The circular truncated cone-shaped filter element 5 is arranged in the second filter pipe 4, the circular truncated cone-shaped filter element 5 increases the filtering area of petroleum, simultaneously reduces the contact area with impurities at the bottom of the second filter pipe 4, saves more spaces of the second filter pipe 4 while ensuring high filtering efficiency, ensures that the second filter pipe 4 has more spaces for storing the impurities, the U-shaped rubber sealing ring 501 is matched with the mounting groove of the second filter pipe 4, when the filter element 5 is installed, the U-shaped rubber sealing ring 501 is tightly contacted and clamped with the mounting groove of the second filter pipe 4, the filter element 5 is conveniently installed in the second filter pipe 4, the filter element 5 is pressed by the petroleum flow when the petroleum is filtered, at the moment, when the U-shaped rubber sealing ring 501 is extruded, the U-shaped rubber sealing ring 501 is more tightly attached to the mounting groove of the second filter pipe 4, and better sealing effect between the filter element 5 and the second filter pipe 4 is realized, the U-shaped metal sealing ring 502 is matched with the rubber sealing ring 503, when the filter element 5 is subjected to pressure caused by petroleum flowing, the pressure causes the U-shaped metal sealing ring 502 and the rubber sealing ring 503 to be attached to the mounting groove of the second filter pipe 4, and a better sealing effect is realized.

Based on the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the filtering device not only removes the impurities in the first filtering pipe 1 in the oil transportation state, but also periodically cleans the filtering plate 2 and the filtering core 5 in the long-time use process of the device, the device provides power through the rotor pump 6, the filtering plate 2 is periodically self-cleaned by the counterclockwise circulation flow of crude oil, the service time of the filtering plate 2 is prolonged, the replacement frequency of the filtering plate 2 is reduced, the filtering core 5 is periodically self-cleaned by the clockwise circulation flow of crude oil, when the filtering plate 2 needs to be cleaned, the worker opens the first electromagnetic valve 7 and the second electromagnetic valve 701 on the communicating pipe 3 to fill the first filtering pipe 1 and the second filtering pipe 4 with crude oil, then closes all the valves at the two ends of the first filtering pipe 1 to cut off the oil transportation pipeline, controls to start the rotor pump 6, the rotor pump 6 provides the main power to make the crude oil in the first filtering pipe 1 and the second filtering pipe 4 flow in a counterclockwise circulating way, the circulating flow of the crude oil reversely washes the filtering plate 2 counterclockwise to clean the impurities blocked in the filtering holes 203, the residual impurities in the first filtering pipe 1 enter the second filtering pipe 4 through the counterclockwise flow of the oil, the filtering core 5 filters the oil in the second filtering pipe 4 to retain the solid impurities in the oil in the second filtering pipe 4, the second electromagnetic valve 701 is closed after a period of time, the oil in the device is driven by the rotor pump 6, under the condition that the second electromagnetic valve 701 no longer passes through the oil, the flow of the crude oil passing through the left filtering plate 2 is increased, the left filtering plate 2 is enabled to obtain better cleaning effect, when the filtering core 5 is self-cleaned after the self-cleaning of the filtering plate 2 is completed, the on-off state of the first electromagnetic valve 7 is kept when the filtering plate 2 is self-cleaned, starting the rotor pump 6 to reversely rotate, enabling crude oil in the first filter pipe 1 and the second filter pipe 4 to flow clockwise in a circulating mode, enabling the filter element 5 to be flushed through the crude oil in the second filter pipe 4 flowing leftwards, enabling the filter element 5 to complete self-cleaning, after the filter plate 2 and the filter element 5 are self-cleaned, enabling a worker to open the first electromagnetic valve 7 at the lowest position to discharge oil in the device from the sewage discharge pipe 401, then closing all the first electromagnetic valves 7 and the second electromagnetic valves 701, opening valves at two ends of the first filter pipe 1, and enabling the oil transportation pipeline to be circulated again.
Example 3
Based on the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, after the device is used for a long time, the filter plate 2 and the filter element 5 need to be cleaned and maintained deeply or replaced, at the later stage of the service life of the filter plate 2 and the filter element 5, firstly, the device is cleaned of impurities as described in the embodiment 1, after the oil pipeline is cut off, the oil in the device is discharged through the sewage outlet pipe 401, the worker removes the bolts connecting the first filter pipe 1 and the filter plate 2, then directly pulls out the filter plate 2 obliquely outwards, then, the filter plate 2 after maintenance or new is replaced into the first filter pipe 1, then the filter plate 2 is fixed on the first filter pipe 1 through the bolts, when the filter element 5 is replaced, the bolts at two sides of the second filter pipe 4 are removed, the second filter pipe 4 at the lower half is removed, and the filter element 5 is directly removed, and then the impurities attached to the second filter pipe 4 are removed and the filter element 5 is maintained and replaced, so that the device enables the replacement operation of the filter plate 2 and the filter element 5 to be simple, time-saving and labor-saving.

