Description

High-tear-strength waterproof nonwoven fabric grinding material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nonwoven fabric grinding materials, in particular to a high-tear-strength waterproof nonwoven fabric grinding material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The polyurethane adhesive is more and more sought by people, and has the characteristics of adjustable soft and hard sections, strong wear resistance, no by-product in reaction, good water resistance, strong mechanical property and the like. The polyether polyurethane is used as an adhesive of non-woven fabrics, so that the fiber and sand can achieve good bonding performance, and the product has high tearing strength and high water resistance.
The scouring pad which is one of the existing non-woven fabric grinding products uses phenolic aldehyde as spraying mucilage, uses phenolic aldehyde and epoxy as main adhesives as primer and surface adhesives, so that the product has good bonding performance but is fragile, and the polyurethane has poor water resistance because the polyurethane is easy to react with water.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a water-resistant non-woven fabric grinding material with high tear strength and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problems of strong brittleness and low tear strength of products and water resistance of polyurethane caused by using epoxy resin, phenolic resin and the like as adhesive and acrylic resin, phenolic resin and the like as nylon fiber treatment adhesive cement.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a high-tear-strength waterproof non-woven fabric grinding material comprises a base material and slurry, wherein the base material is made of nylon fibers with excellent wear resistance, the nylon fibers are processed into a three-dimensional net structure through an air-laying machine and a needling machine, the structure is more stable and uniform, and the mechanical property of the material is greatly improved; the slurry comprises polyurethane cotton spraying slurry, polyurethane bottom slurry and polyurethane composite slurry.
The polyurethane cotton spraying pulp comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of polyurethane and 60-120 parts of water.
The polyurethane primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of polyurethane, 70-130 parts of alcohol and 350-650 parts of No. 240 brown corundum.
The polyurethane composite slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of polyurethane, 80-160 parts of alcohol, 6-14 parts of wax powder, 400-800 parts of No. 240 brown corundum and 3.5-6.5 parts of thickening agent. The thickener is at least one selected from bentonite, white carbon black, cellulose, etc. The wax powder provides lubrication and a large exotherm during polishing, which reduces heat build-up.
Further, the polyurethane in the slurry is a commercially available polyether polyurethane, the NCO content is 5.6-6.7%, and the free NCO content is less than 0.25%.
A preparation method of a high-tear-strength water-resistant non-woven fabric abrasive material comprises the following steps:
1. the selection of the base material requires improvement in abrasion resistance and water resistance of the nonwoven fabric polishing product, and therefore nylon 6 or 66 fiber having excellent abrasion resistance is selected. And the product fiber is processed by the air-laid machine and the needle machine, so that the structure is more stable and uniform and a three-dimensional net structure is formed, and the mechanical property of the product fiber is greatly improved.
2. According to the invention, a phenolic resin material with larger brittleness and low tearing strength is not used, a polyether polyurethane with high tearing strength is used for treating the base material, and the base material with high tearing strength is obtained by spraying (spraying) the base material on the base material fiber and then curing the base material in an oven at high temperature. The spraying amount of the sprayed cotton mucilage is controlled to be 5-8 g/platelet, and the platelet is 20 square centimeters.
3. In the process selection, the existing mature scouring pad machine-passing process is adopted, the rolling sizing is firstly needed, then the glue spraying process is needed, then the high-temperature curing at 130-150 ℃ for 10-30 min is carried out, the high-temperature curing is carried out, the temperature is 110 ℃, the baking is carried out for 2 hours, and then the curing is carried out, so that the optimal performance is achieved.
4. In the selection of rolling sizing, because the polyether polyurethane is used for processing the base material and the tear strength of the polyether polyurethane is high, the polyether polyurethane is also selected as the adhesive for the primer.
5. The selection of the spraying glue is selected according to the glue selected in the prior art, and polyurethane is also used as the adhesive.
The polyurethane is polyether polyurethane (NCO is 5.6-6.7%, free NCO is less than 0.25%), and the polyurethane has excellent water resistance and high tearing strength, is not cured at normal temperature and can be cured only by heating at high temperature.
In the application of the invention, the grinding material can be used for producing scouring pads, and has the characteristics of excellent water resistance and high tearing strength.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention introduces a novel adhesive and a mature production process, and overcomes the defects of good bonding property, low tearing strength and low wear resistance of the existing product. And the used polyurethane is correspondingly adjusted according to the process characteristics of different working sections. Finally, the polyurethane type non-woven fabric grinding product with high tearing strength, strong wear resistance and water resistance is produced.
The polishing cost is reduced, the production and the use are more environment-friendly, and the environmental protection pressure is reduced. The application of polyurethane in the non-woven fabric grinding industry is innovated.
