Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保节能水利护坡,包括基体、光伏板、箱体、燕尾槽、过滤网、滑动座、燕尾条、齿条、浮筒、上铰接座、折叠布帘、下铰接座、传动部分,所述基体上部右端固定有多个光伏板,所述基体内部置有多个箱体,所述箱体左部设有燕尾槽,所述箱体底部右端固定有过滤网,所述箱体左部安装有滑动座。本发明能够保证在非雨季时期内光伏板接受较为充分的光照,从而进行高效率的发电工作,而当处于雨季时期时,对水资源的浮力进行利用,从而实现折叠布帘、防护主杆和防护副杆的自动收展,而自动展开的折叠布帘能够避免裹挟在水流中泥沙和小型的石块刮损光伏板表面,从而避免影响光伏板后续的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及水利工程领域,尤其涉及一种环保节能水利护坡。
背景技术
为了避免因为水流冲刷导致的水土流失和地质垮塌等问题,需要在较为陡峭的土坡侧面修建护坡,从而以此来保护人们的生命财产安全,而在水库、河道等水利建筑修建的护坡称为水利护坡,但是现有的水利护坡大多采用砖石或混凝土结构,不仅会占用大量的土地面积,且功能单一,只能起到引导水流和保护水利建筑的功能,从而产生了资源浪费,突出了传统护坡的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保节能水利护坡,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保节能水利护坡,包括基体、光伏板、箱体、燕尾槽、过滤网、滑动座、燕尾条、齿条、浮筒、上铰接座、折叠布帘、下铰接座、传动部分,所述基体上部右端固定有多个光伏板,所述基体内部置有多个箱体,所述箱体左部设有燕尾槽,所述箱体底部右端固定有过滤网,所述箱体左部安装有滑动座,所述滑动座左端固定有燕尾条,所述燕尾条与燕尾槽相滑动连接,所述滑动座前部固定有齿条,所述滑动座底端固定有浮筒,所述滑动座右部固定有上铰接座,所述箱体上部固定有折叠布帘,所述箱体右部固定有下铰接座,所述箱体右部安装有传动部分。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述传动部分包括上支撑轴、上皮带轮、齿轮、下支撑轴、下皮带轮、传动皮带、固定块、传动架、传动齿、支撑架、限位板、永磁铁、限位柱、防护主杆、不完全齿轮、限位孔、磁吸块、防护副杆、弹簧销、压缩弹簧,所述箱体上部转动连接有上支撑轴,所述上支撑轴轴向固定有上皮带轮和齿轮,所述齿轮始终与齿条相啮合,所述箱体底部转动连接有下支撑轴,所述下支撑轴轴向固定有下皮带轮,所述上皮带轮与下皮带轮之间通过传动皮带连接传动,所述传动皮带上部固定有固定块,所述固定块与折叠布帘底部相固定,所述上铰接座铰接有传动架,所述传动架前后两端各固定有多个传动齿,所述下铰接座铰接有支撑架,所述支撑架前后两部各固定有限位板和永磁铁,各所述限位板顶端各固定有限位柱,所述支撑架前后两部各铰接有防护主杆,所述防护主杆底部各固定有不完全齿轮,所述防护主杆底部贯穿有限位孔,所述防护主杆上部固定有磁吸块,所述磁吸块能够与永磁铁进行磁性吸附,所述防护主杆内部滑动连接防护副杆,所述防护副杆底部安装有弹簧销,所述防护副杆底端固定有压缩弹簧。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述传动架能够沿着支撑架进行滑动,所述传动齿能够与不完全齿轮相啮合,所述限位板能够与防护主杆相接触,所述弹簧销能够与限位孔相插接,所述限位柱能够对弹簧销进行按压,所述弹簧销与限位孔相插接时压缩弹簧会与支撑架相接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明能够保证在非雨季时期内光伏板接受较为充分的光照,从而进行高效率的发电工作,而当处于雨季时期时,对水资源的浮力进行利用,从而实现折叠布帘、防护主杆和防护副杆的自动收展,而自动展开的折叠布帘能够避免裹挟在水流中泥沙和小型的石块刮损光伏板表面,从而避免影响光伏板后续的使用,而自动展开的防护主杆和防护副杆能够对树枝等较长的物体进行一定的阻隔,从而避免其对折叠布帘造成损坏,延长使用寿命,更加得节能环保。

