Abstract
一种借助于光的医疗外用装置,包括一个打算用来抵靠在或保持靠近人体上伤处或患处的发光元件,以及用于驱动该发光元件的驱动装置,其中发光元件包括发光二极管或类似器件,并且构造为发射红外光。本发明的特征在于,驱动装置(8,9,10)构造为使发光二极管(1)在第一阶段用第一预定时段发射红外光,并且此后在第二阶段用第二预定时段发射可见光;在于驱动装置(8,9,10)构造为在所述时段期间按照预定系列的脉冲频率,分别脉动所发射的红外光和所发射的可见光;以及在于驱动装置构造为发射两个或更多个具有依次上升的频率F1、F2、Fn的系列,这里F1是基本频率,且F2、Fn是基本频率的倍量。
Description
本发明涉及一种借助于光,更准确地说借助于将会减轻和/或治愈不同病状的光的医疗外用装置。
已经观察到,红外线光具有有益的效果。
瑞典专利说明书…(专利申请号为9400153-4)叙述了一种借助于光用于愈合伤处和患处的装置。该装置包括一个打算用来抵靠在或保持靠近人体上伤处或患处的发光元件,以及用于给该发光元件供电的装置,其中发光元件包括发光二极管或类似器件,并且构造为发射红外光。按照这个专利的发明的特征在于,电源装置适合于使发光元件在第一阶段用第一预定时段发射红外光,并且然后在第二阶段用第二预定时段发射可见红光,以及在于电源装置构造为使发光元件在所述时段期间按照预定系列的脉冲频率,分别脉动所发射的红外光和红光。
这样已经观察到,通过一个接一个顺序发射不同的光,红外光将与红光发射相组合。还观察到,不同光将以具有一定脉冲重复频率的脉冲形式发射。
现在已经发现,只要以给定形式发射或辐射光,这种类型的装置能非常成功地用于治疗其它患病、疾病和损伤,例如因体育运动造成的损伤,拉伤肌肉,肌肉痛,关节痛,头痛,不同的炎症,不同的皮肤病,例如痤疮,背痛,等等。在这方面,光疗对愈合损伤过程有良好的效果,并且还将减轻与/或治愈不同的患病、疾病。
本发明是基于这样理解,即通过缩短治愈或减轻疾病或患病所用的时间,以给定频率系列发射给定光而实现的光疗将提供显著改善的效果。
本发明因而涉及一种借助于光的医疗外用装置,这种装置包括一个打算用来抵靠在或保持靠近人体上伤处或患处的发光元件,以及用于给该发光元件供电的装置,其中发光元件包括发光二极管或类似元件,并且打算用来发射红外光,所述装置的特征在于,电源装置构造为使发光元件在第一阶段用第一预定时段发射红外光,并且此后使发光元件在第二阶段用第二预定时段发射可见光;在于电源装置构造为使发光元件在所述预定时段期间按照预定系列的脉冲频率,分别脉动所发射的红外光和可见光;以及在于电源装置构造为发射两个或更多个系列的依次上升的频率F1、F2、Fn,这里F1是基本频率,且F2、Fn是基本频率的倍量。
现在将部分参考附图说明的本发明的一个示范性实施例,更详细地叙述本发明,其中

图2是发光元件的侧视图。
图1和图2说明一种借助于光用于愈合伤处或患处的装置,所述装置包括一个打算用来抵靠在或保持靠近人体的发光元件1。该发光元件在图2中从一侧,并在图1中从底部示出。这个元件包括一个装有透光板6的壳体5。在板6之下安排一个表面2,其中安装若干个发光二极管3、4或对应器件。这样,当被触发时,例如当通过电缆7供给电流时,发光二极管就要通过板6辐射光。在使用中,保持壳体5,以便板6将抵靠在待治疗的人体部位上。该装置还包括用于驱动发光元件1的驱动装置8、9、10。发光元件1包括发光二极管3或构造为发射红外光的类似器件。这些二极管在图1中用实心圆标记。
驱动装置8、9、10构造为使发光元件1在第一阶段用第一预定时段发射红外光,并且然后在第二阶段用第二预定时段发射可见光。可见光借助于发光二极管4或类似器件发射。这些器件在图1中用空心圆标记。按红外光随后用可见光的次序实施治疗极为重要。
按照本发明,驱动装置8、9、10也构造为使发光元件1在上述预定时段期间按照预定系列的脉冲频率,分别脉动所发射的红外光和可见光。
按照本发明,驱动装置也构造为辐射两个或更多个系列的依次上升的频率F1、F2、Fn,这里F1是基本频率,且F2、Fn是基本频率的倍量。
按照一个非常优选的实施例,基本频率为7.8Hz。
按照另一个高度优选的实施例,基本频率为8.6Hz。
驱动装置包括一个计算机8和相关的存储器,以及由该计算机控制的驱动电路9、10。这些驱动电路9、10通过导线11、12被供给电压,以用于对发光二极管供电。一个驱动电路9打算用来触发红外发光二极管3,以及另一个驱动电路10打算用来触发发射可见光的发光二极管4。计算机和驱动电路为适当的已知类型。
红外发光二极管3最好是发射具有950毫微米波长光的GaAs类型半导体(砷化镓)。发射可见光的发光二极管4最好是发射可见光的GaAs类型。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,发光二极管在发光元件中以这样数目出现,即红外发光二极管共同发送1800毫瓦的光功率,而可见光发射二极管共同有3000毫堪的功率。
