Abstract
The invention discloses a spraying device of a spraying tower, which comprises a main flow pipe, wherein one side of the main flow pipe is provided with a plurality of annular long spray rods and annular short spray rods, the long spray rods and the short spray rods are vertically staggered, the inner side surface of each long spray rod is provided with a plurality of spray holes which are arranged at equal intervals, the inner side surface and the outer side surface of each short spray rod are provided with a plurality of spray holes which are arranged at equal intervals, and an inclined rod is arranged between every two adjacent long spray rods and short spray rods. The contact positions of the long spray rod and the short spray rod and the waste gas are different, the fan can delay the flow speed of the waste gas, the waste gas can be in full contact reaction with the sprayed reagent, the flow meter can estimate the flow of the sprayed reagent according to the total amount of the waste gas, the reaction reagent can be saved, and the filter plate can filter precipitates generated by the reaction and is convenient to clean uniformly.

Background
The spray tower and the waste gas washing tower are high and new technical products for waste gas treatment, the spray tower is used for removing impurity particles and harmful gases in the waste gas through the reaction with a solvent, for example, the waste gas generated by a sulfuric acid production line and a steel plant contains a large amount of acid gas, if the acid gas in the waste gas is not removed, the waste gas can form acid rain when meeting the rainwater of the nature, which causes more serious environmental pollution, different reaction reagents are mainly sprayed out of the spray tower according to the difference of harmful substances in the waste gas, for example, alkaline liquid is sprayed out when the acid waste gas is treated, the spraying device in the existing spraying tower is used for neutralizing and eliminating acid substances in acid waste gas, but because the spraying device in the existing spraying tower has different sizes and different contact areas with the waste gas and the waste gas flow speed is too fast, reaction liquid sprayed out of the spraying tower is not in sufficient contact with the waste gas, so that the waste gas treatment is not thorough.
Therefore, a spray device of a spray tower needs to be designed.

The main flow pipe 1 is also provided with a flow meter 11, when the main flow pipe 1 is filled with the reaction reagent, the flow meter 11 plays a role of recording the flow, the amount of the reaction reagent needed can be estimated according to the total volume of the waste gas, and the reaction reagent is convenient to save.
The long and short spray bars 2 and 3 are rectangular or circular and contact the exhaust gas to the largest extent possible.
A plurality of filter plates 15 arranged up and down are further arranged on one side of the main flow pipe 1, a filter screen is arranged in each filter plate 15, waste gas can pass through the filter screen, and solid, floccules and the like generated by the reaction of the waste gas and a reaction reagent can stay on the filter screen.
One side of filter plate 15 is provided with the screw thread plug, and one side of mainstream pipe 1 is provided with the thread slot, and screw thread plug threaded connection is in the thread slot, and filter plate 15 is located between long spray lance 2 and the short spray lance 3, and filter plate 15 is detachable, and the solid, the floccule on being convenient for dismantle and change or wash.
The surfaces of the main flow pipe 1, the long spray rod 2, the short spray rod 3, the bottom frame 12, the support rod 13, the fan 14, the filter plate 15 and the like are coated with acid-base-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings, so that the main flow pipe can be contacted with acid-base waste gas for a long time, and the service life is longer.

the total amount of the reaction agent required is estimated based on the total amount of the exhaust gas to be treated, and when the reaction agent is supplied to the main flow pipe 1, the supply amount is controlled by the flow meter 11.
