Every other embodiment that can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present application falls within the protection scope of the present application.
Research shows that at present, due to the difference of countries and regions involved in international trade, when a business document is examined, information in the business document can be examined only through experience accumulated by examiners according to own industry, and with the continuous increase of international trade business, the input manpower and material resources need to be increased, the efficiency of manual examination is low, and the situations of omission or errors are easy to occur, so that trade disputes and compliance risks are caused, and great loss is caused to banks.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a method for examining a business document, which can determine abnormal examination data with abnormality from the business document, achieve the purpose of assisting an examiner in examining the business document, and reduce the workload of the examiner.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reviewing a business document according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method for reviewing a business document provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, obtaining a service bill to be checked, and determining a bill type of the service bill and a service type of the service bill.
And S102, determining an examination node for examining the business document according to an examination flow corresponding to the document type under the business type.
S103, determining a node examination scheme corresponding to each examination node under the service type aiming at each examination node; the node examination scheme is composed of a plurality of sub examination schemes through logic expressions, and each sub examination scheme corresponds to data to be examined.
And S104, for each piece of data to be examined, examining the data to be examined according to the sub-examination scheme corresponding to the data to be examined, and obtaining the examination result of the examination node based on the examination result of each piece of data to be examined.
And S105, extracting the review node with the review result being abnormal to obtain a first review node.
And S106, aiming at each first examination node, extracting the data to be examined of which the examination result is abnormal under the first examination node to obtain the abnormal examination data in the first examination node.
And S107, generating an abnormal detail list of the business document based on the abnormal examination data in each first examination node.
In the international trade field, the business documents to be examined which need to be examined when handling target businesses of different business types are different, and each business document to be examined has a corresponding document type, for example, when the target business is international credit examination, the corresponding business type is international business, and the required business documents can include invoices, money orders, packing lists, weight lists, air freight lists, transportation documents, beneficiary certificates, origin certificates and other types of documents;
when the target service is the domestic credit examination, the corresponding service type is the domestic service, and the required service documents can comprise value-added tax invoices, warehousing documents, delivery documents, acceptance documents, incoming order notice documents, inspection reports, transportation documents, receipt confirmation documents, delivery order consignment documents and the like.
Moreover, due to the difference of the target business in the business types, the examination standards of the business documents related to the target business under the business types are different, so that even the business documents of the same document type can be examined through different examination schemes under different business types, illustratively, in the import trade, the information of a seller needs to be examined emphatically, and whether the seller is reliable or not is determined; in export trade, the review of seller information can be properly relaxed compared with import trade; for example, when the business type is import trade, if the sales approval information of the seller is absent in the identity information review node, the risk level of the identity information review node can be determined as a high risk review node; and when the business type is export trade, if the sales permission information of the seller is lacked in the identity information examination node, the risk grade of the identity information examination node can be determined as a medium risk examination point or a low risk examination point.
In step S101, when a to-be-inspected service receipt required for handling a target service is obtained, it is necessary to determine a receipt type of the service receipt and a service type of the target service to which the service receipt belongs.
In one embodiment, the determining the document type of the business document includes: extracting keywords representing the characteristics of the business document from the business document by an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and/or a Nature Language Processing (NLP) technology; and determining the bill type of the business bill based on the keyword.
In the step, the extraction of the document image data of the business document can be realized by an OCR technology, and then the document image data extracted from the business document is analyzed by an NLP technology to determine a keyword for representing the characteristics of the business document; finally, determining the bill type of the business bill according to the extracted key words; here, the OCR technology is used to identify an image-like business document, such as a picture, a video, etc., so if the obtained business document is an image, document image data can be extracted from the business document by the OCR technology, that is, information in the business document is converted from an image format into a data and/or text format, and then a keyword is extracted by the NLP technology; if the obtained business document is in a data and/or text format, the business document is not required to be identified by an OCR technology, and keywords can be directly extracted by an NLP technology.
Exemplarily, when the keywords extracted from the business document by the OCR technology and/or the NLP technology are "XXX express", "transport", and "document number", it may be determined that the document type of the business document is a transport document; when the keywords extracted from the business document by the OCR technology and/or the NLP technology are "origin", "country X", and "article XX", it is determined that the document type of the business document is proof of origin.
In another embodiment, the determining the document type of the business document includes: identifying a data writing architecture for the business document; and determining the bill type of the business bill based on the data writing framework.
