(5) The mahjong tile pushing seat is provided with the tile pushing assembly, the tile pushing assembly can push the mahjong tiles on the tile storage plate upwards towards one end of the tile lifting plate, so that an avoiding space is formed between the front end of the mahjong tiles and the tile storage plate, when the mahjong tiles are transferred from the tile storage plate to the tile lifting plate, the tile lifting plate can shovel the mahjong tiles due to the fact that the mahjong tiles are contained in the avoiding space, and therefore the mahjong tiles and the tile lifting plate can be prevented from being tightly pushed, and blocking of pushing is effectively eliminated.
(6) In the invention, the front end of the mahjong tiles stored on the tile storage plate is spaced from the tile lifting plate by a certain distance, so that the pushing of the front end of the mahjong tiles by the tile pushing plate needs to be continued for a period of time until the tile storage plate moves to the position where the front end of the mahjong tiles is overlapped on the tile lifting plate, and the pushing of the mahjong tiles by the tile pushing plate can not be released; therefore, the width of the card pushing opening on the card storage plate is set to be larger than that of the card pushing plate, so that the card pushing plate can be ensured to be capable of keeping pushing the mahjong cards while the card storage plate moves.
(7) The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner edge of the opening of the card ejecting opening to ensure the strength of the card storage plate, and the card ejecting plate is provided with notches matched with the reinforcing ribs; in order that the reinforcing ribs do not influence the jacking of the mahjong tiles by the tile pushing plate, the width of the reinforcing ribs is set to be not more than that of the mahjong tiles.
(8) According to the invention, the top surface of the card pushing seat is provided with the containing groove for containing the card pushing plate, the side surface of the card pushing seat is provided with the through hole communicated with the containing groove, the through hole is convenient for the transmission of the card pushing push rod outside the card pushing seat and the card pushing plate, the contact area between the card pushing seat and the card pushing plate can be reduced, the friction force between the card pushing seat and the card pushing plate is reduced, and the power required by the card pushing push rod for driving the card pushing plate to lift along the containing groove is saved.
(9) The guide piece penetrating through the card pushing seat is arranged on the bottom surface of the card storage plate, so that the card storage plate cannot slide stably along the supporting surface of the card pushing seat, the effect of limiting the card storage plate on the card pushing seat can be achieved, and the separation of the card storage plate and the card pushing seat is avoided.
(10) The bottom surface of the card storage plate is provided with strip-shaped depressed areas, and the depressed areas greatly reduce the contact area between the card storage plate and the card pushing seat and greatly reduce the card pushing resistance of the card storage plate.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the mahjong tile pushing device of the embodiment includes a tile storage plate 12, the tile storage plate 12 includes a tile storage platform 12a for storing tile piers, one of the lengthwise sides of the tile storage platform 12a is provided with a tile storage guardrail 12b, the other lengthwise side of the tile storage platform 12a is a tile outlet side, and the tile storage guardrail 12b may be fixedly mounted to the side of the tile storage platform 12a, or may be integrally formed with the tile storage platform 12 a.
In this embodiment, the card storage plate 12 is movably mounted on the card shoe 6, and can be moved along a support surface formed by the card shoe 6 by the card-loading driving mechanism 5, and the card-discharging side is located forward in the moving direction during movement.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, in the moving direction of the card storage plate 12, the support surface of the card pushing base 6 is narrower than the card storage plate 12, the card storage plate 12 at the starting point of pushing cards carries the card-out side on the support surface, and the side of the card storage guardrail 12b is suspended; and the card-feeding driving mechanism 5 is also arranged on the card-discharging side of the card-storing plate 12. Therefore, when the mahjong storage plate 12 moves along the supporting surface, the space outside the mahjong pushing seat 6 is gradually vacated, so that the mahjong pushing seat is greatly retracted into the periphery of the mahjong machine, and the mahjong machine is conveniently packed by adopting a smaller packing box.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in order to ensure that the movement of the card storage plate 12 along the supporting surface does not deviate, the bottom surface of the card storage plate 12 is provided with a guide 12d penetrating through the card pushing base 6, and the guide 12d adopted by the embodiment is two guide rods. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, a row of concave areas 12e is formed on the bottom surface of the card storage plate 12 along the length direction of the card storage plate 12, each concave area 12e is in a strip shape, and the length extension direction of the concave area 12e is consistent with the moving direction of the card storage plate 12. After the depressed area 12e is arranged, the contact area between the card storage plate 12 and the card pushing seat 6 is greatly reduced, so that the moving resistance of the card storage plate 12 is reduced, and unnecessary abrasion between the card storage plate and the card pushing seat is also reduced.
