (for example, 70% of the RGB values of the pixel points are within the interval), it may be considered that the clothing worn by the character in the game resource material to be audited belongs to semitransparent clothing, and the auditing of the auditing item cannot be passed.
104-3, when the auditing item includes the sensitive part ratio, acquiring the number of sensitive part pixel points corresponding to the sensitive part area and the number of human body pixel points corresponding to the human body area, and determining the proportion of the sensitive part in the game resource material to be audited to the human body; and determining whether the proportion of the sensitive part in the human body meets the sensitive part proportion requirement corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule.
In this embodiment, the sensitive portion may include a region from below the neck to above the waist (mainly for a female character), a region from below the waist to above the leg, and other human body portions, in order to avoid adverse effects on the player caused by a character picture and a model with an exaggerated proportion of the sensitive portion in the game, the sensitive portion proportion auditing submodule included in the game resource material auditing module in the auditing system and the issuing system may be used to calculate the proportion of the sensitive portion to the human body, specifically, the ratio of the number of sensitive portion pixels corresponding to the sensitive portion region to the number of human body pixels corresponding to the human body region may be used as the proportion of the sensitive portion to the human body corresponding to the game resource material to be audited, and whether the proportion meets the sensitive portion proportion requirement is determined, for example, when the proportion of the sensitive portion to the human body is smaller than a preset sensitive portion proportion threshold value, and considering that the game resource material to be audited passes the audit of the audit item.
104-4, when the auditing item includes a sensitive part covering proportion, determining a covering area corresponding to the sensitive part area according to the sensitive part area and the clothing area, wherein the covering area is an area corresponding to a sensitive part which is blocked by clothing in the game resource material to be audited; acquiring the number of covering area pixel points corresponding to the covering area and the number of sensitive part pixel points corresponding to the sensitive part area, determining a second covering proportion of the clothing to the sensitive part in the game resource material to be audited, and determining whether the second covering proportion meets the requirement of the sensitive part covering proportion corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule.
In this embodiment, the covering region corresponding to the sensitive part region may specifically be a coincidence portion of the sensitive part region and the clothing region, a sensitive part covering ratio auditing submodule included in a game resource material auditing module in the auditing system and the issuing system may be used to take a ratio of the number of pixel points of the covering region corresponding to the covering region to the number of pixel points of the sensitive part corresponding to the sensitive part region as a second covering ratio of the clothing to the sensitive part in the game resource material to be audited, and determine whether the second covering ratio meets a requirement of the covering ratio of the sensitive part, for example, the area from below the neck to above the waist is required to be covered by at least 70%, and then when the second covering ratio is greater than or equal to 70%, the game resource material to be audited is considered to pass through the audit of the audit item.
104-5, when the auditing item comprises the covering position of the sensitive part, determining a covering area corresponding to the sensitive part area according to the sensitive part area and the clothing area, wherein the covering area is an area corresponding to the sensitive part which is blocked by clothing in the game resource material to be audited; and acquiring the covering position of the covering area in the sensitive part area, and determining whether the covering position meets the requirement of the covering position of the sensitive part corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule.
In this embodiment, the coverage proportion of the sensitive part region can be checked, and the coverage position of the sensitive part region can also be checked, the coverage region can be the overlapped part of the sensitive part region and the clothing region, after the coverage region is determined by using a sensitive part coverage position checking submodule included in a game resource material checking module in a checking system and a release system, whether the coverage region covers the position to be covered corresponding to the requirement of the sensitive part coverage position can be judged, and when the coverage region covers the position to be covered, the game resource material to be checked is confirmed to pass the checking of the checking item. And realizing the auditing of the vivid blood picture in the game resource material to be audited.
In addition, regarding the sensitive pixel point region, the pixel points of which the corresponding RGB values belonging to the human body region fall within the preset sensitive RGB value range can be used as the sensitive pixel points to determine the sensitive pixel point region, and the ratio of the number of the sensitive pixel points corresponding to the sensitive pixel point region to the number of the human body pixel points corresponding to the human body region is used as the sensitive pixel point proportion, so that when the proportion is judged to be smaller than the corresponding threshold value, the game resource material to be audited is considered to pass the audit of the audit item.
In this embodiment of the application, the audit item may further include a sensitive pixel proportion, and step 103 may further include:

