Description

Antibacterial comfortable double-layer stretch bamboo fiber fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a double-layer stretch bamboo fiber fabric with antibacterial and comfortable performances and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Elastic fabric is Elastic, so that the Elastic fabric has larger elasticity through rib tissues, is commonly used as an inner interlayer shaping object of a handbag or a wallet, and can be used for collar edges and cuffs of T-shirts, so that the T-shirts have better body-folding effect.
The bamboo fiber is novel cellulose fiber manufactured by using renewable bamboo resources. The bamboo fiber fabric keeps the original antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of bamboo, and has the characteristics of good moisture absorption and air permeability, soft hand feeling, good fabric drapability, good ultraviolet resistance effect, easy treatment, excellent dyeing performance, wear resistance, no fuzzing ball and the like. Compared with common products, the bamboo fiber has higher cost, but has antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties.
The polyamide is mainly used for synthetic fibers, and has the outstanding advantages that the wear resistance is higher than that of all other fibers, 10 times higher than that of cotton and 20 times higher than that of wool, and the wear resistance can be greatly improved by slightly adding some polyamide fibers into the blended fabric; when the elastic recovery rate reaches 3-6%, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; can withstand tens of thousands of folds without breaking. The strength of the polyamide fiber is 1-2 times higher than that of cotton and 4-5 times higher than that of wool, and is 3 times that of viscose fiber.
However, the stretch fabrics currently used have the following problems:
1. the antibacterial effect is poor, bacteria are easy to breed after the sports sweat, and the sports sweat is mildewed and smelly;
2. poor moisture absorption performance, poor elasticity, poor comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, mechanical strength and the like, low wearing comfort and the lack of a natural bamboo fiber double-layer stretch fabric with excellent comprehensive properties and antibacterial comfort.