如图1-6所示,一种环保节能水利护坡,包括基体1、光伏板2、箱体3、燕尾槽4、过滤网5、滑动座6、燕尾条7、齿条8、浮筒9、上铰接座10、折叠布帘11、下铰接座12、传动部分13,所述基体1上部右端固定有多个光伏板2,所述基体1内部置有多个箱体3,所述箱体3左部设有燕尾槽4,所述箱体3底部右端固定有过滤网5,所述箱体3左部安装有滑动座6,所述滑动座6左端固定有燕尾条7,所述燕尾条7与燕尾槽4相滑动连接,所述滑动座6前部固定有齿条8,所述滑动座6底端固定有浮筒9,所述浮筒9为密闭空心结构,从而能够增加排水体积,所述滑动座6右部固定有上铰接座10,所述箱体3上部固定有折叠布帘11,所述箱体3右部固定有下铰接座12,所述箱体3右部安装有传动部分13。
所述传动部分13包括上支撑轴14、上皮带轮15、齿轮16、下支撑轴17、下皮带轮18、传动皮带19、固定块20、传动架21、传动齿22、支撑架23、限位板24、永磁铁25、限位柱26、防护主杆27、不完全齿轮28、限位孔29、磁吸块291、防护副杆30、弹簧销31、压缩弹簧32,所述箱体3上部转动连接有上支撑轴14,所述上支撑轴14轴向固定有上皮带轮15和齿轮16,所述齿轮16始终与齿条8相啮合,所述箱体3底部转动连接有下支撑轴17,所述下支撑轴17轴向固定有下皮带轮18,所述上皮带轮15与下皮带轮18之间通过传动皮带19连接传动,所述传动皮带19上部固定有固定块20,所述固定块20与折叠布帘11底部相固定,所述上铰接座10铰接有传动架21,所述传动架21前后两端各固定有多个传动齿22,所述下铰接座12铰接有支撑架23,所述支撑架23前后两部各固定有限位板24和永磁铁25,各所述限位板24顶端各固定有限位柱26,所述支撑架23前后两部各铰接有防护主杆27,所述防护主杆27底部各固定有不完全齿轮28,所述防护主杆27底部贯穿有限位孔29,所述防护主杆27上部固定有磁吸块291,所述磁吸块291能够与永磁铁25进行磁性吸附,从而维持防护主杆27位置的稳定,避免其在重力的作用下不受控制的展开,所述防护主杆27内部滑动连接防护副杆30,所述防护副杆30底部安装有弹簧销31,所述防护副杆30底端固定有压缩弹簧32。
所述传动架21能够沿着支撑架23进行滑动,所述传动齿22能够与不完全齿轮28相啮合,所述限位板24能够与防护主杆27相接触,从而防止防护主杆27过度展开,所述弹簧销31能够与限位孔29相插接,所述限位柱26能够对弹簧销31进行按压,所述弹簧销31与限位孔29相插接时压缩弹簧32会与支撑架23相接触,且此时压缩弹簧32处于弹性压缩状态。
本发明的工作原理:将本装置安装在河道两侧或水库内,同时应当保证在非雨季水位时,水位不应接触过滤网5,此时储存的水资源不会影响阳光对光伏板2的照射,从而能够利用光伏板2进行高效率的发电,当处于雨季时,水位明显上升,此时浮筒9在水的浮力作用下开始上升,而浮筒9在上升的过程中通过齿条8与齿轮16的啮合,从而带动上支撑轴14、上皮带轮15和齿轮16共同顺时针转动从正投影方向看,继而带动传动皮带19上的固定块20进行移动,从而能够将折叠的折叠布帘11展开,继而实现对光伏板2的遮挡,且滑动座6在上升的过程中会拉动传动架21从支撑架23内伸出,而传动架21在从支撑架23内伸出时则会通过传动齿22与不完全齿轮28进行啮合,从而使得防护主杆27克服磁吸块291与永磁铁25的磁性吸附并逐渐张开,且最终随着水位的增加能够实现限位柱26对弹簧销31的按压,继而使得弹簧销31在压缩弹簧32的作用下解除与限位孔29的插接,并使得防护副杆30在压缩弹簧32的作用下从防护主杆27内伸出,而当水位下降后,滑动座6、传动架21、折叠布帘11和防护主杆27将会自动复位,此时只需对防护副杆30手动复位使得弹簧销31重新与限位孔29相插接即可。
