本发明涉及建筑建材技术领域,具体为一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖。
背景技术
瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖,其原材料多由粘土、石英砂,经过高温后压缩等等混合而成,具有很高的硬度,近年来随着地暖的不断普及,蓄热瓷砖也进入到大众的视野中,因其可以使得热量保持长时间,能够节约很多的资源。
但是在现有的蓄热瓷砖中多数瓷砖依旧存在防滑效果差,排水效果差以及无法主动加热的问题,所以需要对现有的蓄热瓷砖进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在现有的蓄热瓷砖中多数瓷砖依旧存在防滑效果差,排水效果差以及无法主动加热的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,包括瓷砖主体和安装板,
所述瓷砖主体的顶部设有瓷面防滑层,所述瓷面防滑层的底部设有蓄热层,所述蓄热层的底部设有加热层,所述加热层的底部设有涂抹层;
所述瓷面防滑层包括防滑条、吸水条和导水孔,所述瓷面防滑层的顶部设有防滑条,所述瓷面防滑层的内部底部设有吸水条;
所述蓄热层包括热电偶、插孔、伸缩孔、连接柱、弹簧和插头,所述蓄热层的内部安装有热电偶,所述蓄热层的一侧开设有插孔,所述蓄热层的另一侧设有伸缩孔。
优选的,所述瓷面防滑层通过硅气凝胶制成,所述防滑条通过超高分子量聚乙烯制成,所述防滑层的表面涂抹有防滑剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,
(1)设置有瓷面防滑层,瓷面防滑层通过硅气凝胶来提高保温性能,使得内部的热不会快速的溢散出来,同时防滑条的设计使得瓷砖主体具有较好的防滑性能,并且内部的导水孔将无法排出的水吸收到吸水条内,再通过内部的热量蒸干,避免瓷砖主体表面的水分积攒;
(2)设置有蓄热层,蓄热层利用金属氧化物及半金属氧化物配合上一定比例的赤泥增加瓷砖主体的蓄热能力,提高装置的热效率,从热传递途径中节约资源;
(3)设置有插孔、插头和连接口,在安装瓷砖主体的时候,插头在弹簧的作用下与另一侧的瓷砖主体中的插孔连接,最左侧的瓷砖与墙壁内安装的安装板内的连接口连接,使得地面上的瓷砖均相互连通,进而便于瓷砖主体内部的供电以及热量监控;
(4)设置有涂抹层,涂抹层位于瓷砖主体的最底部,利用凹槽提高瓷砖主体的粗糙度,进而使得水泥能够更好的吸附在瓷砖主体的底部,同时涂抹层利用气凝胶材质制成,提高底部的保温性能,减少内部的热量消散。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,根据图1、图2和图4所示,瓷砖主体1的顶部设有瓷面防滑层2,瓷面防滑层2的底部设有蓄热层3,蓄热层3的底部设有加热层4,加热层4内安装有电加热线401,加热层4通过高导热的石墨烯材质制成,有利于利用电加热线401对瓷砖主体1进行加热,同时利用加热层4的高导热性将热量传递出去,加热层4的底部设有涂抹层5,涂抹层5的底部开设有若干的凹槽501,涂抹层5通过保温的气凝胶材质制成,凹槽501的设计便于涂抹层5的底部更好的粘连水泥,瓷面防滑层2包括防滑条201、吸水条202和导水孔203,瓷面防滑层2的顶部设有防滑条201,瓷面防滑层2的内部底部设有吸水条202,瓷面防滑层2通过硅气凝胶制成,防滑条201通过超高分子量聚乙烯制成,防滑层2的表面涂抹有防滑剂,有利于通过硅气凝胶来提高瓷面防滑层2的蓄热效果,减少热量的流失,同时防滑条201的设计提高装置的摩擦,避免积水时行走发生滑倒的情况,吸水条202通过导水孔203与防滑层2的表面连通,吸水条202和导水孔203内的填充物质均为陶制填料,有利于通过导水孔203将积水倒入到吸水条202内,进而通过底部的热量烘干,避免瓷砖主体1表面积累过多的水而导致表面湿滑,安装板6安装在墙壁7内,安装板6的侧面开设有连接口601,有利于利用连接口601将横向的瓷砖主体连接起来,便于电力的输送。