In the step, the data writing architecture of the business document can be further identified, wherein the data writing architecture of the business document of different document types is different inevitably because the contents included in different document types are different, but for one document type, the business document of the document type has a fixed data writing architecture no matter what business type, so that the document type of the business document can be determined by identifying the data writing architecture of the business document; specifically, the data writing architecture of the business document can be determined by identifying the content included in the business document and the position of the content in the business document.
In order to examine the business documents more carefully and more pertinently, an examination node for examining the business documents needs to be determined for each business document when each business document is examined.
In addition, the service type of the target service can be determined according to the keywords extracted from the service document.
Specifically, the service type of the target service may be determined based on the document type of the obtained service document, for example, the "certificate of origin" is a document type specific to international trade, and therefore, when the document type of the obtained service document is the "certificate of origin", it may be determined that the service type of the target service to which the service document belongs is international trade; for another example, the value-added tax invoice is a document type specific to domestic trade, and when the document type of the obtained service document is the value-added tax invoice, the service type of the target service to which the service document belongs can be determined to be domestic trade.
In addition, whether the target business belongs to international trade or domestic trade can be further determined by analyzing the 'departure place' and the 'destination place', for example, when the destination place and the departure place are both domestic cities, the business type of the target business can be determined to be domestic trade; when one of the destination and the departure is a domestic city and the other is a foreign city, the service type of the target service to which the service document belongs can be determined to be international trade.
In step S102, for each service document, an examination node for examining the service document may be determined according to an examination flow for examining the service document of the document type under the service type to which the service document belongs.
In one embodiment, step S102 includes: acquiring at least one document examination flow corresponding to the service type; determining an examination process for examining the bill type from the at least one bill examination process; wherein, the examination flow comprises at least one examination step; and determining each examination step as an examination node corresponding to the business document.
Firstly, screening at least one document examination flow needing to be examined under the business type of a business document from an examination flow library; secondly, further screening at least one screened bill review process, screening at least one bill review process for reviewing the bill type corresponding to the business bill from the at least one bill review process, wherein the review process corresponding to the bill type comprises at least one review step; and finally, determining an examination node corresponding to the business document according to the examination step.
For example, for a business document a, the document type of the business document a is a transportation document, the business type to which the business document a belongs is an export trade, and the document type review process for the transportation document under the export trade is as follows: step 1, determining whether the identity information of a receiver in a transportation document is consistent with the identity information of a payer in an invoice document; step 2, determining whether the receiving address in the transportation bill is consistent with the address in the business license of the purchasing party; therefore, according to the above review flow, the review of the service document a can be divided into 2 review nodes, step 1 is determined as review node 1, step 2 is determined as review node 2, that is, review node 1: comparing whether the information in the business document A and the invoice document is consistent or not; the examination node 2: and comparing whether the business document A is consistent with the information in the business license.
The business document can be split into different examination nodes aiming at the business document; illustratively, the business document a includes identity information of a buyer and identity information of a seller, the document type of the business document a is a transportation document, the business type to which the business document a belongs is an export trade, and an examination flow for the document type of the transportation document under the business type of the export trade is as follows: step 1, checking the identity information of an article purchasing party; step 2, checking the identity information of the goods seller; therefore, according to the above review flow, the review of the service document a can be split into 2 review nodes: the inspection node 1 inspects the purchasing party identity information, for example, the identity information of the purchasing party, such as name, sex, address, identity card number and the like, can be divided under the inspection node; the examination node 2 examines the seller identity information, and can divide the seller identity information such as name, sex, address, identity card number and the like under the examination node.
Here, since there is a possibility of data missing in the business document, when the data is missing, the examination result of the data can be directly determined as abnormal, so that in some cases, it is not necessary to execute a sub-examination scheme for examining the data under the business type in the examination scheme library, and therefore, according to the actual data included in the examination node, the sub-examination scheme to be executed is selected to examine the business document, thereby saving the examination time of the business document and speeding up the examination efficiency of the business document.
In step S103, after determining an examination node for examining the service document, a node examination scheme for examining the examination node is determined for each examination node; here, the examination plan of one node is composed of a plurality of sub-examination plans by logical expressions; and finally, combining all the sub-examination schemes through a logic expression to obtain the examination scheme of the examination node.
In one embodiment, the determining a node examination scheme corresponding to the examination node under the service type includes: acquiring a logic expression of a sub-examination scheme corresponding to each piece of data to be examined in the examination node under the service type, and acquiring a sub-examination scheme for examining each piece of data to be examined under the service type; and combining each sub-inspection scheme according to the logic expression to obtain a node inspection scheme corresponding to the inspection node under the service type.
