A non-heat source dry ice atomization electronic cigarette comprises a flavoring component, a dry ice storage component and a control component which are sequentially attracted and connected by means of magnetic attraction; the flavoring component comprises a first shell (1), a bottom cover (3), a flavoring material (2) filled in the first shell and a first magnet (4) arranged in the bottom cover; the dry ice storage assembly comprises a second shell (5), a heat preservation shell arranged in the second shell, a top cover (7) arranged at the top of the heat preservation shell, an upper one-way air valve arranged in the middle of the top cover, and dry ice (10) placed in the heat preservation shell; the control assembly comprises a third shell (13), a PCBA control board (12) arranged in the third shell, a battery (11), a pneumatic switch (14) arranged on the third shell and a vent hole. The invention provides a novel non-heat source dry ice atomization electronic cigarette, which does not need a heat source in the heating atomization process and does not need propylene glycol and glycerol as solvents, so that the harm of the electronic cigarette is greatly reduced.

Background
The existing electronic cigarette is generally composed of an atomizer, tobacco tar, a battery pack and the like, and the principle of the existing electronic cigarette is that the tobacco tar is heated by the atomizer to generate smoke for a consumer to smoke. In the working process of the electronic cigarette, the atomization process needs heating, so that the existing atomizer needs to be provided with a heat source, and the structure is complex. In addition, as the main components of the tobacco tar are propylene glycol and glycerol, some harmful substances are inevitably generated in the heating process, and the tobacco tar can cause harm to the body of a smoker.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a novel non-heat-source dry ice atomization electronic cigarette, so that the electronic cigarette does not need a heat source in the heating atomization process, and propylene glycol and glycerol are not needed as solvents, so that the harm of the electronic cigarette to smokers is greatly reduced.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a non-heat source dry ice atomization electronic cigarette comprises a flavoring component, a dry ice storage component and a control component which are sequentially attracted and connected by means of magnetic attraction;
the flavoring component comprises a first shell, a bottom cover arranged at the bottom of the first shell, a flavoring material filled in the first shell and a magnet arranged in the bottom cover; an inwards concave bottom end groove is formed in the middle of the bottom cover, and a through air inlet hole is formed in the bottom of the bottom end groove; a concave top groove is formed in the middle of the top end of the first shell, and a through air outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the top groove;
the dry ice storage assembly comprises a second shell, a heat preservation shell arranged in the second shell, a top cover arranged at the top of the heat preservation shell, an upper one-way air valve arranged in the middle of the top cover and dry ice placed in the second shell; the second shell is a metal shell of an annular groove structure comprising an outer shell and an inner shell, heat insulation materials are arranged in the annular groove, the height of the inner shell is lower than that of the outer shell, a top supporting plate is arranged at the top end of the inner shell, and the upper one-way air valve is positioned on the top supporting plate; the bottom of the inner shell is provided with a bottom plate which is internally contracted in the inner shell, and a lower one-way air valve is arranged below the bottom plate; the top supporting plate and the bottom plate are provided with air holes, and a second magnet is arranged outside the bottom of the second shell;
the control component comprises a third shell, a PCBA control board arranged in the third shell, a battery for supplying power to the PCBA control board, a pneumatic switch arranged on the shell, an upper one-way air valve, a lower one-way air valve and the pneumatic switch which are all electrically connected with the PCBA control board, and the pneumatic switch is used for controlling the starting and the closing of the one-way air valve and the lower one-way air valve; and a vent hole is formed in the side surface of the top of the third shell.

When a user sucks the electronic cigarette, the pneumatic switch is started, the upper one-way air valve and the lower one-way air valve are started, and the one-way switch is opened. Air enters from the vent hole, is liquefied into water mist after passing through the dry ice, and the water mist is endowed with fragrance after passing through the fragrance material and enters the oral cavity of a smoker through the air outlet at the top end of the first shell. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, does not need any heat source to heat the fragrant materials, only contains carbon dioxide, water and edible spice as smoke components entering the oral cavity of a smoker, does not generate any harmful substances, and does not burn the fragrant materials.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a novel non-heat source dry ice atomizing electronic cigarette comprises an aroma-enhancing component, a dry ice storage component and a control component which are sequentially attracted and connected by means of magnetic attraction;
the flavoring component comprises a first shell 1, a bottom cover 3 arranged at the bottom of the first shell, a flavoring material 2 filled in the first shell and a first magnet 4 arranged in the bottom cover; an inwards concave bottom end groove 3a is formed in the middle of the bottom cover, and a through air inlet hole 3b is formed in the bottom of the bottom end groove; a concave top end groove 1a is arranged in the middle of the top end of the first shell, and a through air outlet hole 1b is formed in the groove bottom of the top end groove.
The dry ice storage assembly comprises a second shell 5, a heat preservation shell arranged in the second shell, a top cover 7 arranged at the top of the heat preservation shell, an upper one-way air valve 9a arranged in the middle of the top cover, and dry ice 10 arranged in the heat preservation shell. The heat preservation shell is a metal shell of an annular groove structure comprising an outer shell 6a and an inner shell 6b, heat preservation materials 8 are arranged in the annular groove, the height of the inner shell is lower than that of the outer shell, a top supporting plate 6d is arranged at the top end of the inner shell, and the upper one-way air valve 9a is located on the top supporting plate. A bottom plate 6e which is internally contracted in the inner shell is arranged at the bottom of the inner shell, and a lower one-way air valve 9b is arranged below the bottom plate; air holes are formed in the top supporting plate and the bottom plate, and a second magnet 15 is arranged outside the bottom of the second shell.