Claims (9)

1. The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function is characterized by comprising a first filtering pipe (1), a filtering plate (2), communicating pipes (3), an impurity circulating pipe (301), a second filtering pipe (4), a filter element (5), a rotor pump (6), an electromagnetic valve (7), a second electromagnetic valve (701) and a third electromagnetic valve (702), wherein the first filtering pipe (1) is fixedly arranged on an oil pipeline through bolts, the filtering plate (2) is connected in the first filtering pipe (1) in a sliding mode, at least two filtering plates (2) are arranged, the communicating pipes (3) are provided with two, the two communicating pipes (3) are respectively arranged at the lower part of the first filtering pipe (1) through bolts, the second filtering pipe (4) is fixedly connected on the communicating pipes (3), the impurity circulating pipe (301) is provided with two, the impurity circulating pipe (301) is communicated with the first filtering pipe (1) and the second filtering pipe (4), can dismantle in second filter tube (4) and be provided with filter core (5), filter (2) slope sets up in first filter tube (1), the left surface lower extreme of the upper end mouth of pipe next-door neighbour of impurity runner pipe (301) every filter (2), the lower extreme mouth of pipe of impurity runner pipe (301) is located the left side of filter core (5), be provided with rotor pump (6) on right part communicating pipe (3), be provided with first solenoid valve (7) on every communicating pipe (3) respectively, be provided with second solenoid valve (701) on every impurity runner pipe (301), third solenoid valve (702) set up on second filter tube (4).

The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein two ends of a first filtering pipe (1) are fixedly connected with first flanges (101), the number of the first fixing blocks (102) is four, the four first fixing blocks (102) are respectively and fixedly connected above the first filtering pipe (1), the lower portion of the first filtering pipe (1) is provided with four through holes, the left through hole and the right through hole are respectively and fixedly connected with second flanges (103), the middle two through holes are communicated with a second filtering pipe (4) through impurity circulation pipes (301), the upper portion of the first filtering pipe (1) is provided with two chutes, the chute walls are provided with installation grooves, U-shaped metal sealing strips (104) are arranged in the installation grooves of the first filtering pipe (1), and circular rubber sealing strips (105) are arranged on the U-shaped metal sealing strips (104).
3. The oil field petroleum filtering device with impurity cleaning function according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner diameter of the first filtering pipe (1) is larger than the inner diameter of the petroleum transportation pipeline.

The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the filtering plate (2) is bent, the upper portion of the filtering plate (2) is fixedly connected with a T-shaped mounting block (201), the T-shaped mounting block (201) is connected with the first fixing block (102) through a bolt, a plurality of first flow guide grooves (202) are uniformly formed in the filtering plate (2), the middle of the filtering plate (2) is provided with a second flow guide groove (204), filtering holes (203) are uniformly formed in the filtering plate (2), the filtering holes (203) are formed in the first flow guide grooves (202), and the lower portion of the filtering plate (2) is stepped.
5. The oil field petroleum filtering device with impurity cleaning function according to claim 4, characterized in that the first guiding gutter (202) is obliquely downwards opened from the outer side of the filtering plate (2) to the middle bending part.

The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function according to claim 4, characterized in that, at least two filter plates (2) are provided, and on the filter plates (2) from left to right, the opening density of the first guiding grooves (202) and the filter holes (203) is gradually increased, and the groove spacing of the first guiding grooves (202) and the pore diameter of the filter holes (203) are gradually reduced.

The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function according to claim 1, characterized in that a sewage outlet pipe (401) is arranged at the lower side of the right part of the second filtering pipe (4), a third electromagnetic valve (702) is arranged on the sewage outlet pipe (401), a mounting groove is arranged on the inner surface of the right part of the second filtering pipe (4), the second filtering pipe (4) is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the joint of the upper part and the lower part of the second filtering pipe (4) is arranged in a ladder shape, a mounting groove is arranged on the ladder-shaped outer surface of the second filtering pipe (4) at the upper part, the upper part and the lower part of the second filtering pipe (4) are tightly attached, a U-shaped rubber sealing strip (403) is arranged in the mounting groove of the second filtering pipe (4) at the upper half part, a second fixing block (402) is fixedly connected to the second filtering pipe (4), eight second fixing blocks (402) are arranged, four second fixing blocks (402) at the upper side are symmetrically and respectively fixedly connected to the second filtering pipe (4) at the upper part, the four second fixing blocks (402) on the lower side are symmetrically and longitudinally connected with the second filter pipe (4) on the lower part, the second fixing blocks (402) on the upper side and the lower side are symmetrically arranged, and the second fixing blocks (402) on the upper side and the lower side are connected through bolts.

The oil field petroleum filtering device with the impurity cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the right part of the filter element (5) is in a step shape, the outer surface of the right part of the filter element (5) and the left and right side surfaces of the filter element are respectively provided with a placing groove, the placing grooves on the left and right sides of the right part of the filter element (5) are internally provided with a U-shaped rubber sealing ring (501), the placing groove on the outer surface of the right part of the filter element (5) is internally provided with a U-shaped metal sealing ring (502), and the U-shaped metal sealing ring (502) is sleeved with a rubber sealing ring (503).
