1. A punching device for new sheet-like materials, comprising:
the device comprises a chassis (1), a first support frame (2) is connected onto the chassis (1), a first rotating rod (3) is rotatably connected to the end part of the first support frame (2), and a workbench (4) is connected to the end part of the first rotating rod (3);
the upper part of the first rotating rod (3) is connected with a second supporting frame (6), and the second supporting frame (6) is in contact fit with the workbench (4);
the top of the workbench (4) is connected with a plurality of first limiting frames (5);
the drilling machine comprises an air cylinder (7), wherein the air cylinder (7) is installed on one side, close to a first support frame (2), of the bottom frame (1), a fixed frame (8) is connected to the air cylinder (7), and a drilling machine (9) is installed in the fixed frame (8);
the ejection mechanism (10) is arranged on the fixed frame (8);
the feeding mechanism (11) is arranged on the bottom frame (1).
2. A punching apparatus for new sheet material according to claim 1, wherein the ejector mechanism (10) comprises:
the telescopic rod (1001), mount (8) tip one side is connected with two telescopic rods (1001), is connected with roof (1002) between telescopic rod (1001) tip, is connected with two first springs (1003) between roof (1002) and mount (8).
3. A punching apparatus for new sheet material according to claim 2, wherein the feeding mechanism (11) comprises:
the other side, close to the first support frame (2), of the underframe (1) is connected with two third support frames (1102), and a second limiting frame (1103) is connected between the end parts of the third support frames (1102);
ejector plates (1101) are connected between the adjacent first limiting frames (5), the ejector plates (1101) are connected with the workbench (4), and the ejector plates (1101) are matched with the second limiting frames (1103).
4. A punching apparatus for new sheet material according to claim 3, further comprising a rotating mechanism (12), wherein the rotating mechanism (12) comprises:
the rack (1201) is connected to the other side of the end part of the fixing frame (8);
one side of the first support frame (2) is connected with a fourth support frame (1202), and the fourth support frame (1202) is rotatably connected with a first connecting rod (1203);
a second connecting rod (1204) is rotatably connected to one side, close to the first connecting rod (1203), of the fourth supporting frame (1202), and a bevel gear set (1205) is connected between the second connecting rod (1204) and the first connecting rod (1203);
the first connecting rod (1203) is connected with a one-way gear (1206), and the one-way gear (1206) is matched with the rack (1201);
the first rotating rod (3) is connected with the four-corner rotating wheel (1207);
the lug (1208) is connected to the second connecting rod (1204), and the lug (1208) is matched with the four-corner rotating wheel (1207).

the bottom of the workbench (4) is connected with a plurality of inclined sliding frames (1301), and the inclined sliding frames (1301) are matched with the first limiting frame (5);
the device comprises a first guide sliding frame (1302), two first guide sliding frames (1302) are connected to an inclined sliding frame (1301), a baffle (1303) is connected between the first guide sliding frames (1302) in a sliding mode, two stop blocks (1304) are connected to the upper portion of the baffle (1303), and a second spring (1305) is connected between each stop block (1304) and the inclined sliding frame (1301);
the ejector rods (1306) are connected to the outer side faces of the baffles (1303).
6. A punching device for new sheet material according to claim 5, further comprising a discharging mechanism (14), wherein the discharging mechanism (14) comprises:
the end part of the first support frame (2) close to one side of the first rotating rod (3) is connected with a fifth support frame (1401), the fifth support frame (1401) is rotatably connected with a second rotating rod (1402), and the second rotating rod (1402) is connected with an electromagnet (1403);
a flat belt (1404), wherein the flat belt (1404) is sleeved between the second connecting rod (1204) and the second rotating rod (1402).
7. A punching device for new sheet material according to claim 6, further comprising a receiving mechanism (15), wherein the receiving mechanism (15) comprises:
the other side of the chassis (1) close to the first support frame (2) is connected with a second guide carriage (1501), the second guide carriage (1501) is connected with a material receiving box (1502) in a sliding mode, the material receiving box (1502) is connected with a wedge-shaped frame (1503), and the wedge-shaped frame (1503) is matched with the ejector rod (1306).