In this step, for different service types, the logical expressions of the sub-review schemes combined to review the data to be reviewed in the review node under different service types are also different, so before determining the node review scheme of the review node to review the service document, the logical expressions of the sub-review schemes corresponding to the data to be reviewed in the combined review node under the service type to which the service document belongs need to be acquired; acquiring a sub-inspection scheme for inspecting each data to be inspected in the inspection node under the service type; and combining the sub-inspection schemes through the acquired logic expression to obtain a node inspection scheme of the inspection node.
Illustratively, the review node includes two pieces of data to be reviewed: the method comprises the steps that data 1 to be inspected and data 2 to be inspected are obtained, a sub-inspection scheme for inspecting the data 1 to be inspected is R _11, a sub-inspection scheme for inspecting the data 2 to be inspected is R _12, an expression of a node inspection scheme RULE _1 of an inspection node is obtained through logic expression combination of R _11 and R _12, and when the logic expression combining R _11 and R _12 is 'or', the expression of the RULE _1 can be R _11 or R _ 12; alternatively, when the logical expression of the combination of R _11 and R _12 is "and", the expression of RULE _1 may be R _11 and R _ 12.
In step S104, for each piece of data to be reviewed, reviewing the data to be reviewed according to the sub-review scheme corresponding to the data to be reviewed, and determining a review result of the data to be reviewed; and determining the examination result of the examination node based on the examination result of each piece of data to be examined, namely determining the examination result of the node examination scheme according to the examination result of the sub examination scheme.
Here, the examination result includes any one of abnormality and normality; or "true" can be used to indicate abnormal, and "false" can be used to indicate normal; an abnormality may be represented by "1" and a normality may be represented by "0".
Illustratively, the node review scheme RULE _1 includes two sub review schemes R _11 and R _12, the review result of R _11 and R _12 determines the review result of RULE _1, and when the expression of RULE _1 is R _11 or R _12, the review result of RULE _1 is abnormal as long as the review result of any one of R _11 and R _12 is abnormal (i.e. there is an abnormality in the data to be reviewed by the sub review scheme).
When the expression of the RULE _1 is R _11 and R _12, the examination result of the RULE _1 can be abnormal only when the examination results of the R _11 and the R _12 are abnormal (namely, the data to be examined by the sub-examination scheme has an abnormality).
In one embodiment, the obtaining the review result of the review node based on the review result of each piece of data to be reviewed includes: and according to the logical expression of the node examination scheme corresponding to the examination node, carrying out logical operation on the examination result of each piece of data to be examined contained in the examination node to obtain the examination result of the examination node.
Corresponding to the above embodiment, when the expression of the RULE _1 is R _11 or R _12, the review result of the sub review scheme R _11 is 1 (i.e., there is an exception in the data to be reviewed by the sub review scheme), and the review result of the sub review scheme R _12 is 0 (i.e., there is no exception in the data to be reviewed by the sub review scheme), the review results of the two sub review schemes are directly substituted into the expression of the RULE _1 to perform a logical operation, and it is determined that the review result of the node review scheme of the review node is 1 (there is an exception in the review node).
When the expression of the RULE _1 is R _11 and R _12, the examination result of the sub-examination scheme R _11 is 1 (namely, the examined data examined by the sub-examination scheme has an exception), and the examination result of the sub-examination scheme R _12 is 0 (namely, the examined data examined by the sub-examination scheme has no exception), directly substituting the examination results of the two sub-examination schemes into the expression of the RULE _1 to perform logical operation, and determining that the examination result of the node examination scheme of the examination node is 0 (the examination node has no exception).
In general, not all data with an exception need to be paid attention, and in the case where the result of the examination by the examination node indicates that no exception exists, there is no need to pay much attention even if there is an exception in the data to be examined under the examination node.
In step S105, according to the review result of each review node, the review node whose review result is abnormal is determined as the first review node.
Here, the exception refers to any one or more of the following cases in the data to be examined included in the review node: data errors, data inconsistencies, data misses, and the like.
In step S106, for each first check node, extracting the check result of the first check node as abnormal data to be checked according to the check result of each data to be checked under the first check node, and determining the data to be checked with the check result of the first check node as abnormal data to be checked; meanwhile, the abnormal information of the abnormal audit data is recorded.
The exception information may include, among other things, in which review node the exception was present, what the reason for the exception was, and so forth.