根据图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,蓄热层3包括热电偶301、插孔302、伸缩孔303、连接柱304、弹簧305和插头306,蓄热层3的内部安装有热电偶301,蓄热层3的一侧开设有插孔302,蓄热层3的另一侧设有伸缩孔303,伸缩孔303内安装有连接柱304,连接柱304上套有插头306,便于插头306在伸缩孔303内的伸缩,连接柱304的表面设有弹簧305,且弹簧305的两端分别与插头306和伸缩孔303的内壁连接,便于通过弹簧305实现插头306的伸缩,蓄热层3通过耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物制成,且蓄热层3内还添加有一定比例的赤泥,有利于利用添加赤泥来提高蓄热层3的蓄热效果,起到节能的效果。
工作原理:在使用该热效率高的蓄热瓷砖时,在先利用底部的凹槽501将瓷砖主体1底部涂抹上水泥后,在地面上从右至左安装瓷砖主体1,利用弹簧305使得插头306插入左侧瓷砖主体1的插孔302内,实现瓷砖之间的连接,最左侧的瓷砖主体1利用插头306与墙壁内的连接口601的对接实现连通电源,装置内的电加热线401可通电启动对瓷砖主体1内部进行加热,蓄热层3内的热电偶301检测温度信息,同时利用蓄热层3和涂抹层5的材质特性可以减少热量的溢散,减少资源的浪费瓷面防滑层2上的防滑条201的设计提高瓷砖主体1的防滑性能,通过吸水条202和导水孔203可以将瓷砖主体1表面积累的水分吸收再通过内部的热量蒸干,避免积水导致瓷砖主体1表面湿滑,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (9)
1.一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,包括瓷砖主体(1)和安装板(6),其特征在于:
所述瓷砖主体(1)的顶部设有瓷面防滑层(2),所述瓷面防滑层(2)的底部设有蓄热层(3),所述蓄热层(3)的底部设有加热层(4),所述加热层(4)的底部设有涂抹层(5);
所述瓷面防滑层(2)包括防滑条(201)、吸水条(202)和导水孔(203),所述瓷面防滑层(2)的顶部设有防滑条(201),所述瓷面防滑层(2)的内部底部设有吸水条(202);
所述蓄热层(3)包括热电偶(301)、插孔(302)、伸缩孔(303)、连接柱(304)、弹簧(305)和插头(306),所述蓄热层(3)的内部安装有热电偶(301),所述蓄热层(3)的一侧开设有插孔(302),所述蓄热层(3)的另一侧设有伸缩孔(303)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述瓷面防滑层(2)通过硅气凝胶制成,所述防滑条(201)通过超高分子量聚乙烯制成,所述防滑层(2)的表面涂抹有防滑剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述吸水条(202)通过导水孔(203)与防滑层(2)的表面连通,所述吸水条(202)和导水孔(203)内的填充物质均为陶制填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述伸缩孔(303)内安装有连接柱(304),所述连接柱(304)上套有插头(306)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述连接柱(304)的表面设有弹簧(305),且弹簧(305)的两端分别与插头(306)和伸缩孔(303)的内壁连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述蓄热层(3)通过耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物制成,且蓄热层(3)内还添加有一定比例的赤泥。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述加热层(4)内安装有电加热线(401),所述加热层(4)通过高导热的石墨烯材质制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述涂抹层(5)的底部开设有若干的凹槽(501),所述涂抹层(5)通过保温的气凝胶材质制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种热效率高的蓄热瓷砖,其特征在于:所述安装板(6)安装在墙壁(7)内,所述安装板(6)的侧面开设有连接口(601)。
