Abstract
The invention discloses a reel with a variable disk diameter, which comprises a rotary cylinder body, wherein two ends of the rotary cylinder body are provided with detachable disks, and a hose is wound outside the rotary cylinder body; the end part of the rotary cylinder is connected with a rotary support, the rotary support is fixed on a support box body, a hydraulic motor is further arranged on the support box body, a driving gear is installed on a driving shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the driving gear is meshed with external teeth of the rotary support. The invention designs the reel with the variable disk diameter to adapt to various working conditions, can replace disks with different diameters according to the requirements of customers, matches high-pressure hoses with different lengths, and adopts a rotary support as a rotating mechanism, namely, adopts a single-arm support mode to shorten the longitudinal length of the reel and reduce the size of the device.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a reel with a variable reel diameter and a dredging vehicle, belonging to the technical field of environmental sanitation machinery.
Background
The combined dredging vehicle is environmental sanitation equipment which directly impacts sludge, piled sand stone, consolidated waste materials and the like in an underground pipe network through high-pressure water jet or crushes tree roots, cement, pipe wall attachments and the like through a front-end rotating nozzle, then performs suction operation by utilizing a vacuum pneumatic conveying technology, and conveys materials to a tank body for transportation.
When the combined dredging vehicle is used for remote dredging, the high-pressure hose needs to be released, and the high-pressure hose has different lengths under different working conditions and different requirements. The dredging vehicle is small in disc diameter, so that the long-distance dredging capability is insufficient; if the diameter of the configuration disc is too large, the rear axle of the whole vehicle is heavier, and the load of the device is reduced. At present, a double-bearing-seat supporting mode is mostly adopted for a mainstream reel, the longitudinal distance is increased, and the length of the whole reel is influenced.
The prior art of the reel is a welding type disk, i.e. the disk formed by spinning is welded with the hose supporting cylinder into a whole. The disk diameter of the disk can not be changed after production. In order to ensure that the reel rotates smoothly in the operation process and the supporting rigidity is higher so as to prevent the reel from dragging and deforming when the spray head advances, the existing scheme mostly adopts a double-bearing-seat supporting mode as a main mode. The device is mounted on a support structure and mounted on a truck.
When the existing reel is put into use, the diameter of the reel is fixed and cannot be changed, and if a longer hose needs to be configured, the hose overflows. If the short hose is matched with a large disc diameter, the following problems occur: 1. the appearance is not harmonious; 2. the weight of the rear axle of the whole vehicle is increased; 3. the reel winding and unwinding load is relatively increased, and the power consumption is increased.
The reel is supported by a double bearing seat in multiple options, and the form has high stability and enough rigidity on the whole. However, the support structure is designed to accommodate two bearing blocks, resulting in an increased longitudinal distance and weight of the reel.
The reel needs to be matched with hoses with different lengths, so that production spare parts are limited and the reel is not easy to manufacture in large batch.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a reel with a variable disk diameter and an dredging vehicle, wherein the reel with the variable disk diameter is designed to adapt to various working conditions, disks with different diameters can be replaced according to the requirements of customers, high-pressure hoses with different lengths are matched, and a rotary support is adopted as a rotating mechanism, namely, a single-arm support mode is adopted to shorten the longitudinal length of the reel and reduce the size of the device.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a reel with a variable diameter, which comprises a rotary cylinder, wherein two ends of the rotary cylinder are provided with detachable discs, and the outside of the rotary cylinder is wound with a hose; the end part of the rotary cylinder is connected with a rotary support, the rotary support is fixed on a support box body, a hydraulic motor is further arranged on the support box body, a driving gear is installed on a driving shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the driving gear is meshed with external teeth of the rotary support.
Preferably, the rotary cylinder body comprises a steel plate, a rolling steel cylinder and a support rib plate, the steel plate is welded at two ends of the rolling steel cylinder, and the support rib plate is welded inside the rolling steel cylinder.
Preferably, the steel plate is provided with staggered through holes for mounting detachable discs with different disc diameters.
Preferably, the detachable disk is fixed on the rotary cylinder through six bolts in an arc surface, and the bolt heads of the six bolts in the arc surface are positioned in the rotary cylinder.
Preferably, the end part of the driving gear is provided with a gasket for limiting.
Preferably, one end of the hose is connected with a rotary water pipe through a rotary joint, one end of the rotary water pipe is arranged inside the rotary cylinder, and the other end of the rotary water pipe penetrates through the rotary support and the support box body and is restrained through a small bearing.
Preferably, a manual pipe arranging device is arranged on one side of the rotary cylinder.
The invention also provides a dredging vehicle, and the disc diameter variable type reel is mounted on the dredging vehicle rear cover.

