Description

Electric rotary plasma resectoscope
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. In particular to an electric rotary plasma resectoscope.
Background
The plasma resectoscope is a transurethral operation resection device widely used in the urinary surgery at present, and is mainly applied to transurethral prostate electrostomy (TURP) and transurethral bladder tumor electrostomy (TURBT).
When the clinician carries out the two types of operation, the main application mode is to control the electric cutting handle by fingers, and the electric cutting ring for cutting the tissue is moved linearly back and forth to cut and stop the bleeding of the tissue. The cutting efficiency is low, the time of one operation is from half an hour to two to three hours, so that the finger joints are subjected to operation movements from dozens of times to hundreds of times. And due to the factors of poor stability, fatigue of finger joints, long-time lifting of two arms and the like, the standardization, safety, excision range, hemostasis effect and the like of surgical cutting are uncertain.
The use of transurethral plasmablast surgical devices has been in history for decades, with no major changes in the basic apparatus. The invention makes creative changes in the aspects of the operation mode, the tissue cutting mode, the cutting frequency, the hemostasis reliability and the like of the plasma resectoscope operation.
Because the traditional plasma resectoscope belongs to the medical apparatus used repeatedly, the disinfection and sterilization are needed after each use, and the uncertainty of cross infection among patients is increased. The invention is characterized in that the part of the structure directly contacted by the operator is a disposable application mode, thereby reducing the probability of cross infection of patients in the operation.
The invention is a rotary cutting mode driven by a motor, greatly improves the cutting efficiency, lightens the fatigue strength of the arms and fingers of an operator, and can definitely improve the reliability and the safety of the operation.
It is in this context that the present invention is presented.
The transmission part of the electric rotary plasma resectoscope comprises a motor and a pair of bevel gears, the motor provides power for the plasma resectoscope, the bevel gears are driven by the motor to rotate, and the bevel gears drive the resectoscope ring to rotate, so that the rotary resection function of prostate or tumor tissues is realized.
The electric rotary resectoscope can be quickly disassembled to be reused, the rest undetachable parts are disposable, the electric rotary resectoscope is discarded after an operation, disinfection and sterilization are not needed, and the probability of cross infection among patients is reduced.

That is, after the electric cutting ring 312 is inserted into the electric cutting ring fixing tube 313, the gap between the two tubes needs to be filled with glue. If not sealed, the saline enters the inside of the electric rotary working element 3 along the outer circumference of the resectioning ring-fixing tube 313 and the gap between the inner through-hole and the insertion end of the endoscope 7. As shown in fig. 4, the front seal ring 32 is fitted into an annular groove (not shown) formed in the lower portion of the front flange 331 of the frame 33, and prevents the saline from entering the interior of the electric rotary working assembly 3 along the outer periphery of the electric cutter ring fixing tube 313. The rear sealing ring 39 is mounted at one end of the electric cutting ring fixing tube 313 close to the bevel gear 36, and forms a tight fit with the insertion end of the endoscope 7, so as to prevent the physiological saline from entering the electric rotary working assembly 3 along the through hole inside the electric cutting ring fixing tube 313.
The inner sheath and the outer sheath of the electric rotary plasma resectoscope provided by the embodiment of the invention are similar to the traditional plasma resectoscope, the inner sheath, the outer sheath and the endoscope can be detached and reused, and the inlet and outlet modes and the channels of the physiological saline are consistent with those of the traditional plasma resectoscope.