The recessed area 12e may be only disposed on the bottom surface of the card storage platform 12a, or may extend from the bottom surface of the card storage platform 12a to the back surface of the card storage fence 12 b; therefore, the whole weight of the card storage plate 12 can be greatly reduced while the strength of the card storage guardrail 12b is ensured.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the tile lifting plate 3 of the mahjong machine is located on the tile discharging side of the tile storage platform 12 a; the tile lifting plate 3 of the embodiment adopts a slope tile lifting mode, namely one length direction side of the tile lifting plate 3 is hinged with the frame or the panel of the mahjong machine, and the other length direction side can be lifted up and down under the driving of the tile lifting driving mechanism 5; after descending, the card lifting plate 3 is overlapped on the card outlet side of the card storage plate 12 in a slope shape.
Obviously, as the card lifting plate 3 is erected on the card storage plate 12 after descending, the moving track of the card storage plate 12 extends to the lower part of the plane where the card lifting plate 3 is located; due to the existence of the card storage guardrail 12b, the mahjong tiles on the card bearing platform 12a can be horizontally pushed onto the card lifting plate 3 along with the gradual movement of the card storage plate 12 to the card lifting plate 3.
In order to smoothly transfer the mahjong tiles from the tile storage plate 12 to the tile lifting plate 3, the present embodiment sets the angle between the tile lifting plate 3 and the tile storage plate 12 after being lowered to be between 90 ° and 180 ° (excluding 90 ° and 180 °), more preferably between 120 ° and 180 ° (including 120 ° and 180 °), and most preferably between 150 ° and 180 ° (including 150 ° and 180 °), and obviously, the larger the angle is, the smoother the transfer of the mahjong tiles is.
That is, in the present embodiment, the card storage plate 12 may be disposed horizontally or obliquely, and should be inclined toward a direction that increases an included angle between the card lifting plate 3 and the card storage plate 12, that is, inclined downward from the card outlet side to the card storage guardrail 12b side; accordingly, the supporting surface of the card shoe 6 also has the same inclination angle as the card storage plate 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the card-feeding driving mechanism 5 in this embodiment includes a card-feeding motor 51, a driving cam 52 is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the card-feeding motor 51, the card-lifting plate 3 and the driving cam 52 are driven by a card-lifting driving assembly 53, and the card-storing plate 12 and the driving cam 52 are driven by a card-pushing driving assembly 54.
The card-raising transmission assembly 53 includes a card-raising base 531 fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the card-raising plate 3, as shown in fig. 6, a card-raising curved groove 531a is formed on the side surface of the card-raising base 531; the fixed end of the tile lifting rocker arm 532 is hinged with the frame, the free end is provided with a tile lifting roller 533 which is matched with the tile lifting curved groove 531a in a rolling way, and the tile lifting roller 533 can roll along the tile lifting curved groove 531a to drive the tile lifting plate 3 to turn over; the rolling power of the card-lifting roller 533 comes from the swing of the card-lifting rocker arm 532, and the swing of the card-lifting rocker arm 532 is driven by the card-loading push rod 534.
