可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种引流导管,特别是一种可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管,该引流导管具有一可挠性管(flexible catheter)与一导管接头(catheter joint),该可挠性管可以部份置入一伤口中,冲洗液或药物可以藉由该导管接头及该可挠性管注入该伤口中,该引流导管可以排出该伤口的液体。
背景技术
现有技术如美国第US10814110B2号专利,主要公开的技术是一种引流导管(drainage catheter)用于需要排出积聚液体的患者,请参考该习知技术专利的第6A图所示,该引流导管(610)包括内腔,其耦接到冲洗端口(618)并耦接到定位在脓肿(606)内的开口(620),以将冲洗流体输送到脓肿(606)中。
该现有技术专利家族(Patent family)包括加拿大第CA3038516A1号专利、欧盟第EP3448486A1号专利及澳洲第AU2017218392B2号专利。医师可以将冲洗流体施加到冲洗埠(618),并经由开口(620)引入冲洗流体,最后,该引流导管(610)排出积聚的液体。在冲洗及引流的过程中,该现有技术会有冲洗阻力的问题(irrigation resistance),积聚液体也会造成冲洗压力(irrigation pressure)及患者的疼痛。因此,该现有技术仍有改良的需求。
发明内容
对于以上现有技术的缺陷及改进的需求,本发明目的在于,提供一种可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管(drainage catheter),该引流导管包括一可挠性管(flexible tube)、一导管接头(catheter joint)及一密封元件(sealing element);该可挠性管的一冲洗通道(irrigation passage)流体连通复数冲洗孔(irrigation hole),该可挠性管的一引流通道(drainage passage)流体连通复数轴向引流槽(axial drainage groove);该导管接头连接于该可挠性管,该导管接头的一冲洗接头流体连通该冲洗通道,该导管接头的一引流接头流体连通该引流通道;该密封元件用以密封该冲洗接头,且该密封元件可以被一注射组件穿过以注入一液体至该冲洗接头;其中复数轴向引流槽在该可挠性管的表面所形成的总流通面积(total circulation area)大于复数冲洗孔在该可挠性管的表面所形成的总流通面积,以降低冲洗阻力(irrigation resistance)。
本发明所具有的有益效果(一)在于,复数冲洗孔与复数轴向引流槽所组合成的结构特征可以降低冲洗阻力,以避免造成冲洗压力(irrigation pressure)过大并减轻患者的疼痛。
本发明所具有的有益效果(二)在于,该引流导管可以利用一密封元件密封该冲洗接头,且该密封元件可以被一注射组件穿过以注入冲洗液或药物,确保清洁、卫生及使用安全。
本发明所具有的有益效果(三)在于,复数冲洗孔的冲洗方向为该可挠性管的侧向,复数轴向引流槽的引流方向为该可挠性管的轴向,有利于排出伤口碎片(wounddebris)或凝块(clots)。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图7所示,在较佳实施例中,本发明可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管包括一可挠性管10、一导管接头20及一密封元件30;该可挠性管10具有一冲洗通道15及一引流通道16,该冲洗通道15流体连通复数冲洗孔17,该引流通道16流体连通复数轴向引流槽18;该导管接头20连接于该可挠性管10的前端11a,该导管接头20具有一冲洗接头21及一引流接头22,该冲洗接头21流体连通该冲洗通道15,该引流接头22流体连通该引流通道16;该密封元件30用以密封该冲洗接头21,且该密封元件30可以被一注射组件穿过以注入一液体(例如冲洗液或药物)至该冲洗接头21;其中复数轴向引流槽18在该可挠性管10的表面所形成的总流通面积大于复数冲洗孔17在该可挠性管10的表面所形成的总流通面积。因此,复数冲洗孔17与复数轴向引流槽18所组合成的结构特征可以降低冲洗阻力,以避免造成冲洗压力过大并减轻患者的疼痛。再者,该密封元件30可以确保冲洗接头21的清洁、卫生及使用安全。
