4. The system of claim 2, wherein the human-machine interface is used to transmit the operator and the production lot directly to the data collection platform via the industrial ethernet.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the data interaction interface between the Chinese medicine production equipment and the interface conversion platform comprises an RS232 bus interface, an RS485 bus interface, an Ethernet interface, an RS422 interface and a CAN bus interface.

The system of claim 1, wherein the chinese herb production facility comprises: the device comprises a multifunctional extraction tank, a double-effect concentrator, an MVR concentrator, a water/alcohol precipitation tank, a capsule filling machine, a blister packaging machine, an aluminum-plastic packaging machine, a carrying robot, a code scanning gun, an electronic scale and a water chilling unit.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the interaction data includes device data and device parameter data,
wherein the device data includes: equipment number, equipment name, equipment type, equipment address and connection protocol;
wherein the device parameter data comprises: equipment number, parameter description, parameter type, parameter address and acquisition frequency;
wherein the parameter types include: temperature, pressure, liquid level, density, flow, conductivity, pH, valve opening, active substance content, solids content, moisture content, and alcohol concentration.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition platform comprises: the data acquisition platform receives data through the data acquisition interface, the data are classified and processed through the data processing server and then transmitted to the data storage server, and the data are backed up through the data backup server, so that data loss caused by power failure and network disconnection is avoided.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the data collection platform transmits the collected and stored data to the workshop management and control platform in a manner based on Web Service, Web browser, OPC or message middleware.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the plant management and control platform comprises an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
