Description

Soybean protein fiber and graphene-containing synthetic fiber blended knitted fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, in particular to a soybean protein fiber and graphene-containing synthetic fiber blended knitted fabric.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, higher requirements are put forward on fabrics for making clothes, which not only are durable, but also have stronger heat retention, skin-friendly property and comfort level, and simultaneously have stronger moisture absorption and transmission performance and antibacterial performance. In order to realize the functions, fabrics on the market are basically realized by adding auxiliary agents in the post-finishing process, however, the compatibility between the auxiliary agents and the fabric components is poor, so that the functional stability is poor, and the functions are greatly weakened and disappear after being washed for a plurality of times.
The soybean protein fiber is produced with squeezed soybean dregs as material and through extracting globulin from the dregs, adding functional assistant, grafting with nitrile group, hydroxyl group and other polymer, copolymerization and mixing to produce protein spinning liquid with certain concentration, altering the spatial structure of protein and wet spinning. It has excellent performances of cashmere-like soft hand feeling, silk-like soft luster, cotton warmth retention property, good skin-friendly property and the like. In addition, the fiber has the advantages of fine fineness, light specific gravity, high strength and elongation, strong acid and alkali resistance, good moisture absorption and conductivity, and obvious bacteriostatic function, is known as healthy and comfortable fiber in new century, and is a good product for manufacturing garment materials. However, when the soybean protein fiber is used alone to make the garment material, the soybean protein fiber has the defects that fluffing is easy to generate after being used for a period of time, the appearance is affected due to yellow color, the moisture and heat resistance is poor, the soybean protein fiber cannot be normally used under extremely wet or dry conditions, and the weather resistance, the aging resistance, the antistatic property, the moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance are required to be further improved.
The graphene-containing synthetic fiber is a fiber product which is effectively combined by a graphene material and a common synthetic fiber material, keeps various basic performances of the common synthetic fiber material, and has one or more unique properties of graphene, has the internal-warming far-infrared health care effect, and can effectively improve the microcirculation of human bodies, and has the functions of degerming, bacteriostasis, ultraviolet resistance and static resistance. The material can have other functions according to different types of common synthetic fiber materials, and the high added value of the material is realized. However, the wearing comfort, washing fastness and other properties of the materials in the prior art need to be further improved.
The Chinese invention patent with the application number of 201811243504.0 discloses a soybean protein fiber and graphene fiber blended knitted fabric which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of graphene viscose composite fiber, 30-50 parts of soybean protein fiber, 10-30 parts of organic cotton and 3-10 parts of spandex; the fabric is soft and comfortable by adopting graphene, soybean protein, organic cotton and spandex to match and blend in a proper proportion, has good skin-friendly performance, is crease-resistant and smooth, has good elasticity and shaping effect, and also has the functions of ultra-strong far infrared, degerming, bacteriostasis, moisture absorption, perspiration, ultraviolet resistance and antistatic function, and the function of the fabric can not be weakened due to wearing time, and the material used by the fabric is green and environment-friendly, and is a green and environment-friendly internal heating material with a health care function. However, the patent does not disclose the preparation method of the knitted fabric, and the compatibility among the fibers is not good, and the phase separation is easy to occur, which affects the durability and washing fastness of the fabric. The graphene viscose composite fiber is not high in graphene content and is not obvious in effect.
Therefore, the development of the graphene-containing synthetic fiber blended knitted fabric for the soybean protein fibers, which has the advantages of good comprehensive performance, excellent performances of the graphene material and the soybean protein fibers, good moisture absorption and sweat releasing effects, wearing comfort, excellent antibacterial performance, high washing fastness and good performance stability, meets the market demand, has wide market value and application prospect, and has very important significance for promoting the development of the knitted fabric industry.