列举说明可挠性管10的汇流方式:该可挠性管10的一汇流段11藉由一横向肋部14分隔形成该冲洗通道15及该引流通道16,所注入的液体L1进入该冲洗通道15(如图5及图9所示),复数轴向引流槽18所引流的液体L2汇流进入该引流通道16(如图6及图10所示),且该引流接头22流体连通于该汇流段11(如图3A至3C所示)。该可挠性管10的材质可以选自硅质材料、聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料或聚丙烯(PP)材料。
列举说明可挠性管10的引流方式:该可挠性管10的一引流段13藉由一横向肋部14分隔形成该冲洗通道15,复数轴向引流槽18是以长条形的方式设置于该引流段13,且该引流段13是藉由一直立肋部19分隔形成所述复数轴向引流槽18(如图7及图11所示);其中该冲洗通道15的横截面呈半圆形或半圆形的一部份,各轴向引流槽18的横截面是由一扇形181及一矩形182所构成的一箭头形(如图7所示)。
列举说明可挠性管10的冲洗方式:该引流段13具有一冲洗区域131,复数冲洗孔17是设置于该冲洗区域131的管壁,各冲洗孔17与各轴向引流槽18所形成的夹角A介于九十度至一百八十度(如图8所示);其中所注入的液体L1藉由各冲洗孔17进行冲洗及扩散,所引流的液体L2藉由各轴向引流槽18进行引流(如图12所示)。
列举说明可挠性管10所增益之功效:复数冲洗孔17的冲洗方向为该可挠性管10的侧向及环形方向,复数轴向引流槽18的引流方向为该可挠性管10的轴向(如图10及图12所示),因此,在复数冲洗孔17与复数轴向引流槽18的共同作用下,有利于排出伤口碎片(wound debris)或凝块(clots)。
列举说明引流段13的不同实施:较佳实施例中,该引流段13具有一个半球形部132,该冲洗通道15及复数轴向引流槽18贯穿该半球形部132,使得该可挠性管10的末端可以进行冲洗及引流,所注入的液体L1分散于该可挠性管10的侧向、环形方向及该可挠性管10的末端,所引流的液体L2藉由各轴向引流槽18及该可挠性管10的末端进行引流(如图11及图12所示)。第二实施例中,该引流段13具有一个半球形部132,该冲洗通道15及复数轴向引流槽18未贯穿该半球形部132,使得该可挠性管10的末端不进行冲洗及引流,所注入的液体L1集中于该可挠性管10的侧向及环形方向,所引流的液体L2藉由各轴向引流槽18进行引流(如图13及图14所示)。

Claims (10)

1.一种可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管,其特征在于,该引流导管包括:
一可挠性管(10),具有一冲洗通道(15)及一引流通道(16),该冲洗通道(15)流体连通复数冲洗孔(17),该引流通道(16)流体连通复数轴向引流槽(18);
一导管接头(20),该导管接头(20)连接于该可挠性管(10)的前端(11a),该导管接头(20)具有一冲洗接头(21)及一引流接头(22),该冲洗接头(21)流体连通该冲洗通道(15),该引流接头(22)流体连通该引流通道(16);
一密封元件(30),该密封元件(30)用以密封该冲洗接头(21),且该密封元件(30)可以被一注射组件穿过以注入一液体至该冲洗接头(21);
其中复数轴向引流槽(18)在该可挠性管(10)的表面所形成的总流通面积大于复数冲洗孔(17)在该可挠性管(10)的表面所形成的总流通面积,以降低冲洗阻力。
2.根据权利要求1所述可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管,其特征在于,该可挠性管(10)的一汇流段(11)藉由一横向肋部(14)分隔形成该冲洗通道(15)及该引流通道(16),复数轴向引流槽(18)所引流的液体汇流进入该引流通道(16),且该引流接头(22)流体连通于该汇流段(11)的该引流通道(16),该可挠性管(10)是由硅质材料所制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管,其特征在于,该可挠性管(10)的一引流段(13)藉由一横向肋部(14)分隔形成该冲洗通道(15),复数轴向引流槽(18)是设置于该引流段(13),且该引流段(13)是藉由一直立肋部(19)分隔形成所述复数轴向引流槽(18)。
4.根据权利要求3所述可以降低冲洗阻力的引流导管,其特征在于,该冲洗通道(15)的横截面呈半圆形或半圆形的一部份,各轴向引流槽(18)的横截面是由一扇形(181)及一矩形(182)所构成的一箭头形。