对上述其间在治疗处发射光的预定时段进行叙述。按照一个优选实施例,这些预定时段大约为相等持续时间。此外,预定时段处在2-4分钟范围内,最好为3分钟。
对上述一系列脉冲频率进行叙述。按照一个优选实施例,各系列由三个相互顺序的脉冲频率F1、F2和F3组成,借助于各个频率发射各种光。
总之,这意味着有第一发射的单独红外光,发射所述光以便以一种方式加以脉动,从而有以给定脉冲频率脉动的第一发射光,此后发射光,但是以第二脉冲频率并且然后以第三脉冲频率脉动。此后,只发射可见光,这个光以第一脉冲频率,并且然后以第二脉冲频率,并且此后以第三脉冲频率加以脉动。
如果预定时段是三分钟,就在三分钟时段期间发射红外线光,并且然后接着在三分钟时段期间是可见光。最好是,在该系列中各脉冲频率的持续时间是一分钟。
按照一个高度优选的实施例,发光元件1包括以660毫微米波长发射可见光的红光发射二极管4。
按照另一个优选实施例,发光元件1包括构造为以蓝、黄、橙或绿色之一发射基本单色可见光的发光二极管4。
所使用的可见光将取决于待治疗的患病、疾病或损伤的性质。
按照本发明的另一个优选实施例,第一系列的脉冲频率为78+/-10Hz,702+/-20Hz及8.58KHz+/-100Hz。这意味着首先用78Hz的脉冲频率来脉动红外光,接着用702Hz的脉冲频率,并且然后用8.58KHz的脉冲频率,此后按照同样系列发射可见红光。
典型治疗过程是通过接通正对人体的损伤部位或与疾病有关的部位的发光元件而实现,并且对总计三分钟的时段按照上述系列发射红外光,此后对总计三分钟的时段按照所述系列同样发射可见光。治疗因此占用六分钟。治疗每周重复两到三次。典型地,将在4-6次治疗后见到疗效。
按照一个优选实施例,在使用上述系列4到6次治疗之后,按照另一个脉冲频率系列分别发射红外光和红光。按照这个实施例,驱动装置8、9、10打算用来使发光元件1发射第二系列的脉冲频率,这个第二系列脉冲频率例如是15.6+/-3Hz,289+/-20Hz及31.2+/-5Hz。各种类型的光最好也用这个第二脉冲频率系列发射总计三分钟时段。
在以上叙述中,已经叙述了脉冲频率系列,其中对脉冲频率指定了相对窄的区间。也就是说脉冲频率为额定频率或对其非常接近相当重要。然而,上述预定时段可以稍作改变。
与计算机8连接的有一个键盘13,借助于该键盘,通过按下适当的键,可以选择有关系列和所述系列的持续时间。那里最好将有不同的预编程序的治疗程序以供选择。计算机8还连接了一个显示器14,它显示希望的数据,例如所选择的治疗程序,系列的持续时间,等等。
将会理解,发光元件的构造可以改变,并且发光二极管的数目和功率也可以改变。包括计算机的控制电路同样可以更改。
本发明因此不能认为限于上述示范性实施例,因为在下述权利要求的范围之内可以作出种种变化和更改。
Claims (10)
1。一种借助于光用于患者体外医疗的装置,包括一个打算用来抵靠在或保持靠近人体上伤处或患处的发光元件,以及用于驱动该发光元件的驱动装置,其中发光元件包括发光二极管或类似器件,并且构造为发射红外光,其特征在于,驱动装置(8,9,10)构造为使发光元件(1)在第一阶段中用第一预定时段发射红外光,并且此后在第二阶段中用第二预定时段发射可见光;在于驱动装置(8,9,10)构造为使发光元件(1)在所述时段期间按照预定系列的脉冲频率,分别脉动所发射的红外光和所发射的可见光;以及在于驱动装置构造为发射两个或更多个具有依次上升的频率F1、F2、Fn的系列,这里F1是基本频率,且F2、Fn是基本频率的倍量。
2。按照权利要求1的一种装置,其特征在于,基本频率为7.8Hz。
3。按照权利要求1的一种装置,其特征在于,基本频率为8.6Hz。
4。按照权利要求1、2或3的一种装置,其特征在于,预定时段大约为相互相等的持续时间;以及在于时段处在2-4分钟范围内,最好为3分钟。
5。按照权利要求1、2、3或4的一种装置,其特征在于,各所述系列由三个以此发射各种光的相互顺序的脉冲频率组成。
6。按照上述权利要求中任何一个的一种装置,其特征在于,第一系列的脉冲频率为78+/-10Hz,702+/-20Hz及8.58KHz+/-100Hz。
7。按照上述权利要求中任何一个的一种装置,其特征在于,发光元件(1)包括发射具有950毫微米波长光的红外发光二极管(3)。
8。按照上述权利要求中任何一个的一种装置,其特征在于,发光元件(1)包括发射具有660毫微米波长光的红光发射二极管(4)。
9。按照权利要求7或权利要求8的一种装置,其特征在于,红外发光二极管(3)共同产生1800毫瓦的光功率,以及红光发射二极管(4)共同产生3000毫堪的功率。
10。按照权利要求1-7中任何一个的一种装置,其特征在于,发光元件(1)包括构造为以蓝、黄、橙或绿色之一发射基本单色可见光的发光二极管(4)。
