Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ropes, and particularly relates to a core-sleeve integrated rope and a weaving method thereof.
Background
Climbing refers to a person moving upwards in a certain place with both feet and hands, and needs to use a climbing rope, a lifting device, a descending device and the like on the way. When the existing climbing rope is used, the following defects generally exist:
1. the rope sling frequently slides to cause a section of loss of the rope core inside, so that the rope sling is very dangerous for a novice without climbing experience;
2. the climbing rope is in a continuously stretched state in the using process, so that the rope sleeve can be blocked in the corresponding part of the appliance to prevent the normal use of the climbing equipment, and a climber cannot control the descender to pass through the blocked area by himself;
3. the rope sling is sometimes cut by sharp mountain bodies, and the rope sling can slide downwards under the action of external force and gather the length of a plurality of meters, even completely fall to the bottom, and only the rope core inside is left. At this time, whether using an ascender or a descender, it is basically difficult to pass through the broken region;
4. when the water-retaining type climbing device is used in a humid environment, the weight is increased due to the invasion of moisture, the hand feeling is affected, and the climbing strength is improved.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the above problems by those skilled in the art to develop a new type of climbing rope.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the novel core-sleeve integrated rope is provided, the combined core and the rope sleeve are integrally woven, the rope sleeve and the rope core are effectively prevented from displacing in practical use, and the safety and the comfort of rope operation are ensured;
2. the stacking condition of the partial rope sleeve is effectively avoided when the rope is matched with an appliance for use, and the safety of the rope operation is ensured;
3. the combined core and the rope sleeve are integrally woven and formed, so that the uniformity of load on the rope is ensured, and the service life of the rope is further ensured;
4. the combined core and the rope sleeve are also connected in an internal-external penetrating manner through the reinforcing rope, so that the overall safety of the rope is not influenced even if the rope is locally damaged in use;
5. the surface of the reinforcing rope is provided with fixed marks at equal intervals and matched with distance marks arranged on the surface of the rope sleeve at equal intervals along the axial direction, so that a user can know the use condition conveniently;
6. the combined core, the rope sleeve and the reinforcing rope are subjected to water-repellent and anti-corrosion treatment, so that the whole rope can well resist the invasion of moisture, the increase of weight due to weather and environment in the use process is avoided, and the use strength is reduced;
7. the rope sling is also subjected to wear-resisting, anti-skidding and anti-aging treatment, so that the rope can be kept dry no matter what environment the rope is in.