In this embodiment, the way that the mahjong loading push rod 534 drives the mahjong lifting rocker arm 532 to swing is as follows: the card-feeding pushing rod 534 is fixedly connected with the card-lifting rocker arm 532 at one end and is provided with a card-feeding roller 535 at the other end, the card-feeding roller 535 is in rolling fit with a card-feeding curved groove 521 (shown in fig. 2) formed on the transmission cam 52, when the transmission cam 52 rotates, the card-feeding roller 535 rolls along the card-feeding curved groove 521 and pushes and pulls the card-feeding pushing rod 534, and therefore the card-feeding pushing rod 534 can drive the card-lifting rocker arm 532 to swing.
In order to ensure that the card lifting plate 3 is lifted stably, in the embodiment, two card lifting seats 531 and two card lifting rocker arms 532 are arranged at each card lifting plate 3, the two card lifting rocker arms 532 are linked through a linkage rod 536, and the card feeding push rod 534 is fixedly connected with the linkage rod 536.
In this embodiment, each of the tile lifting rocker arms 532 includes a swing support 532a, a through hole for conveniently passing through the linkage rod 536 is formed at the middle end of the swing support 532a, extension arms 532b are respectively inserted into two ends of the swing support 532a, one of the extension arms 532b is hinged to the rack through a hinged support 532c, and the other extension arm 532b is provided with a tile lifting roller 533. The structure of the mahjong lifting rocker arm 532 can adjust the length of the extension arm 532b without changing the connection structure between the mahjong lifting rocker arm 532 and the linkage rod 536 so as to adapt to mahjong machines with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 6, the card raising curved groove 531a of the card raising base 531 has a positioning notch 531aa at a lower position and a groove bottom 531ab at a higher position, and a first limit corner 531ac is formed between the positioning notch 531aa and the card raising curved groove 531 a. When the tile lifting roller 533 is located in the positioning notch 531aa (as shown in fig. 8), the tile lifting plate 3 is kept flush with the mahjong machine panel 100, and due to the limitation of the first limiting corner 531ac, the tile lifting roller 533 can be kept in the positioning notch 531aa when not stressed, so as to ensure the stable position of the tile lifting plate 3; when the card-lifting rocker arm 532 swings, the card-lifting roller 533 can cross the first limit corner 531ac and roll along the card-lifting curved groove 531a, and at this time, the card-lifting plate 3 descends and is erected on the card-storing plate 12 (as shown in fig. 9) to wait for card pushing; after the mahjong tiles are completely pushed to the tile lifting plate 3 by the tile storage plate 12, the tile lifting plate 3 is lifted.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 6, the curved card-playing groove 521 of the driving cam 52 includes a descending section 521a, a card-pushing section 521b and an ascending section 521c connected in sequence, when the driving cam 52 rotates to make the descending section 521a reach the card-playing roller 535, the card-playing roller 535 rolls along the descending section 521a, the card-lifting rocker arm 532 swings towards the shuffling barrel, the card-lifting roller 533 rolls from the positioning notch 531aa to the groove bottom 531ab along the curved card-lifting groove 531a, and the card-lifting plate 3 descends; when the driving cam 52 rotates to make the card sending section 521b reach the card loading roller 535, the card loading roller 535 rolls along the card sending section 521b, the card storage plate 12 moves towards the card lifting plate 3 under the driving of the card pushing driving component 54 to horizontally push the mahjong cards onto the card lifting plate 3; when the driving cam 52 rotates to make the upwarp section 521c reach the mahjong tile loading roller 535, the mahjong tile loading roller 535 rolls along the upwarp section 521c, the mahjong tile lifting rocker arm 532 swings back to the shuffling barrel, the mahjong tile lifting roller 533 rolls from the bottom of the groove to the positioning notch 531aa along the mahjong tile lifting curve groove 531a, and the mahjong tile lifting plate 3 is upwarped to be flush with the mahjong machine panel 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the card pushing transmission assembly 54 of the present embodiment includes an S-shaped card pushing track 541 disposed on the bottom surface of the card storage plate 12, the S-shaped card pushing track 541 includes a pushing section 541b and a returning section 541c disposed symmetrically with respect to the center of the track midpoint 541a, the pushing section 541b and the returning section 541c are both arc-shaped and have central angles of both arc-shaped being 90 °, wherein one end of the pushing section 541b away from the track midpoint 541a is a pushing starting point 541d, and one end of the returning section 541c away from the track midpoint 541a is a returning starting point 541 e; as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the radial position of the drive cam 52 is provided with a card-pushing roller 542 which is in rolling engagement with the S-shaped card-pushing track 541, and the card-pushing roller 542 and the card-holding groove 521 are respectively provided on both sides of the drive cam 52.
