The top on the right side of the machine body 1 is fixedly connected with an inlet hopper 8, and the top of the inlet hopper 8 is rotatably connected with a cover plate 9.
The infusion set is poured into the interior of the storage cylinder 21 through the access funnel 8, and the cover plate 9 is used to seal the top of the storage cylinder 21.
The bottom on the right side of the machine body 1 is fixedly connected with a discharge hopper 10, and two sides of the bottom of the machine body 1 are fixedly connected with movable rollers 11.

The working principle of the recyclable medical instrument recovery equipment with the disinfection function provided by the invention is as follows:

when the infusion apparatus in the storage cylinder 21 needs to be disinfected, the second electric telescopic rod 45 is started to drive the connecting pipe 43 to extend from the interior of the machine body 1, the spraying head 44 is driven to move to the position right above the storage cylinder 21, the water pump 42 is started at the moment, so that the liquid inlet pipe 46 generates suction force, the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 41 can be led out, then the disinfectant is conveyed into the connecting pipe 43 through the water pump 42, and finally the disinfectant is sprayed out of the storage cylinder 21 through the spraying head 44, so that the disinfectant is in contact with the exterior of the infusion apparatus, and the infusion apparatus is well disinfected;
when the infusion set in the storage cylinder 21 is full, the preset pressure value is just reached, the controller sends a signal to the outside to control the infusion set, the controller controls the hydraulic component 6 to start, the hydraulic rod 61 starts to move downwards and simultaneously drives the extrusion plate 62 to extend towards the storage cylinder 21 and extrude the infusion set in the storage cylinder, the infusion set deforms after being extruded to form a tight cylinder, after the infusion set is compressed, the hydraulic rod 61 drives the extrusion plate 62 to move upwards, the controller controls the first electric telescopic rod 52 to start to shorten, the first electric telescopic rod can further drive the sliding block 56 to slide leftwards in the moving groove 7, the sliding block 56 can simultaneously drive the moving rod 55 to rotate, the baffle plate 51 starts to rotate until the sliding block 56 moves to the left side of the moving groove 7, and the baffle plate 51 rotates to the maximum angle, the compressed infusion set on the infusion set slides downwards along the baffle plate 51 and finally slides out of the discharge hopper 10, so that the infusion set is guided out.

(2) the disinfection structure 4 is used for disinfecting the infusion apparatus and matched with the sterilization structure 2, so that the recovery equipment has the automatic disinfection and sterilization functions, the sanitary state of the infusion apparatus in the storage cylinder 21 is effectively improved, the bacterial breeding on the infusion apparatus is well inhibited, the good clean and sanitary state is further kept, the trouble is saved during the recovery, the safety during the recovery is improved, the bacterial infection is avoided, the excessive manual operation is not needed during the use, the use is very convenient and simple, and the use requirements of people are well met;

the sterilization structure comprises a storage cylinder and a rotating motor, wherein a rotating cylinder is sleeved outside the storage cylinder, a toothed ring is sleeved outside the rotating cylinder, ultraviolet irradiation lamps are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the rotating cylinder, two pulleys are fixedly connected to two sides of the outer portion of the rotating cylinder, a driving gear is fixedly connected to the output end of the rotating motor, the outer portion of the driving gear is meshed with the outer portion of the toothed ring, the outer portion of the storage cylinder is fixedly connected with two sides of the inner wall of the machine body, slide rails are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the machine body, and the outer portions of the pulleys are in rolling connection with the inner portions of the slide rails;
the disinfection structure, the disinfection structure set up in the left side of organism, the disinfection structure includes liquid reserve tank and water pump, the inside of organism is provided with baffle structure, baffle structure includes baffle and first electric telescopic handle, the top of organism is provided with hydraulic pressure subassembly, hydraulic pressure subassembly includes the hydraulic stem, the bottom of hydraulic stem just is located the inside fixedly connected with stripper plate of organism.