In steps 105 to 107, when it is determined that the game resource material to be audited does not satisfy the preset game resource material audit rule (does not satisfy any audit item), the illegal region that does not satisfy the audit rule is marked, so that an audit conclusion is output, and an optimization suggestion can be given. For example, the clothing coverage ratio does not meet the requirement, the clothing area may be marked as an offending area, and the offending area, the cause of the offending corresponding to the offending area (e.g., clothing coverage ratio is smaller than the minimum value required by clothing coverage ratio), and the corresponding preset optimization suggestion (e.g., suggestion to cover clothing with more human skin) are output.
In addition, for game resource materials to be audited in the violation area, the violation area can be amended according to corresponding preset optimization suggestions, and the amended result is output, for example, when the clothing covering proportion does not meet corresponding rules, the human body area is covered on the basis of the original clothing area based on the clothing area, for example, the clothing type corresponding to the original clothing area is a vest, the clothing color corresponding to the clothing area can be identified, and the original clothing area is expanded to the clothing area corresponding to the T-shirt type, so that more coverage on the human skin is realized. In this way, a reference thought is provided for the artists to manufacture the game resource materials, the game resource material modification efficiency is improved, and in addition, the modified game resource materials to be verified can be directly used for replacing the original game resource materials, so that the game is favorable for quick over-examination and quick online.

Claims (12)
1. A method for auditing game resource materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring game resource materials to be audited and release information corresponding to the game resource materials to be audited;
determining a preset game resource material auditing rule corresponding to the game resource material to be audited according to the release information;
identifying a game resource material area related to the preset game resource material auditing rule in the game resource materials to be audited;
and auditing the game resource materials to be audited according to the game resource material area and the preset game resource material auditing rule.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying of the game resource material area in the game resource material to be audited, which is related to the pre-set game resource material audit rule, specifically comprises:
and selecting a corresponding identification mode according to the material type of the game resource material to be audited so as to identify a game resource material area related to the preset game resource material auditing rule in the game resource material to be audited.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying of the game resource material area in the game resource material to be audited, which is related to the pre-set game resource material audit rule, specifically comprises:
when the game resource material to be audited is a two-dimensional picture, the game resource material to be audited is input into a first preset game resource material identification model to obtain a first probability map of game resource material categories related to auditing rules of the preset game resource material, pixel points of which the probability values of the pixel points in the first probability map are larger than a first probability value threshold of the corresponding game resource material category are obtained, and a game resource material area corresponding to the related game resource material category in the game resource material to be audited is determined, wherein the first probability map comprises the probability value of each pixel point in the first probability map belonging to the corresponding game resource material category.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying of the game resource material area in the game resource material to be audited, which is related to the pre-set game resource material audit rule, specifically comprises:
when the game resource material to be audited is a three-dimensional model, performing UV unfolding processing on the surface of the game resource material to be audited according to coordinates corresponding to the classes of the game resource material, and determining a first UV unfolding picture of the game resource material class related to the preset game resource material auditing rule, wherein the game resource material area comprises the first UV unfolding picture; or,
when the game resource material to be audited is a three-dimensional model, performing UV unfolding processing on the surface of the game resource material to be audited, determining a second UV unfolding picture corresponding to the game resource material to be audited, inputting the second UV unfolding picture into a second preset game resource material identification model to obtain a second probability picture of game resource material categories related to the preset game resource material auditing rule, obtaining pixel points of which the probability values of the pixel points in the second probability picture are greater than a second probability value threshold of the corresponding game resource material categories, and determining game resource material areas corresponding to the related game resource material categories in the game resource material to be audited, wherein the second probability picture comprises the probability values of all the pixel points in the second probability picture belonging to the corresponding game resource material categories.

