背景技术
碘是人体必需的微量元素之一,有智力元素之称。在胚胎期、婴幼儿期缺碘,将导致患者终生不同程度的智力障碍。在智力发育全过程中,如果碘摄入不足,就会在生长发育过程中产生一系列障碍,即使轻微缺碘,也会引起智力的轻度落后并持续终生。由于年龄和生理上的差别,4岁以下的婴幼儿每天需碘量为70微克,成年人平均每天需150微克,孕妇和乳母每天则需要200微克左右。但我国大部分地区少碘,因此,持续摄入加碘盐可益智、健身、防病。
我国食品安全国家标准GB 26878-2011《食用盐碘含量》规定:在食用盐中加入碘强化剂后,食用盐产品(碘盐)中碘含量的平均水平(以碘元素计)为20mg/kg-30mg/kg。食用盐中碘强化剂包括碘酸钾、碘化钾和海藻碘,根据《食盐加碘消除碘缺乏危害管理条例》(中华人民共和国国务院令第163号)第二章第八条的规定,应主要使用碘酸钾。碘酸钾和碘化钾在酸性条件下发生氧化还原反应,生成碘单质,碘单质遇淀粉变蓝,颜色的深浅与碘含量成正比。目前,实验室采用的碘盐中碘含量的检测方法多为氧化还原滴定法,但是这不利于现场快速检测。
因此,开发一种原理简单、形式新颖和灵敏度高的快速检测食盐中碘含量的试剂盒具有重要意义。
发明内容
本专利的有益之处在于,可以提供一种原理简单、形式新颖和灵敏度高的快速检测食盐中碘含量的试剂盒。
为实现上述功能,本专利涉及的一种食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,其特征在于,包括试管(1)、试管塞(2)和标准比色卡(5)三个部分;试管(1)的内径、外径和长度分别为12mm、14mm和55mm,内装有2.5mL碘盐试剂(3),且管口采用铝箔膜封口;试管塞(2)底部连接圆盘(4),且圆盘(4)的内径、外径和深度分别为8mm、10mm和2mm;标准比色卡(5)记录的比色范围为0mg/kg至40mg/kg,且相应的颜色由无色至浅蓝色再到深蓝色,颜色越深样品中碘含量越高。碘盐试剂(3)为1mL体积分数为2%的稀硫酸、0.5mL淀粉指示剂和1mL 0.3mg/mL碘化钾溶液的混合溶液。试管(1)和试管塞(2)均为聚乙烯材质。快速检测试剂盒检测食盐碘含量的方法检出限为5mg/kg,以碘元素计。
有益效果:
所述食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,试管塞底端的圆盘结构可半定量分取约0.2g食盐样品,样品溶于试管中的碘盐试剂并发生显色反应,通过对照标准比色卡可实现食盐中碘元素的快速半定量检测。本专利原理简单、形式新颖和灵敏度高,可满足现场快速检测和实验室快速检测的需求。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本专利的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施例并配合附图予以说明:
实施例一
a.取样:将圆盘4一端插入盐堆然后缓慢拔出,圆盘装满食盐约0.2g;
b.显色:撕开试管1上的封口铝箔膜,将试管塞2缓慢盖在试管1上,螺旋旋拧密封连接,摇晃使食盐全部溶解,碘盐试剂3显色;
c.比色:60s内,观察碘盐试剂3颜色,对照标准比色卡5,读取样品中碘元素的含量范围。
实施例二 中盐精制食用盐加碘盐碘含量的快速检测
a.取样:将圆盘4一端插入中盐精制食用盐盐堆然后缓慢拔出;
b.显色:撕开试管1上的封口铝箔膜,将试管塞2缓慢盖在试管1上,螺旋旋拧密封连接,摇晃使食盐全部溶解,碘盐试剂3颜色变为蓝色;
c.比色:观察碘盐试剂3颜色,对照标准比色卡5,读取样品中碘元素的含量为大于20mg/kg小于30mg/kg。
中盐精制食用盐加碘盐标签标识碘元素含量大于18mg/kg小于30mg/kg,实验室按照食品安全国家标准GB 5009.24-2016《食盐指标的测定》测得碘元素含量为23mg/kg,因此快检试剂盒的检测结果准确。

Claims (4)
1.一种食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,其特征在于,包括试管(1)、试管塞(2)和标准比色卡(5)三个部分;试管(1)的内径、外径和长度分别为12mm、14mm和55mm,内装有2.5mL碘盐试剂(3),且管口采用铝箔膜封口;试管塞(2)底部连接圆盘(4),且圆盘(4)的内径、外径和深度分别为8mm、10mm和2mm;标准比色卡(5)记录的比色范围为0mg/kg至40mg/kg,且相应的颜色由无色至浅蓝色再到深蓝色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的碘盐试剂(3)为1mL体积分数为2%的稀硫酸、0.5mL淀粉指示剂和1mL0.3mg/mL碘化钾溶液的混合溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的试管(1)和试管塞(2)均为聚乙烯材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食盐碘含量的快速检测试剂盒,其特征在于,所述的快速检测试剂盒检测食盐中碘含量的方法检出限为5mg/kg,以碘元素计。
