Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a steel pipe-reinforced concrete composite pile.
Background
Pile foundations, which are the most common form of foundation, are constructed in deep and soft soil layers or in water areas such as rivers, lakes, seas, etc. to build temporary structures with large bearing capacity. The pile foundation mainly comprises a steel pipe pile and a concrete pile.
The steel pipe pile has the advantages of convenient and quick construction, large horizontal bearing capacity and strong deformation resistance. However, for the pile with overlarge vertical bearing capacity, the steel pipe pile is difficult to be inserted and driven to the designed depth, so that the requirement on the bearing capacity is difficult to meet. If the steel pipe pile is inserted and driven too deeply, the later period is difficult to pull out, so that the material loss is large, and the pile head left on the bed surface of the water area can influence the underwater dredging work or navigation safety.
The reinforced concrete pile has the disadvantages of large vertical bearing capacity, small horizontal deformation resistance, difficult demolition, large environmental pollution caused by demolition work and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, the present invention provides a steel pipe-reinforced concrete composite pile; the temporary structure with large bearing capacity in deep and soft soil layers or water area environments meets the requirements that a pile foundation is large in vertical and horizontal bearing capacity, large in horizontal deformation resistance, convenient to construct and dismantle and small in influence on the water area environments.

The steel pipe-reinforced concrete combined pile is characterized in that the steel pipe-reinforced concrete combined pile is provided with a pile body; the construction process comprises the following steps: putting down a steel pipe pile (pile casing) → drilling, cleaning holes, putting down a reinforcement cage → pouring concrete to a height h1 → constructing a reinforced concrete connector → pouring concrete to a height h 2; the construction requirements are as follows:
the specification and model of the steel pipe are determined by calculation according to the requirements of vertical bearing capacity and horizontal bearing capacity. Adopting a steel pipe pile as a pile casing for drilling construction of the reinforced concrete pile; the bottom of the steel pipe (pile casing) is embedded into the position of the depth H below the designed top surface of the reinforced concrete pile;
secondly, the pile length of the reinforced concrete pile is determined by calculation according to the requirement of vertical bearing capacity; pouring concrete twice, after the concrete is poured to the designed height h1 for the first time, constructing a steel-concrete connecting piece, then pouring the concrete to the height h2 for the second time, and completely embedding the steel-concrete connecting piece into the pile foundation concrete poured for the second time; the top surface elevation h2 of the reinforced concrete pile is designed by considering the requirements of temporary structure removal (such as underwater desilting, navigation safety and the like), and is lower than the bed surface of a water area by a certain depth L2;
the steel-concrete connecting piece transfers the vertical force of the steel pipe and the reinforced concrete pile through self shearing force, and can adopt a perforated plate connecting piece or a shearing nail, and the specification and the model of the steel-concrete connecting piece are determined by calculation according to the stress;
when the steel pipe-reinforced concrete is dismantled, the steel pipe pile can be cut off from the top surface (h 2) of the reinforced concrete pile in an underwater cutting mode, and the pile body at the middle lower part is left below the depth L2 of the soil layer, so that the influence on the environment is eliminated.
The invention has the following advantages: the invention provides a steel pipe-reinforced concrete composite pile; the temporary structure with large bearing capacity in deep and soft soil layers or water area environments meets the requirements that a pile foundation is large in vertical and horizontal bearing capacity, large in horizontal deformation resistance, convenient to construct and dismantle and small in influence on the water area environments. The steel pipe-reinforced concrete composite pile described in this patent combines two types of piles together, the lower part is a reinforced concrete pile, the upper part is a steel pipe pile, and the reinforced concrete pile and the steel pipe are connected by a reinforced concrete connecting piece. The reinforced concrete pile at the lower part can provide larger vertical bearing capacity, and the steel pipe pile at the upper part can provide larger horizontal bearing capacity and larger horizontal deformability. The later-stage dismantling is easy, and the water area environment is not influenced.