In this embodiment, the tile pushing roller 542 has four movement processes of a tile pushing preparation position (from the middle point of the track to the pushing start point), a tile pushing position (from the pushing start point to the middle point of the track), a return preparation position (from the middle point of the track to the return start point), and a return position (from the return start point to the middle point of the track); in accordance therewith, as shown in fig. 6, the upturned section 521c in the superscript curved slot 521 is also divided into a primary upturned section 521ca and a secondary upturned section 521 cb.
When the card-loading roller 535 rolls along the descending segment 521a, the card-pushing roller 542 rolls along the pushing segment 541b from the middle point 541a of the track to the starting point 541d of the pushing process to prepare for pushing cards; in this process, the rolling track of the card pushing roller 542 is exactly concentric with the rotating track of the driving cam 52, so that the card storage plate 12 is kept unchanged; when the card-loading roller 535 rolls along the card-pushing section 521b, the card-pushing roller 542 rolls from the starting point 541d to the middle point 541a of the track along the pushing section 541b, so that the card-storing plate 12 moves towards the card-lifting plate 3 to complete the card-pushing; when the tile feeding roller 535 rolls along the first-stage upwarping section 521ca, the tile lifting rocker arm 532 can only drive the tile lifting plate 3 to upwarp to expose the mahjong tiles on the mahjong machine panel 100 towards one side of the tile storage guardrail 12b, and the tile pushing roller 542 rolls from the track midpoint 541a to the return starting point 541e along the return section 541c to prepare for return; in the process, as the rolling track of the tile pushing roller 542 is exactly concentric with the rotating track of the transmission cam 52, the tile storage plate 12 also keeps the same position and is positioned at the tile pushing endpoint thereof so as to protect the mahjong tiles on the tile lifting plate 3; when the card-feeding roller 535 rolls along the secondary upwarping section 521cb, the card-lifting plate 3 continues to warp until it is flush with the mahjong machine panel 100, and the card-pushing roller 542 rolls along the return section 541c from the return starting point 541e to the track midpoint 541a to return the card-storing plate 12 to the initial position to wait for card storage.
