Abstract

The invention discloses a novel front axle wheel end structure of a drum brake, which comprises a wheel rim, a brake drum, an outer hub, a steering knuckle, an inner hub, an ABS sensor and a brake shoe, wherein the wheel rim is provided with a plurality of wheel holes; the brake drum is connected with the outer hub through fastening bolts, and the rim is lapped on the outer side of the outer hub. The steering knuckle is arranged inside the inner hub, the outer side wall of the inner hub is also provided with a brake shoe, the end part of the brake shoe is provided with a friction plate, and the friction plate is matched with the inner side of the brake drum; the inner hub and the outer hub are fixedly installed through hub connecting bolts; one end of the steering knuckle facing the outer hub is provided with a locking nut; the one end that outer hub was kept away from to interior hub still is equipped with the ABS ring gear, and the ABS sensor setting is kept away from lock nut's one end outside at the knuckle, and the inductive head of ABS sensor passes the knuckle and corresponding with the ABS ring gear. According to the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a novel front axle end structure of a drum brake, which comprises a rim 1, a brake drum 2, an outer hub 6, a steering knuckle 11, an inner hub 13, an ABS sensor 16 and a brake shoe 14; the brake drum 2 and the outer hub 6 are connected by fastening bolts 4, and the rim 1 is overlapped on the outer side of the outer hub 6 and connected to the brake drum 2 by the fastening bolts 4.
The steering knuckle 11 is arranged inside the inner hub 13, a bearing is arranged between the steering knuckle 11 and the inner hub 13, a brake shoe 14 is further arranged on the outer side wall of the inner hub 13, a friction plate 15 is arranged at the end part of the brake shoe 14, and the friction plate 15 is matched with the inner side of the brake drum 2; the inner hub 13 and the outer hub 6 are fixedly mounted by the hub attachment bolts 10 so that the knuckle 11 is fixed inside the inner hub 13; one end of the steering knuckle 11 facing the outer hub 6 is provided with a locking nut 8, and the locking nut 8 is used for locking and fixing the inner hub 13 and the steering knuckle 11; the end of the inner hub 13 far away from the outer hub 6 is also provided with an ABS gear ring 17, an ABS sensor 16 is arranged outside the end of the steering knuckle 11 far away from the lock nut 8, and an induction head of the ABS sensor 16 penetrates through the steering knuckle 11 and corresponds to the ABS gear ring 17.

The outer bearing 7 and the inner bearing 12 are maintenance-free bearings, and oil injection maintenance is not needed in the using process.