The control component comprises a third shell 13, a PCBA control board 12 arranged in the third shell, a battery 11 for supplying power to the PCBA control board, a pneumatic switch 14 arranged on the shell, an upper one-way air valve 9a, a lower one-way air valve 9b and the pneumatic switch 14 which are electrically connected with the PCBA control board, and the pneumatic switch is used for controlling the one-way air valve and the lower one-way air valve to be started and closed; a vent hole 13a is provided in the third casing top side.
The first magnet 4 can adopt two magnet blocks which are symmetrically arranged on two sides in the bottom cover. Or a ring magnet arranged at the periphery of the bottom end groove 3 a.
The second magnet 15 may be two magnet blocks symmetrically disposed at two sides of the bottom of the second casing. The second magnet may be a ring magnet.
The subassembly is stored to adding fragtant subassembly and dry ice and depends on the magnetic attraction of first magnet to attract each other to be connected, and the subassembly is stored to dry ice and the control assembly relies on the magnetic attraction of second magnet to attract each other to be connected, and the equipment is simple.
The heat preservation shell can be integrally formed by casting a ferromagnetic metal material, and the inner shell 6a, the outer shell 6b, the bottom ring 6c connecting the bottoms of the inner shell and the outer shell, the top plate 6d and the bottom plate 6e are integrally formed by casting. The upper one-way air valve 9a and the lower one-way air valve 9b control the gas to flow only from bottom to top in one way, and can ensure the stability of the pressure in the dry ice storage space when no gas passes through. The upper one-way air valve and the lower one-way air valve both adopt one-way valves in the prior art. The PCBA control panel adopts the control panel of the prior art and can be purchased in the market. The fragrant material can be prepared according to the needs and can also be purchased in the market.
When a user sucks the electronic cigarette, the pneumatic switch 14 is started, the PCBA control board controls the upper one-way air valve 9a and the lower one-way air valve 9b to be started, and the one-way switch is turned on. Air enters from the vent hole 13a, passes through the lower one-way air valve 9b, passes through the vent hole on the bottom plate 6e, enters the inner shell 6b of the second shell, flows through the dry ice 10 and is liquefied into water mist, the water mist sequentially passes through the vent hole on the top plate 6d, the upper one-way air valve 9a and the air inlet hole 3b on the bottom cover, enters the first shell 1, passes through the fragrant material 2, is endowed with unique fragrance, and finally enters the oral cavity of a smoker through the air outlet hole 1b at the top end of the first shell.
Claims (5)
1. A non-heat source dry ice atomization electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising an aroma-enhancing component, a dry ice storage component and a control component which are sequentially attracted and connected by means of magnetic attraction;
the flavoring component comprises a first shell (1), a bottom cover (3) arranged at the bottom of the first shell, a flavoring material (2) filled in the first shell and a first magnet (4) arranged in the bottom cover; an inwards concave bottom end groove (3a) is formed in the middle of the bottom cover, and a through air inlet hole (3b) is formed in the bottom of the bottom end groove; a concave top groove (1a) is formed in the middle of the top end of the first shell, and a through air outlet hole (1b) is formed in the bottom of the top groove;
the dry ice storage assembly comprises a second shell (5), a heat preservation shell arranged in the second shell, a top cover (7) arranged at the top of the heat preservation shell, an upper one-way air valve (9a) arranged in the middle of the top cover, and dry ice (10) placed in the heat preservation shell; the second shell is a metal shell of an annular groove structure comprising an outer shell (6a) and an inner shell (6b), a heat insulation material (8) is arranged in the annular groove, the height of the inner shell is lower than that of the outer shell, a top supporting plate (6d) is arranged at the top end of the inner shell, and the upper one-way air valve (9a) is positioned on the top supporting plate; a bottom plate (6e) which is internally contracted in the inner shell is arranged at the bottom of the inner shell, and a lower one-way air valve (9b) is arranged below the bottom plate; the top supporting plate and the bottom plate are provided with air holes, and a second magnet (15) is arranged outside the bottom of the second shell;
the control assembly comprises a third shell (13), a PCBA control board (12) arranged in the third shell, a battery (11) for supplying power to the PCBA control board, a pneumatic switch (14) arranged on the shell, an upper one-way air valve (9a), a lower one-way air valve (9b) and the pneumatic switch (14) which are electrically connected with the PCBA control board, and the pneumatic switch is used for controlling the starting and the closing of the one-way air valve and the lower one-way air valve; a vent hole (13a) is arranged on the side surface of the top of the third shell.
2. The dry ice atomized e-cigarette without heat source of claim 1, wherein the first magnets (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides in the bottom cover.
3. The dry ice atomized e-cigarette without heat source according to claim 1, wherein the first magnet (4) is disposed in a ring shape symmetrically around the bottom groove (3 a).
4. The dry ice atomized e-cigarette without heat source as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the second magnet (15) is symmetrically disposed at two sides of the bottom of the second casing.