Due to the slope and thickness of the card lifting plate 3 and the possible height difference between the card lifting plate 3 and the card storing plate 12, the top surface of the card lifting plate 3 and the top surface of the card storing plate 12 have more or less height difference, and the existence of the height difference can influence the smooth transfer of mahjong cards. In order to eliminate the influence, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 8, in the embodiment, the card pushing base 6 is provided with a card pushing assembly 55 for pushing up the mahjong tiles toward one end of the card lifting plate 3 so as to prevent the mahjong tiles from being stuck at the overlapping position of the card storage plate 12 and the card lifting plate 3, the card storage plate 12 is provided with a card pushing port 12f for facilitating the card pushing assembly 55 to carry out a card pushing action, and the distance between the card pushing port 12f and the card lifting plate 3 should be less than the length of one mahjong tile. The card ejecting opening 12f is strip-shaped, and the length extending direction of the card ejecting opening is consistent with that of the card storage plate 12, so that when mahjong tiles are stored on the card storage plate 12, all the mahjong tiles can be exposed at the card ejecting opening 12f and ejected.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 7, an accommodation groove 61 is formed on the top surface of the card-pushing base 6, and a card-pushing plate 551 is movably installed in the accommodation groove 61; a plurality of through holes 62 communicated with the containing groove 61 are formed on the side surface of the card pushing seat 6; the top board 551 has a connecting lug 551c extending from one of the through holes 62 to the outside of the card pushing base 6, the top board 551 can be driven to slide upwards along the containing groove 61 by the top board pushing rod 553 which is rotatably connected with the connecting lug 551c, the top board 551 can extend out from the top board hole 12f to push the mahjong tile upwards towards one end of the card lifting board 3.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 7, in this embodiment, the top end of the top plate 551 has a top plate 551b adapted to the top plate opening 12f, a limit step 551a is formed between the two ends of the top plate 551b and the top plate 551, and when the top plate 551 rises to the limit step 551a to be abutted against the bottom surface of the card storage plate 12, the top plate 551 cannot rise any more, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the top plate height of the top plate 551.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the card-pushing rod 553 is rotatably connected to the engaging lug 551c in the following manner: a card raising and avoiding groove 552 is formed on the connecting lug 551c, the card pushing rod 553 comprises a pushing rod joint 553a and a pushing arm 553b fixedly inserted with the pushing rod joint 553a, the pushing rod joint 553a is fixedly arranged at the end of the linkage rod 536, so that the linkage rod 536, the card raising rocker arm 532 and the card pushing rod 553 are linked; and the free end of the push arm 553b is provided with a card-ejecting roller 554 which is rollingly engaged with the card-raising escape groove 552.
The two engaging lugs 551c are also disposed on the top plate 551 of the present embodiment corresponding to the number of the rising swing arms 532, so as to ensure that the top plate 551 can ascend and descend smoothly along the receiving groove 61.
As shown in fig. 7, the card-raising and avoiding groove 552 in this embodiment has a groove bottom 522a at a lower position and a card-raising notch 522b at a higher position, the card-raising and avoiding groove 552 may be circumferentially closed, and an opening 522d for allowing the card-raising roller 554 to enter the card-raising and avoiding groove 552 may be disposed at the card-raising notch 522b, at this time, a second limit corner 522c should be ensured to be formed between the opening 522d and the card-raising notch 522b, so that the card-raising roller 554 can drive the card-raising plate 551 to move up and down along the receiving groove 61 at the card-raising notch 522b, and the card-raising and avoiding groove 552 cannot be separated from the card-raising and avoiding groove 552 at the opening 522 d.
Since the ejector pin 553 is linked to the swing arm 532, the ejector pin 553 changes its position when the swing arm 532 swings. As shown in fig. 8, when the card-raising roller 533 is located at the positioning notch 531aa of the card-raising curved groove 531a, the card-top roller 554 is located at the groove bottom 531ab of the card-raising escape groove 552; as shown in fig. 9, when the card-raising roller 533 rolls from the positioning notch 531aa to the groove bottom 531ab along the card-raising curved groove 531a, the card-ejecting roller 554 also rolls from the groove bottom 522a of the card-raising avoiding groove 552 to the card-ejecting notch 522b, but the rolling does not cause the card-ejecting plate 551 to lift, and when the card-ejecting roller 554 reaches the card-ejecting notch 522b, the card-ejecting roller 554 also reaches the card-ejecting notch 522b, so that the card-ejecting preparation is made; as shown in fig. 6, a card-pushing-out groove 555 communicated with the bottom of the card-lifting curved groove 531a is further formed on the card-lifting seat 531, and the card-pushing-out groove 555 extends from the bottom 531ab of the card-lifting curved groove 531a to a side away from the card-lifting plate 3 and coincides with the swing track of the card-lifting rocker arm 532; as shown in fig. 10, when the swing arm 532 continues to swing toward the shuffling barrel, the card-lifting roller 533 enters the card-pushing groove 555 from the card-lifting curved groove 531a, and since the swing tracks of the card-pushing groove 555 and the swing arm 532 coincide, the rolling of the card-lifting roller 533 in the card-pushing groove 555 does not cause the state of the card-lifting plate 3 to change, but causes the card-pushing push rod 553 and the card-pushing notch 522b to pull, so that the card-pushing plate 551 moves up along the receiving groove 61 to perform the card-pushing action, and at this time, the card-storing plate 12 starts to push the cards.