Corresponding to the above-mentioned embodiment, when the examination result of R _11 is 1, it is described that the data to be examined 1 has an abnormality, and at this time, the data to be examined 1 may be determined as abnormal examination data, and it may be recorded in which examination node the data to be examined 1 has an abnormality, for example, information such as that the data to be examined 1 is unfilled in the "purchasing party identity information examination" node.
In step S107, an exception detail list of the business document is generated based on the exception audit data in each first audit node.
Here, the exception detail list includes information such as a business document to which the exception inspection data belongs, an inspection node to which the exception inspection data belongs when there is an exception, a position of the exception inspection data in the business document, a risk level of the exception inspection data, and whether the exception inspection data needs to be modified.
However, it should be noted that, because the review result of the review node is obtained by combining the review results of all the data to be reviewed included in the review node through a logical expression, the exception of the review result of the review node does not indicate that all the data to be reviewed under the review node are exception; similarly, if the review result of the review node is normal, it cannot be said that all the data to be reviewed under the review node are normal.
Therefore, in order to determine the abnormal data possibly existing in the business document in more detail, in one embodiment, the examination method further comprises: extracting the review node with the review result being normal to obtain a second review node; for each second examination node, extracting the data to be examined of which the examination result is abnormal under the second examination node to obtain abnormal examination data in the second examination node; generating an abnormal detail list of the business document based on the abnormal examination data in each first examination node, wherein the abnormal detail list comprises: and generating an abnormal detail list of the business document based on the abnormal examination data in each first examination node and the abnormal examination data in each second examination node.
In the step, firstly, a review node with a normal review result is extracted to obtain a second review node; then, for each second examination node, traversing each data to be examined under the second examination node, extracting the data to be examined of which the examination result under the second examination node is abnormal, and determining the data to be examined of which the examination result in the second examination node is abnormal as abnormal examination data; meanwhile, recording the abnormal information of the abnormal audit data; and finally, generating an abnormal detail list of the business document based on the abnormal examination data in each first examination node and the abnormal examination data in each second examination node.
In order to facilitate the review of the review results by the reviewer, in one embodiment, the review method further comprises: and displaying the abnormal detail list in a graphical user interface of the terminal.
In this step, the exception detail information of the business document can be sent to the terminal side used by the examiner, and then the exception detail information is displayed in the graphical user interface of the terminal, so that the examiner can check the exception examination data in the business document.
In one embodiment, the review method further comprises: in response to a selection operation for any abnormal examination data in the abnormal detail list displayed in the graphical user interface, determining an examination node to which the any abnormal examination data belongs; and displaying all the data to be checked contained in the review node to which any abnormal review data belongs or all the data to be checked in the business document in the graphical user interface.
Here, after the examiner receives the abnormal detail list, the examiner may apply a selection operation to the abnormal examination data in the abnormal detail list through a touch operation such as clicking, and further, positioning of the abnormal examination data is realized.
In this step, in response to a selection operation by the examiner for any one of the abnormal examination data displayed in the abnormal detail list, it is possible to determine an examination node to which the any one of the abnormal examination data is determined to belong when there is an abnormality.
In order to facilitate the examiner to check any abnormal examination data selected by the examiner, clearly know the examiner node and the position and other information in the examiner node, and after the business document to which any abnormal examination data selected by the examiner belongs is determined, all the data to be examined in the examiner node or all the data to be examined in the business document to which the abnormal examination data belongs are displayed in a graphical user interface of a terminal used by the examiner, so that the examiner can check the abnormal examination data.
In one embodiment, the review method further comprises: and responding to data adjustment operation applied to the abnormal detail list, and adjusting the abnormal examination data in the abnormal detail list to obtain an adjusted abnormal detail list.
Here, when the examiner checks the abnormal detail data in the business document based on the abnormal detail list, the content in the abnormal detail list may be adjusted, for example, when the examiner considers that some abnormal examination data are not necessarily concerned, the examiner may delete the unnecessary abnormal examination data; alternatively, the reviewer may add comments or the like to some of the abnormally reviewed data in the event that the reviewer believes that the abnormally reviewed data poses a greater risk.
In this step, in response to a data adjustment operation applied by the examiner on the exception details list, information in the exception details list is adjusted, for example, comments are added to the exception details list, exception examination data in the exception details list is deleted, and the adjusted exception details list is obtained.
The data adjusting operation comprises at least one of a data deleting operation, a data sorting operation, a data modifying operation and a data marking operation.
