Abstract
The invention discloses a light precast concrete wallboard, which comprises a reinforced concrete slab, a steel rib plate, a cross keel and an inner decorative plate, wherein the reinforced concrete slab is arranged on the inner decorative plate; the cross section of the steel rib plate is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', the steel rib plate is made of cold-formed thin-wall section steel, fork legs of the steel rib plate are inserted into the reinforced concrete plate, and the steel rib plate is in a vertical state; a plurality of cross keels are horizontally fixed on the steel rib plate, all the cross keels are parallel to each other, and the inner decoration plate is fixed on the cross keels. The lightweight precast concrete wallboard disclosed by the invention adopts the steel rib plate with the cross section in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji' and the reinforced concrete slab to form a reinforced concrete structure, compared with the traditional pure concrete precast wallboard, the concrete occupancy is reduced, the weight is reduced by more than 30%, the transportation and installation of the wallboard are facilitated, the interior installation construction is convenient, and the building construction period is shortened.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a lightweight precast concrete wallboard.
Background
In traditional building construction, a concrete wall of a building mainly depends on cast-in-place, and the construction mode has long construction period, great influence on the surrounding environment, high labor intensity of workers and difficult field management. In recent years, with the push of national housing industrialization policy, the development of low-carbon buildings and the acceleration of the construction of guaranteed housing have become trends, and the assembly type building structure is rapidly developed. The prefabricated concrete wall board is an important component of an assembled structure, plays a role of building enclosure, is convenient and fast to construct, and is mainly connected with a floor slab, a beam and a column through embedded parts, connecting pieces and bolts. In the prior art, the main part of the prefabricated concrete wall panel is concrete, and the defects of the pure concrete type prefabricated wall panel are as follows: 1. the wallboard has large integral mass and is very difficult to transport and install on site; 2. the prefabricated wall body can not meet the interior requirement, and an interior team must make a corresponding decoration scheme according to the condition of the wall body; 3. the prefabricated wall body is difficult to give consideration to circuit arrangement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a precast concrete wallboard which is light in weight, convenient to install and capable of achieving both interior installation and circuit arrangement.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a light precast concrete wallboard comprises a reinforced concrete slab, a steel rib plate, a cross keel and an inner decorative plate;
the cross section of the steel rib plate is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', the steel rib plate is made of cold-formed thin-wall section steel, fork legs of the steel rib plate are inserted into the reinforced concrete plate, and the steel rib plate is in a vertical state; a plurality of cross keels are horizontally fixed on the steel rib plate, all the cross keels are parallel to each other, and the inner decoration plate is fixed on the cross keels.
In the light precast concrete wallboard, the thickness of the reinforced concrete plate can be reduced to 60mm, the proportion of concrete in the whole wall is reduced, and compared with the traditional pure concrete precast wallboard, the weight can be reduced by more than 30%; the steel rib plate in the shape of the Chinese character 'ji' can reinforce the reinforced concrete to play the advantages of the reinforced concrete composite structure and can also be used for fixing the transverse keel, so that the light precast concrete wallboard can be directly provided with the inner decorative plate, the interior decoration efficiency is obviously improved, and the construction period is shortened. Due to the existence of the steel rib plates in the shape of the Chinese character 'ji', after the inner decorative plate is installed, an air layer is arranged between the inner decorative plate and the reinforced concrete plate, so that the heat insulation performance and the moisture resistance of the wall are improved.
Furthermore, the light precast concrete wallboard further comprises a mounting box, the mounting box comprises a box body and a hanging plate, the front surface of the box body is open, the hanging plate is inverted L-shaped, the hanging plate is fixed on a top plate of the box body, and the mounting box is clamped on the transverse keel through the hanging plate; the mounting box is used for mounting the switch bottom box, and the internal space of the mounting box is larger than that of the switch bottom box; in the during application, the workman fills in the box body after paintd cement mortar around the switch end box, then blocks the link plate card of mounting box on the cross keel, and the position of mounting box can be adjusted wantonly along the cross keel, and the nail is penetrated from the top of the link plate of mounting box to last use and kicks in, fixes whole mounting box on the cross keel.
When the mounting box is fixed on the transverse keels through the hanging plates, the position of the mounting box can be limited to the positions of the transverse keels; in order to increase the position adjusting range of the mounting box and better adapt to the design requirement of the position of an internally-mounted switch, the back of the hanging plate is provided with a first rib plate and a second rib plate, the first rib plate is coplanar with the left side plate of the box body, the second rib plate is coplanar with the right side plate of the box body, and the first rib plate and the second rib plate are staggered in the vertical direction; the first rib plate is attached to the inverted U-shaped steel rib plate on the left side and is shot into the shooting nail, so that the mounting box can be fixed on the steel rib plate on the left side, and similarly, the mounting box can also be fixed on the steel rib plate on the right side by utilizing the second rib plate; the first rib plate and the second rib plate are staggered, so that the first rib plate and the second rib plate can be prevented from interfering with each other when the nail is shot into the nail shooting device. Furthermore, a third rib plate and a fourth rib plate are arranged at the bottom of the box body, the third rib plate and the fourth rib plate are coplanar with the left side plate and the right side plate of the box body respectively, and the third rib plate and the fourth rib plate are staggered; the third and fourth ribs function similarly to the first and second ribs, and can further reinforce the mounting box.
Furthermore, a wiring hole is formed in a back plate of the box body.
Further, aerated concrete or ceramsite concrete is filled in the steel rib plates, so that the heat bridge effect at the steel rib plates is reduced, and heat insulation is facilitated; the cross keel is fixed on the steel rib plate through the C-shaped connecting piece, and the inner decoration plate is fixed on the cross keel through the shooting nail.

(2) According to the light precast concrete wallboard, the mounting boxes with the hanging plates are arranged on the transverse keels, so that the mounting process of the switch bottom boxes is standardized, and each switch bottom box can be mounted quickly and can be adjusted transversely. (3) According to the light precast concrete wallboard, the first rib plate and the second rib plate are arranged on the mounting box, so that the mounting box can be fixed at any position of the cross keel and any position of the vertical steel rib plate, the position adjusting range of the mounting box is enlarged, and the mounting box is more suitable for the interior design requirements. (4) The lightweight precast concrete wallboard disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the steel rib plates are filled with aerated concrete or ceramsite concrete, so that the heat bridge effect at the steel rib plates is reduced, and the heat insulation is facilitated. (5) The lightweight precast concrete wallboard of the invention utilizes the steel rib plates to form an air layer between the inner decorative plate and the reinforced concrete slab, thus increasing the heat preservation and insulation capability and the moisture resistance of the whole wallboard.
