Abstract
一种3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置,其结构包括上固定台、下固定台、水冷套筒、进水管、出水管、转接头、水箱及水泵,水冷套筒套接套在打印喷头上,水冷套筒上下通过上、下固定台进行固定,水冷套筒的内部设有方形螺旋通道,水冷套筒上设置有进水口和出水口,下部为进水口,上部为出水口,连接水管和水冷套筒通过纽扣型转接头进行连接。水冷套筒和打印喷头旁为水箱及水泵,水箱在上部,水泵在下部,通过上、下固定台进行固定,水泵设有出水口,通过转接头连接水管,对水冷套筒进行给水,水泵设有开关键及上下键,上下键可调整水泵的水循环速率,以此控制打印机喷头温度,水箱上部为进水口,通过转接头连接管道,接收水冷套筒出来的水以此实现水路循环。该3D打印机喷头水冷装置克服风冷散热装置中散热风扇运转产生的震动会严重影响3D打印机的成型质量的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及3D打印机领域,具体地,涉及3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置。
背景技术
3D打印机的喷头作为3D打印机的核心部件之一,很大程度上决定了成型的质量。挤出嘴流出丝料的流畅程度和出丝的温度直接影响了3D打印模型的精度。但如果喷头温度过高会导致其他部件溶解烧毁,当打印完成后,又需要快速冷却。因此需要散热装置将喷头温度控制在一定的范围内。现阶段,通常是在喷头处安装散热风扇,即使用风冷来对喷头进行散热,但是在打印过程中,散热风扇运转产生的震动会严重影响3D打印机的稳定性。
因此,提供一种在使用过程中,可以有效地对打印喷头进行散热,使得喷头温度控制在一定的范围内,保护打印机部件,而且不会影响3D打印机的成型质量的3D打印机喷头水冷装置是本发明亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明拟解决的技术问题是,提供一种3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置。本发明解决所述技术问题的技术方案是,提供一种3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置,其结构包括上固定台、下固定台、水冷套筒、进水管、出水管、转接头、水箱及水泵。所述水冷套筒套接套在打印喷头上,水冷套筒上下通过上、下固定台进行固定,水冷套筒的内部设有方形螺旋通道,水冷套筒上设置有进水口和出水口,下部为进水口,上部为出水口,连接水管和水冷套筒通过纽扣型转接头进行连接。水冷套筒和打印喷头旁为水箱及水泵,水箱在上部,水泵在下部,通过上、下固定台进行固定,水泵设有出水口,通过转接头连接管道,对水冷套筒进行给水,水泵设有开关键及上下键,上下键可调整水泵的水循环速率,以此控制打印机喷头温度,水箱上部为进水口,通过转接头连接管道,接收水冷套筒出来的水以此实现水路循环。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
使用方形螺旋通道水冷套筒,方形截面可增加贴合打印喷头发热部分的接触面积,螺旋通道可以大大增加冷却水流过水冷套筒的路径,延长冷却水吸收热量的时间,大大增加单位体积冷却水的热量吸收效率。
通过设置水冷套筒下方为进水口,上方为出水口,可以使冷却水均匀流过方形螺旋通道,以增加换热效率。水泵设有开关键及上下键,上下键可调整水泵的水循环速率,以此控制打印机喷头温度,故可自由控制打印机喷头的温度状态。

具体实施方式
如图1,本发明提供一种3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置,其结构包括上固定台6、下固定台1、水冷套筒9、进水管12、出水管7、转接头8、水箱5及水泵3。所述水冷套筒套9接套在打印喷头11上,水冷套筒9上下通过上固定台6及下固定台1进行固定,水冷套筒9的内部设有方形螺旋通道,水冷套筒上设置有进水口和出水口,下部为进水口,上部为出水口,连接水管和水冷套筒9通过纽扣型转接头8进行连接,将打印喷头11的热量通过水冷套筒9中的水转移出去,以此降低打印喷头11的温度。
水冷套筒9和打印喷头11旁为水箱5及水泵3,水箱5在上部,水泵3在下部,通过上固定台6及下固定台1进行固定。水冷套筒9的出水口和水箱5之间可设置散热鳍片进行散热,通过出水管7进行连接,散热鳍片规格不做权利要求。水泵3设有出水口,通过转接头8连接水管,对水冷套筒9进行给水,水泵3设有开关键2及上键4及下键13,上键4及下键13可调整水泵的水循环速率,以此控制打印机喷头温度,水箱5上部为进水口,通过转接头连接管道,接收水冷套筒出来的水以此实现水路循环。

1.一种3D打印机喷头螺旋水冷散热装置,其结构包括上固定台6、下固定台1、水冷套筒9、进水管12、出水管7、转接头8、水箱5及水泵3,所述水冷套筒套9接套在打印喷头11上,水冷套筒9上下通过上固定台6及下固定台1进行固定,水冷套筒9的内部设有方形螺旋通道,水冷套筒上设置有进水口和出水口,下部为进水口,上部为出水口,连接水管和水冷套筒9通过纽扣型转接头8进行连接,水冷套筒9和打印喷头11旁为水箱5及水泵3,水箱5在上部,水泵3在下部,通过上固定台6及下固定台1进行固定,水泵3设有出水口,通过转接头8连接水管,对水冷套筒9进行给水,水泵3设有开关键2及上键4及下键13,上键4及下键13可调整水泵的水循环速率,以此控制打印机喷头温度,水箱5上部为进水口,通过转接头连接管道,接收水冷套筒出来的水以此实现水路循环。
2.如权利要求1所述水冷套筒9使用方形螺旋通道,下方为进水口,上方为出水口,所述水泵3设有开关及水流流速控制按钮。
