Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-retraction stent drainage tube for a urinary system, which is a J-shaped tube and comprises a straight line part and a bent part, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the length direction of the drainage tube, and an anti-retraction part is arranged at one end close to the straight line part. The drainage tube thoroughly eliminates the medical problem that the drainage tube retracts into the ureter, thereby not only avoiding the pain of a patient caused by the retraction of the drainage tube, but also avoiding the problem that medical staff is difficult to take the drainage tube caused by the retraction of the drainage tube; meanwhile, the structure with the diameter smaller than that of the ureter is adopted, so that the feeling of distending pain of clinical patients caused by the implantation of the drainage tube is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drainage tube, and more particularly, to a retraction prevention drainage tube for drainage between the kidney and the bladder in the urinary system.
Background
At present, in operations such as upper urinary tract operations of kidney stones, ureteral stones, hydronephrosis, kidney transplantation, benign tumors of kidney and ureter and the like in urology surgery, stone crushing by a stone crusher, expansion of ureter stenosis and the like, a common J-shaped catheter is adopted to be implanted into the ureter, and plays important roles in draining urine and preventing ureter stenosis and ureter adhesion. The most common complication of J-tube application is that the lower segment is not bent enough, the reflux peristalsis of the vesicoureteral tract and the contraction of the bladder stimulated by the J-tube cause the J-tube to retract and move upwards, so that the J-tube exits the bladder. The occurrence of complications of the upward movement of the J-shaped tube leads to the difficulty in taking the tube, not only increases the physical and economic burden of patients, but also easily causes medical disputes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drainage tube which has simple structure and convenient use and can prevent the drainage tube from moving upwards and retracting into a ureter so as to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses an anti-retraction stent drainage tube for a urinary system, which is a J-shaped tube and comprises a straight line part and a bent part, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the length direction of the drainage tube, and an anti-retraction part is arranged at one end close to the straight line part.
Furthermore, the retraction prevention portion is a U-shaped arc valve structure arranged on the outer side wall of the straight line portion, and the surfaces of the U-shaped arc valve structure are in arc smooth transition.
Furthermore, the U-shaped arc valve structure comprises two arc parts which are symmetrical relative to the straight line part, the arc length of each arc part is 3.5-5mm, the bending radius is 8-10mm, the arc parts are bent towards the bending part, and the distance between the U-shaped arc valve structure and the end part of the straight line part is 8-12 mm.
Furthermore, the retraction prevention portion is a petal-shaped outwardly-expanding bayonet structure arranged on the outer side wall of the linear portion.
Further, the distance between the bayonet structure and the end part of the straight line part is 8-12 mm.
Further, the outer diameter D of the bending part is 15-20 mm.
Further, the outer diameter of the drainage tube is smaller than the inner diameter of the ureter of the urinary system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the medical problem that the drainage tube retracts from the bladder to the ureter is thoroughly solved, the pain of a patient caused by the retraction of the drainage tube is avoided, and the problem that medical staff are difficult to take the drainage tube caused by the retraction of the drainage tube is also avoided.
(2) The drainage tube adopts a structure with the diameter smaller than that of the ureter, so that the feeling of distending pain of a clinical patient caused by the implantation of the drainage tube is avoided.
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the invention and not to limit the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a drainage tube of an anti-retraction stent for use in the urinary system according to a first embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an anti-retraction stent drainage tube for a urinary system according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Illustration of the drawings:
1. a bending section; 2. a straight portion; 21. a through hole; 22. a retraction prevention portion.
Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
The embodiment discloses an anti-retraction stent drainage tube for a urinary system, which is mainly used for drainage between a kidney and a bladder in an operation process and is placed in a ureter by adopting an endoscopic placement method, as shown in fig. 1 to 2. The drainage tube is of a J-shaped tube-like structure and comprises a straight line part 2 and a bending part 1, a plurality of through holes 21 are formed in the length direction of the drainage tube, a retraction prevention part 22 is arranged at one end close to the straight line part 2, the bending part 1 is placed in a renal pelvis, the end part of the straight line part 2 is placed in a bladder, and therefore conduction from the kidney to the bladder is achieved, the drainage tube is made of polyurethane, good in compatibility with a human body, softened at body temperature for 3-5 minutes and capable of being kept.
In the embodiment, the retraction prevention part 22 is a U-shaped arc valve structure arranged on the outer side wall of the linear part 2, and the surface of the U-shaped arc valve structure is in arc smooth transition, so that pain caused by puncturing the inner wall of the bladder is avoided. The U-shaped arc valve structure comprises two arc parts which are symmetrical relative to the straight line part 2, the arc length S of any one arc part is 3.5-5mm, the bending radius R is 8-10mm, the U-shaped arc valve structure is bent towards the bending part 1, the distance L between the U-shaped arc valve structure and the end part of the straight line part 2 is 8-12mm, the outer diameter D of the bending part 1 is 15-20mm, the U-shaped arc valve structure can be in contact with the inner wall of a kidney when the U-shaped arc valve structure is too large, the U-shaped arc valve structure can easily slide out when the U-shaped arc valve structure is too small, the medical problem that a drainage tube retracts into a ureter is avoided, meanwhile, the outer diameter of the drainage tube is smaller than the inner diameter of the ureter of a urinary system, the arrangement avoids the pain of a patient caused by the expansion effect on the ureter after the drainage tube is placed in, and is beneficial to the drainage effect of the through hole 21.
Alternatively, the retraction prevention portion 22 is a petal-shaped outwardly expanding bayonet structure arranged on the outer side wall of the linear portion 2, and the structure can be fixedly connected to the linear portion 2 by adopting an integral molding or welding manner, and the bayonet structure is also 8-12mm away from the end portion L of the linear portion 2.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