In order to avoid the card pushing plate 551 affecting the card storage plate 12, the embodiment is configured to: after the front end of the mahjong tiles on the tile storage plate 12 is lapped on the tile lifting plate 3, the tile pushing plate 551 can descend to release the jacking of the mahjong tiles. However, before this point, the top plate 551 is still in the top attitude, and the storage plate 12 is still moving during the top process, so as to avoid the top plate 551 obstructing the movement of the storage plate 12 during this stage, as shown in fig. 4, the width of the top opening 12f is greater than the width of the top plate 551. When the card storage plate 12 moves to push cards, the card pushing plate 551 moves relatively from the side of the card pushing port 12f close to the card outlet of the card storage plate 12 to the side of the card pushing port 12f far away from the card outlet of the card storage plate 12; then, the mahjong tiles are descended to release the jacking of the mahjong tiles, and the tile storage plate 12 continues to push the tiles until the mahjong tiles are completely transferred to the tile lifting plate 3.
As shown in fig. 11, a top card surface 551d is formed on the top card portion 551b, the top card surface 551d is inclined downward from the top of the top card portion 551b toward the card storage plate 12, and the inclination direction of the top card surface 551d is opposite to the advancing direction of the mahjong tiles on the card storage plate 12; the slope of the top card surface 551d is larger than that of the card storage platform 12a, so that the situation that the card storage plate 12 is not blocked to push the mahjong cards continuously when the top card 551 descends can be ensured, and the contact area between the mahjong cards and the top card surface 551d is larger and larger as the mahjong cards continue to move forwards, and the mahjong cards can be ensured to be kept stable in the card pushing process.

in the process that the card feeding roller 535 rolls along the descending section 521a and the card pushing section 521ba, the card pushing roller 542 rolls from the track middle point 541a of the S-shaped card pushing track 541 along the pushing section 541b to the pushing starting point 541d to prepare for pushing cards; in this process, the rolling track of the card pushing roller 542 is exactly concentric with the rotating track of the transmission cam 52, so that the card storage plate 12 keeps the position unchanged;
then, the first-stage tile pushing section 521bb reaches the tile loading roller 535, the tile pushing roller 542 rolls along the pushing section 541b from the pushing starting point 541d, and drives the tile storage plate 12 to move towards the tile lifting plate 3 along the supporting surface of the tile pushing base 6 until the front end of the mahjong tiles is lapped on the tile lifting plate 3; in the process, the card-feeding curved groove 521 does not press the card-feeding roller 535, so that the card-feeding push rod 534 keeps unchanged, the card-lifting rocker arm 532 and the card-pushing push rod 553 keep unchanged, the card-lifting plate 3 keeps the descending state to wait for receiving mahjong cards, and the card-pushing plate 551 keeps the card-pushing state;

Claims (10)
1. The mahjong machine tile pushing device according to claim 4, wherein the tile pushing transmission assembly (54) comprises an S-shaped tile pushing track (541) arranged on the bottom surface of the tile storage plate (12), the S-shaped tile pushing track (541) comprises a pushing section (541b) and a returning section (541c) which are arranged in a manner of being centrosymmetric with respect to a track midpoint (541a), one end of the pushing section (541b) far away from the track midpoint (541a) is a pushing starting point (541d), one end of the returning section (541c) far away from the track midpoint (541a) is a returning starting point (541e), and the pushing section (541b) and the returning section (541c) are both arc-shaped and have a central angle of an arc of 90 °;