The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
1. the rotary support is selected as the rotating part and designed to be the single-arm support, so that the longitudinal distance of the reel is reduced, and the structure of the reel is more compact.
2. The reel disc diameter can be matched and replaced according to the length of the hose, and the reel disc diameter can adapt to various operation working conditions.
3. The processing, manufacturing and assembling process is simple, and the main machine structure is suitable for mass production.
4. The reel is wound and unwound, and the positioning is operated by one key, so that the operation is simple and efficient.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, the complete machine of the equipment disc diameter variable type reel combined dredging vehicle mainly comprises: the device comprises a chassis 1, a high-pressure water pump 2, a water tank 3, a suction arm support 4, a tank body 5, a vacuum pump 6 and a reel 7 with a variable reel diameter. The upper surface of the chassis 1 is provided with a tank body 5, the middle part of the upper end of the tank body 5 is connected with a suction arm support 4, the vacuum pump 6 is arranged at the front end of the tank body 5 and is connected with the inside of the tank body 5, and when the vacuum pump 6 works, the suction arm support 4 sucks dirt into the tank body 5; the water tank 3 is arranged at two ends of the tank body 5 and is connected with the high-pressure water pump 2 positioned below the chassis 1 through a water pipe, and the rear cover of the dredging vehicle is provided with a reel 7 with a variable disk diameter.
After the dredging vehicle gets power on the vehicle, the high-pressure water pump 2 extracts clear water in the water tank 3, high-pressure water flows pass through the reel 7 with the variable disc diameter, dredging operation is carried out by utilizing high-pressure nozzles with different forms, and operating personnel can take back and discharge hoses according to actual demands in the operation process. After the dredging operation is finished, the vacuum pump 6 can be opened, and then the suction arm support 4 is utilized to pump the deposits into the tank body 5 for further transportation.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the reel 7 with variable disk diameter mainly includes: the device comprises a detachable disk 7-1, a rotary joint 7-2, a hydraulic motor 7-3, a support box 7-4, a manual pipe arranging device 7-5, a rotary cylinder 7-6, a rotary water pipe 7-7, a rotary support 7-8, a small bearing 7-9, a driving gear 7-10, a locking cylinder 7-11 and a rotary pin shaft 7-12.
The two ends of the rotary cylinder 7-6 are provided with detachable discs 7-1, and the outside of the rotary cylinder 7-6 is wound with a hose. The main structure of the rotary cylinder 7-6 is formed by welding a steel plate 7-6-1, a rolling steel cylinder 7-6-2 and an internal supporting rib plate 7-6-3, the steel plates are welded at two ends of the rolling steel cylinder 7-6-2, the supporting rib plate 7-6-3 is welded in the rolling steel cylinder 7-6-2, and staggered through holes are processed in the steel plate 7-6-1 and used for mounting discs with different disc diameters. The detachable reel 7-1 is fixed on the rotary cylinder 7-6 by utilizing six bolts in the arc surface, wherein the bolt head is positioned in the inner part, so that the high-pressure hose is prevented from being cut, and economic loss and personnel injury are prevented.
The end part of the rotary cylinder 7-6 is connected with a rotary support 7-8 which is used for releasing and recovering the hose in the working process. The rotary support 7-8 is fixed on the support box body 7-4 and used as a support structure, a hydraulic motor 7-3 is further arranged on the support box body 7-4, a drive gear 7-10 is mounted on a drive shaft of the hydraulic motor 7-3, the drive gear 7-10 is meshed with external teeth of the rotary support 7-8, and the end part of the drive gear 7-10 is limited by a gasket.
One end of the hose is connected with a rotary water pipe 7-7 through a rotary joint 7-2, one end of the rotary water pipe 7-7 is arranged inside the rotary cylinder 7-6, and the other end of the rotary water pipe passes through the rotary support 7-8 and the support box body 7-4, so that the small bearing 7-9 is used for restraining in order to prevent deflection in the movement process.
In the working process of the reel, the hydraulic motor 7-3 is used for driving the rotary support 7-8 to control the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary cylinder 7-6, the flow of the hydraulic system is adjustable, and the rotating speed of the reel can be adjusted according to the actual operation condition.
The reel is provided with a manual tube arranging device 7-5, and the hose can be arranged on the reel in order by the device, so that the hose is prevented from being wound.
The whole reel is connected with the back cover of the dredging vehicle by the rotating pin shafts 7-12, and the push-pull handle arranged on the reel can adjust the relative position of the reel according to the operation condition so as to facilitate the operation. In the dredging operation process, the forward pulling force of the spray head can cause the reel to swing, so that the reel needs to be positioned by using the locking air cylinders 7-11 after being adjusted to a proper position.
The reel rotation and the cylinder locking are both electrically controlled, so that the operation is convenient.
Spinning disks at two ends of the reel 7 with the variable disk diameter can be replaced according to the actual length of the hose, other parts are universal parts, and the efficiency of links such as production, spare parts and subsequent maintenance is greatly improved.

The reel with the variable disk diameter is characterized by comprising a rotary cylinder body, wherein two ends of the rotary cylinder body are provided with detachable disks, and a hose is wound outside the rotary cylinder body; the end part of the rotary cylinder is connected with a rotary support, the rotary support is fixed on a support box body, a hydraulic motor is further arranged on the support box body, a driving gear is installed on a driving shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the driving gear is meshed with external teeth of the rotary support.

The reel with the variable disk diameter according to claim 1, wherein the rotary cylinder body comprises a steel plate, a rolling steel cylinder and supporting rib plates, the steel plate is welded at two ends of the rolling steel cylinder, and the supporting rib plates are welded inside the rolling steel cylinder.
3. A variable diameter reel as claimed in claim 2, wherein the steel plate is provided with offset through holes for mounting removable discs of different diameters.
4. A variable diameter reel as claimed in claim 1, in which the removable disc is secured to the rotatable drum by an in-arc six-bolt having a bolt head located inside the rotatable drum.
5. A reel of variable diameter according to claim 1, wherein the drive gear end is provided with a spacer for limiting.

A reel with a variable reel diameter according to claim 1, wherein one end of the flexible tube is connected to a rotary water pipe through a rotary joint, one end of the rotary water pipe is installed inside the rotary cylinder, and the other end of the rotary water pipe passes through the rotary support and support box body and is restrained by a small bearing.

The dredging vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the dredging vehicle comprises a chassis, a high pressure water pump, a water tank, a suction arm support, a tank body and a vacuum pump, wherein the tank body is mounted on the upper surface of the chassis, the suction arm support is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the tank body, the vacuum pump is mounted at the front end of the tank body and is connected with the inside of the tank body, and when the vacuum pump works, the suction arm support sucks dirt into the inside of the tank body; the water tanks are arranged at two ends of the tank body and are connected with a high-pressure water pump positioned below the chassis through water pipes.