The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the preset game resource material auditing rules include an auditing item, an auditing standard corresponding to the auditing item, and an auditing sequence corresponding to the auditing item; the auditing the game resource materials to be audited according to the game resource material area and the preset game resource material auditing rule specifically comprises the following steps:
and sequentially executing the auditing processes corresponding to the auditing items according to the auditing sequence so as to judge whether the game resource materials to be audited meet the auditing standard of the corresponding auditing items according to the game resource material area.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the audit item includes at least one of a clothing covering ratio, clothing transparency, a sensitive portion ratio, a sensitive portion covering position, a sensitive pixel point ratio, and an abnormal pattern matching degree, and the audit process includes:
when the audit item comprises the clothing covering proportion, acquiring the number of human body pixel points corresponding to a human body area and the number of clothing pixel points corresponding to a clothing area, and determining a first covering proportion of clothing to the human body in the game resource material to be audited; determining whether the first covering proportion meets the clothing covering proportion requirement corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule;
when the audit item comprises the clothing transparency, acquiring the RGB value of a clothing pixel point corresponding to the clothing area; determining whether the RGB value of the clothing pixel point belongs to the range of the RGB value interval of the clothing transparency requirement corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule;
when the auditing item comprises the sensitive part ratio, acquiring the number of sensitive part pixel points corresponding to the sensitive part region and the number of human body pixel points corresponding to the human body region, and determining the proportion of the sensitive part in the game resource material to be audited to the human body; determining whether the proportion of the sensitive part in the human body meets the sensitive part proportion requirement corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule;
when the auditing item comprises a sensitive part covering proportion, determining a covering area corresponding to the sensitive part area according to the sensitive part area and the clothing area, wherein the covering area is an area corresponding to a sensitive part which is covered by clothing in the game resource material to be audited; acquiring the number of covering area pixel points corresponding to the covering area and the number of sensitive part pixel points corresponding to the sensitive part area, determining a second covering proportion of clothing to the sensitive part in the game resource material to be checked, and determining whether the second covering proportion meets the requirement of the sensitive part covering proportion corresponding to the preset game resource material checking rule;
when the auditing item comprises the covering position of the sensitive part, determining a covering area corresponding to the sensitive part area according to the sensitive part area and the clothing area, wherein the covering area is an area corresponding to the sensitive part which is covered by clothing in the game resource material to be audited; and acquiring a covering position of the covering area in the sensitive part area, and determining whether the covering position meets the requirement of the sensitive part covering position corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the release information, a preset game resource material audit rule corresponding to the game resource material to be audited specifically includes:
and acquiring character attribute information and display attribute information corresponding to the game resource material to be audited, and inquiring a preset audit rule corresponding to the game resource material to be audited in an audit rule base according to the release information, the character attribute information and the display attribute information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset game resource material audit rules include audit items, wherein the audit items include sensitive pixel site ratios; the identifying of the game resource material area related to the preset game resource material auditing rule in the game resource materials to be audited further comprises:
acquiring an RGB value corresponding to each pixel point in the game resource material to be audited, and determining a sensitive pixel point region according to sensitive pixel points belonging to a preset sensitive RGB value interval, wherein the game resource material region comprises the sensitive pixel point region;
correspondingly, the auditing the game resource materials to be audited according to the game resource material area and the preset game resource material auditing rule further comprises:
acquiring the number of sensitive pixels corresponding to the sensitive pixel area and the number of all pixels corresponding to the game resource material to be audited, and determining the proportion of the sensitive pixels corresponding to the game resource material to be audited;
and determining whether the proportion of the sensitive pixel points meets the proportion requirement of the sensitive pixel points corresponding to the auditing rule of the preset game resource material.

The method of claim 1, wherein the preset game resource material audit rules include audit items, the audit items including exception pattern matching; the identifying of the game resource material area related to the preset game resource material auditing rule in the game resource materials to be audited specifically includes:
identifying an abnormal area matched with an abnormal graph corresponding to the preset game resource material auditing rule in the game resource material to be audited and an abnormal graph matching degree between the abnormal area and the abnormal graph, wherein the game resource material area comprises the abnormal area;
correspondingly, the auditing the game resource materials to be audited according to the game resource material area and the preset game resource material auditing rule further comprises:
and determining whether the matching degree of the abnormal image corresponding to the abnormal area meets the requirement of the matching degree of the abnormal image corresponding to the audit rule of the preset game resource materials.
10. A game resource material auditing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:

11. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the game resource material auditing method of any one of claims 1 to 9.

A computer apparatus comprising a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the game resource material auditing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
