5. The registration method of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining biometric information of the user when the registration request initiated by the user is received, further comprising:
receiving an account registration request of a user;
controlling a biological characteristic collector to collect biological characteristic information of the user according to the account registration request;
acquiring identity information of a user according to the account registration request, wherein the identity information comprises at least one of an identity card number and a medical insurance card number;
and correspondingly storing the biological characteristic information and the identity information, and establishing a medical account.
6. A registration device, comprising:
