The expression (current electricity amount/current-period electricity amount) in the first half of the formula represents a situation where the used electricity amount increases or decreases, and the expression (current electricity amount/current-period operation capacity)/(current electricity amount/current-period operation capacity) in the second half represents a trend of capacity expansion and capacity utilization (capacity expansion and capacity utilization are high, and it is considered that the activity degree becomes high). If the industry activity power index is larger than 1, the industry activity is increased, and the larger the value is, the more active the industry is; if the power index is less than 1, the activity of the industry is reduced, and the smaller the value, the lower the activity.
The activity of a certain industry in different areas is obtained by calculation according to actual electricity utilization data and is shown in figure 1.
The power location quotient = ratio of industrial electricity consumption in the area/ratio of industrial electricity consumption in the whole city.
In the formula: the occupation ratio of the industrial electricity in the area is the occupation ratio of the electricity of a certain industry in the area to the electricity of the industry used in the area, and the occupation ratio of the industrial electricity consumption in the whole market is the occupation ratio of the electricity of the industry in the whole market to the electricity of all the industries in the whole market.
If the area quotient is greater than 1, the development level of the industry in the area is relatively high, and the advantage is more obvious if the numerical value is larger, so that the method can be used for inspecting the industry and the development condition of the industry in the industry subdivided industry area.
The power location quotient of the industry obtained by calculating the power location quotient of the industry in different areas is shown in FIG. 2.
The net increase capacity of the region represents the trend of regional industry development power utilization, the net increase capacity is a net increase value of the installed capacity of the electric power, the installed capacity of the electric power of the region is determined according to the total power consumption of the regional industry development, and when the development demand is vigorous and the power consumption is large, the installed capacity needs to be increased to meet the power utilization demand of the industrial development. According to the net increase capacity, the power utilization demand and the power utilization trend of enterprises can be seen, the larger the net increase capacity is, the stronger the demand of regional industry development on the electric quantity is, and the smaller the net increase capacity is, the weaker the demand of regional industry development on the electric quantity is.
The net gain of the industrial development in each area was calculated and the results are shown in fig. 3.

The values of the 5 electric power data indexes are directly displayed through a radar map, the result shown in fig. 6 is obtained, the difference between data is overlarge due to the fact that the statistical dimensions and the calibers of all indexes are not uniform, negative values exist in part of indexes, the display effect of the radar map is poor, and the difference of all data indexes is difficult to see.
The minimum value of one index is used as a base value, and other ratios to the base value are used as index data to be displayed on a graph. The calculation result of the ratio of each index is shown in fig. 7.
The electric power data index ratio radar chart is adopted to display and analyze 5 electric power data indexes, the result is shown in fig. 8, the electric power data index analysis result is relatively good according to the display result, however, the display effect of part of index data is still not ideal, and the distribution situation of the indexes cannot be visually displayed.
The values of the power data indexes are further analyzed in a logarithmic mode, the indexes are displayed on a radar map after being subjected to logarithm, the result is shown in fig. 9, it can be seen from the graph that the display of 5 power data indexes is visual and clear, and the development conditions of different indexes of industrial development in the area and the same index in different areas can be visually displayed. The overall development condition of the industry in the unused area can be seen through the area enclosed by the radar map.
